Hello everyone, massive congratulations to everyone who has gotten their PPR, and those in the process it will end in praise. Please I have a question, how do one go about a Passport request when you and your child is not in same location (country)? Do you have to send for the child’s passport so you can submit together or you can both submit separately to VFS in your different countries? Please anyone who has info on this should kindly help out thanks |

Hello my people, please can anyone clarify this for me? someone told me that if you want to apply for Canada VV with your child (a minor), the application is done separately and not together. I have zero experience with visitor visa but I was thinking a child who is a minor should be under your own application (Principal applicant) not the aforementioned. If you have applied for VV with your child or have a knowledge about this, please kindly clarify this for me. thank you |

To make it simpler, let your dad show some sales of asset to justify that lump sum. Its easier to prove ties with your Dad which is also a direct sponsor, if you do the above, he doesn't need to show a lengthy SOA, then he can actually transfer that lump sum to you and do a gift deed explaining his support for your study. by doing this too you don't have to show too much of your SOA because the focus is on the lump sum that you will explain fully in your LOE. this should go well if the available fund covers your tuition and living expenses. Actually there's no problem with submitting your application without your account, I am the sponsor of my spouse too and we didnt show any account statement from her, we only showed her employment letter, reference letter from employer, study leave letter, and pay slip for 6 months. all you need is to show the source of the accumulated funds from your spouse and you'll be fine. my spouse application was approved few days ago. your spouse is actually a direct sponsor. Thank you, there is no need to liquidate the assets, our case was different because the application took so long and I feel the VO needed to confirm if the funds were readily available, the reason for the request. so if what you are showing as POF as at submission covers your living expenses and tuition, there's no need to liquidate any investment. PPR gist Let me start by giving God all the glory, thanks to everyone here. Special thanks to @JMG12 for always responding to my inquiry here. I am the one that put everything together for my spouse application. We submitted the application on the 19th December 2023, upfront medical done on 17th February 2024, medical passed on 27th February. We got request for statement of earning via MBS on the 11th April 2024. We invested our POF after submitting the application. We liquidated the investment immediately after we got the request and we submitted MBS on the 17th April. PPR came in today 23rd April (exactly 18 weeks). Thank you all , I wish everyone expecting PPR success in the remaining part of the application, it will come through. NB: ppr is a birthday gift for me and spouse exactly a week to our birthdays (30th April and 1st May respectively). God did it!!! Eraytee: 7 Likes |

Yes she submitted it initially and they requested for it again. Yes you have to show the amount that covers your tuition and living expenses in whatever account you are using. Daaaz0409: |

Answers; 1. it is advisable to let the money remain in your account until decision is made, recently my spouse got a request as regards this to submit SOA after 17weeks+ of submitting the study permit application. so its either u invest your POF or let it be in the account you never know what would come up from VOs. 2. yes of course and that will largely depend on their earnings capacity. Hello house, Please this is URGENT, IRCC requested an additional document and the instruction was to use IRCC secure account to send the document. There’s no placeholder where to attach document when you login via GCkey. Is webform the secure account refered to or how do we upload this additional document based on the instruction given? |

Hello everyone, please I need a clarification on this, I want to defer my spouse admission to September 2024 as application is now 16weeks after submission.. last update on tracker shows 3rd of April, school resumes first week of May 2024. If new offer letter is issued do we need to inform IRCC about the new start date? |
