PoliticsRe: PDP To Acquire Oil, Telecoms Licences To Fund Party by EPOMA(m): 4:41pm On Jun 17, 2012
All this is the reason Nigeria can not work. It is better we just have a one party system and people will now fight among each other for position inside PDP. already PDP have their funding from the government and will now add plc to its earning, so where do the opposition start.
This also show a sign of unrepentant attitude towards the nation. We really need people that can run this country, not OBJ, Anenih, Goodluck, they should all be put into a Zoo because the don't have a clue of anything.
And what surprises me more is when topics like this comes up, you now see young Nigeria joining to post unbelievable comments. well what can I say , what Sunday

koruji: I thought all we have to deal with are juveniles in power, now it is clear that we are dealing the most illiterate set of people to ever to control the affairs of a nation in the history of mankind.

The Oyo Mesi of the old Oyo empire, without any changes to their form and organization or even education as in the 18the/19th century, would be making better decisions today than the federal party we have in charge of Nigeria in the 21st century. embarassed embarassed embarassed
Thanks my brother , I will be back

PoliticsRe: Bomb Blast At Shalom Church, Trikania , Kaduna by EPOMA(m): 1:42pm On Jun 17, 2012
It is not by force to be a president, I would have not linked this blame to the government but when you have so much drama going on in the government, it is very hard for me to blame or condemn any other area of voilence in Nigeria. Nothing is dealt with properly in Nigeria. Just a shame that innocent people are paying the price.
Christianity EtcRe: Was Ship Load Of BIBLES Really Sunk By Abiola? by EPOMA(m): 4:09pm On Jun 13, 2012
Kobojunkie: He never did that. In fact he did the opposite, the took away the futures of millions of Nigerians. Abiola is the reason why in the 21st century, Nigeria's IT infrastructure is still struggling to catch up with countries like india, Egypt etc.
Thank You my brother, as i keep saying , Most Nigeria excluding some are highly ignorant, sponsoring IBB coup alone which brought a very dubious regime to Nigeria is enough to disregard Abiola.Robbing peter to pay Paul, took all the ITT money and then dash us some and all of a sudden he becomes a good man, Abiola was a thief Just like Awolowo. I don't want to say much.
SportsRe: Why Can't We Have Decent Stadiums In Nigeria? by EPOMA(m): 10:14pm On Jun 12, 2012
Abagworo: You people are just talking trash here. Nigeria has the most number of standard stadia in Africa.
Jumping to conclusion, the poster asked why we can't have a good stadiums like the ones he posted based on the fact that they are not expensive to built. It was not in comparison to other african countries. He statedd that Abuja stadium cost 360 million and it was not anything to others that were cheaper. As i mention ed earlier in my post until we change our ways as Nigerian no ways for us. You jump in here and called every one trash. I can imagine you as a leader, you will do the same thing to you advisers
SportsRe: Why Can't We Have Decent Stadiums In Nigeria? by EPOMA(m): 9:49pm On Jun 12, 2012
afam4eva: I think everything in Nigeria should be privatised. That way it will be maintained properly. That Abuja stadium is a disgrace.
I agree with you but where ever there is no serious money like oil or politics business in Nigeria, those f,ool are not interested
SportsRe: Why Can't We Have Decent Stadiums In Nigeria? by EPOMA(m):
pendusky: When Gov Akpabio was campaigning, he promise the sport lovers in the state an olympic sized stadium, buh promise to put gud roads and entertainments galleria, weve seen a lots coming tru, and weve been told the survey of the stadium as been carried out, am sure he'll build it coz he's a promise keeper, 3 flyovers, tropicana ( a wow), more than 300 standard roads, e-library, best drainage system in west africa is built in uyo, international airport etc has been added to his credit. Dont be suprise AKWA IBOM STATE get 1st standard stadium in Nigeria...Akpabio! We wait on u!
The is the the result why we don't get good things, comments like this. I have been in Uyo and was so upset that a man was praising the rubbish being put up in Akwa Ibom to deceive the local minded I.diot like this person.
In the first instance the Abuja stadium cost included the cost of 116 serviced Flats that was built for OBJ by julius Berger. Godswill used Ben bruce to steal money from the tropicana project at the cost of 35 Billion Naira, that money would have built a nice stadium like the one about and the tropicana. This a Governor that spends over 1 billion Naira per a kilometre of road built in Akwa ibom while the cost of the same road in UK or Dubai cost half that of those costs.
Until the common man in Nigeria start seeing things the way it should be seen , we will never have any good structues in Nigeria.

153 people on board, 37 on ground! You are talking about loan. may God never allow that loan to be repaid

Actually I am looking at execution at bar beach!. We need to rid this country of murderers!
That is the only way these criminals will get the message
Nigerians are angry right now. Jonathan cannot afford to make any serious errors on this issue

Castos: All Dana technical officials must be put on a plane with bomb onboard with them. They must die by crash.
These are the kind of animal thinking humans that we find writing senseless things here in nairaland and ruling Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: FG Suspends DANA Airline's License. by EPOMA(m): 9:15pm On Jun 05, 2012
Kobojunkie: I hope Dana Air sues. What do you mean shutting a business down simply because you want to conduct an investigation. shocked

People are, as always, too quick to jump to conclusions . . . we are not sure of what happened and it is nonsensical to suggest that this is the best the government can do at the moment. We have a ministry of Transportation, and a ministry of Aviation for pete's sake. What were they doing BEFORE this happened?
My guy no worry, tomorrow they will start flying out looking for foreign investment.Lets say Dana took loans to buy planes and invest in Nigeria, how will they service their debt.Yet licenses of oil companies that pollutes our land and kill more people than this are never suspended. A lot of Nigerians are so shallow minded just like their government, tomorrow another one will crash and they will be suspended. they should suspend the safety control team not the airline as we do know yet the cause of the crash as everyone is assuming and just yarning.
If this was to be Arik air owned by OBJ and Odili(yes I said it our electricity money), would they be able to suspend their license, common slot in heathrow that was taken from arik , the government fought to bring it back.

Time will will tell but the only thing is that we forget so soon

PoliticsRe: Best Governor And Fastest Developing States In Nigeria? by EPOMA(m): 5:41pm On May 25, 2012
Donbrig: We must first consider the amount of resources available to each of these governors.. If we do, I strongly believe Adams Oshiomohle and Mimiko are the best, but South-South and South-West governors are doing pretty well, South East governors are trying to meet up, while Northern governors are still finding a way to kick of but so many obstacles are hindering their efforts.
Thanks my brother and forget all these people to that come here to type crap on their screen.I work with a building consulting company for UAE and each time i see how much it cost to bring out super structures, it does not near the money Akwa Ibom , Rivers, and co spend building crap and yet we praise them and what bothers me here in this forum is that a lot of people are well traveled yet can't see

The man knows what he is doing (Gov of Akwa Ibom).
you guys are always coming here to give wrong information , i dont blame you , anyway may be Nigeria standard,Victor Attah built that airport and it was completed during Godswill. I just hate when all this crap is discussed here. Until we start holding all this thieves to ransome for our money then we will start to develop. Rubbish

Tony Spike: Can somebody tell me what the Federal Government did with the millions of dollars they collected from these operators as licensing fees over the years? Why weren't these funds received channeled to boost power supply in the country? The way it is, I don't blame the operators but blame the useless Federal Government for not providing the needed infrastructure needed to lower their operating costs. Afterall, they are not operating on free fuel!
Obasanjo shared that money to all the state governors and himself, this was from a very reliable source at that time

ekt_bear: Marketing pays a lot of money.

You can make billions of dollars a year serving advertisements. This is the core business of both Google and Facebook, and it is highly profitable.

Just as legitimate as making money from selling potatoes, cars, fish, etc.
everyone uses google map, google is going places and they have an edge in stuff like maps that everyone uses, but what does facebook have for now

MY guy am happy that others replied you, calling me a Dunce. We are not here to say who we are , but I think you can ask anyone that have knowledge about the market if they would take advise from you a web hoster or someone that works for an investment bank (credit suisse). My earlier word mumu was becos someone called the other mumu. Most of this big investment banks ofload junks to people and make so much noise about it. Same way I warned my friends about transcorp and dangote share in Nigeria and the would not listen and all of a sudden dangote becomes the richest man in Africa dumping all his junk to nigerian stock market
