Praxis758:So, not Ipobs again? . I thought only ibos were tagged obidients. What a colossal reasoning by those who crave ineptitude. You ain't seen nothing yet. Ęyin l'okan, as we can all see. |
Two things are likely to happen once Tinubu's result is released by the CSU 1- his real age will be revealed..Tinubu is in his 80s and not early 70s as he claimed. His wife, alhaja died at the age of 70 years in 2018 but he's claiming 70 years in 2022. Did tinubu marry his elder sister? ![]() Secondly, it's likely the result contains some conflicting information about his grades ànd names which he's been hiding. The children home school at police post, molete ibadan, which he claimed to have attended isn't true cos my aunt said his name isn't found on the alumni list. Each time they converge to celebrate their alma mater, they always publish names of old pupils who attended the school from start on their programme of events. If any agency or authority asked to see my results, I'd gladly grant them permission cos it would be an avenue to make my school more popular. What's he hiding? |
60m naira pere? Hunters have become the hunted lately |
I don't care who wins in kogi. But is Bello's pick of his fellow ebira man not a recipe for defeat when igala and okun people are there but ignored them? |
Sangoamadioha1:Politicians are deadly folks. Don't trust them See the way governor deputies have been behaving lately. In fact trust carefully. It could be food poisoning though. Her body could be reacting to something she ate |
You guys would never learn. I think it's better to leave you guys alone to face whatever comes your way. If you ever get cure for this , thank your God. Had you put your thing where it belonged, would you have bothered yourself over such a chronic sti as this? |
maasoap:Good luck to him |
iSense247:Please tell him. And anytime we speak against the way he's dragging the name omoluabi in the mud cos of his lifetime political ambition, his blind followers would call us ipobs. Birds of same feathers. Ask obasanjo, he knows him too well and that's why he never hobnob with him when he was Nigeria's president, even till now. Oro agba, inu agba l'ongbe |
I don't care if tinubu attended CSU or not but all I know for certain is, he never attended the children home school at police post, Ibadan where my aunt also schooled. His name wasn't found on the allumni list since foundation of the school. This I know for sure |
Kestolove:I guess you want to check something . Even if he's clean, now isn't the best time for him to come back home, if he likes himself. However, all odds seem be turning against him at the moment, given the late wrapper s short video recording , in which he said if he dies, Nairamarley should be held responsible and the police petition in which he cited threats to his life. I don't know how he's gonna wash himself clean |
DrGoodman:I laff at this post with the atiku you mentioned. If he contests again, it will be an automatic ticket for Tinubu's 2nd term, despite his inept and clueless rule. Nigerians no dey learn. You saw soludo and seyi makinde there, you didn't mention their names. |
TruthsFM:You don't need to applaud the PDP lawyer for anything bro. It will only take both kaduna and nasarawa governors extra miracles to win eventually. It was daylight robbery that took place in March in both states, not election |
maasoap:You're right. Please keep addressing it. It's very important. I hope the scenario changes. It is what it is...their nature. |
victory36:Good point |
bukatyne:This question should be directed at the wives because 99% of the time, they focus their attention more on their kids once they start having children and their husbands are less cared for, as if the only thing women need in marriage is the children. Its not as if the man doesn't care for the family as he still shoulders his responsibilities. He feels less cared for, in spite of all these . You see that bond coming back from the wife the moment children are growing up and starting their own lives. This time, you see women always complaining of loneliness, that the husband doesn't love again, he doesn't give her attention again, etc. Whereas, the man has adjusted to his lonely life since the days wife began to have children, and to now adjust becomes something else and the women always complain the most. Once the children begin building a family , the wife travels again to meet them and abandons the husband . By the time grand children begin growing, she comes back and begins to complain of loneliness once again. God created us men to withstand and endure any situation...Good, bad or ugly. Its women who always complain. |
stagger:Haven't you read where it was said that, if someone steals due to hunger, he should be pardoned? That's starvation not stealing. Proverb 6:30. You may read onwards |
emmabest2000:You're saying this cos you're probably comfortable. I heard today that thousands of people had been sacked in the last couple of months by manufacturers association of Nigeria, due to production glut. Where would such people go? They're even making something at the end of the month. What of those without any source of livelihood? Come to lagos and see lastma officials begging with style. You can imagine those who aren't seeing anything at the end of the month. Females who can't steal food are selling their body for food nowadays. Do you know the current inflation figure? When some country's inflation is crashing, ours is increasing. |
dominique:Habaaa. Plantain? That's hunger. He said he's not eaten for days They should leave him alone. He didn't attack anyone, neither did he kill. He just wanted to eat. Even both religous beliefs support this guy's freedom. |
maureensylvia:...and what would you have said, if it were to be the other way round...that the man was wicked by sending his wife to her early grave? |
Fake news. What happened to the renewed hope and the applause of same manufacturers over the floating of currency as announced by Tinubu a few months ago? Where are those screaming this government will favour me and you ? Universities are yet to send their children home over unpaid fees. By the time they begin this, nobody will tell Nigerians on what to do. It's not enough to be saying Nigerians should buy made in Nigeria goods. The enabling environment must be assured first but sadly, the government of the day isnt abke ti guarantee this. They only dwells on propaganda, the advancement on what we used to see in lagos sonce 1999. It has never happened in the history of Nigeria to reject LCs made to suppliers abroad. Two things mist be taken home, which Nigerians are yet to come to terms with. One, good leadership begets respects. Secondly, rhe outside world knows us more than we know ourselves as a nation. Nobody would do business with an unserious nation where there are uncertainties. Nigerian currency depreciates per minute now. If Nigerians don't learn now, they'd never learn |
Naso. About whom did he write to the police citing threat to his life before being battered? |
I wish him best of luck. I'm an advocate of good governance,.irrespective of party or personality. He has a good resume. I hope he tackles the fx woes in no time and not tell stories. He's the only appointee of the tinubu administration, whom I personally approve, just like BRF in Buhari's administration. Others are political jobbers. Nigerians are crying |
No wonder akeredolu rushed home instead of attending to his health. Baba no wan make dem deny am him right to pack and pack |
accordadoga30:Does the current economic woes regoconse a particular region? Except you just want to shake table |
This man talks at times, just likena businessman who wants to protect his interest,.so the government of the day doesn't come for him. I hope he's not complicit in the fx woes. The way he was talking last night on channelstv suggests so. |
soccerlite:We're still experimenting. We're not there yet. But definitely sooner than later, we will. All these factors would be catalyst in choosing right in near future |
ogododo:I pity those living in those areas. Sadly, 4th mainland bridge and local airport are being used to deceive them every year by politicians and the developers keep harping on these to sell their properties to unsuspecting lagosians. |
Los Angeles is crazy. My friend almost got hit at inglewood, west century side in 2018. The vehicle wanted to take advantage of the free space available for him to speed and beat traffic light as soon as the traffic became free. |
ufotunang:But why do Nigerians keep allowing themselves to be fooled all the time? Between 1999 and 2014 when the Naira was very stable and strong almost sold/bought at same rates both at official and parallel markets, how many companies were exporting goods in Nigeria? Investors were seen all over. We should be promoting Export yes, but that's not the cause of our problem. Have you ever wondered why naira was so strong and a bit above 100 naira when obj and yaradua were in government and crude was selling between 30 and 40USD a barrel? Nigeria's economic problem is nothing but leadership. There are several countries in the western world who don't Export like Nigeria but are doing fine economically. They don't even have oil. Under Buhari's nose, government officials and their wives were thronging the CBN, buying dollars and reselling at a whopping sum. Buhari's wife was accused of this on one occasion which she denied. You know in Nigeria, there can't be smoke without fire and every runour from them end up being a fact. Under the Buhari's administration, a single man stole over 100bn , returned 30bn and was left alone. There are several of such , those who have stolen much more but are still walking freely today cos they were never caught. Tell me, which country would fare economically better under such a heavy burden of corruption? As you can see, the west had stopped giving us grants unlike in the past. They've also reduced this where it was termed inevitable. They knew their money would end up in individuals pockets. Today, we have a highly controversial human being in government. Which country would take us seriously? Who would come and invest here where there's uncertainty, insecurity caused by the same leaders but had grown wings past what they could quell? No usd coming in as grants or investments rather, multinationals are quitting our country. What do you expect? We never had it so bad as a country. Once we get leadership right, corruption would be nipped in the bud and our economy would fare better. You don't need to preach to investors. They know our terrain much better than we may think. They'd come on thenr own and invest. Even the Export, which could have improved our economy has been grossly discouraged due to fx scarcity. Dangote won't grind limestone and bag them for sale. There are chemicals which would be added to it to make up a bag of cement. How much do you think he'd buy those chemicals which aren't produced locally? If he comes on air tomorrow and says his cement is now 9k a bag, don't scream because he's gonna buy these chemicals at 1k per dollar rate. Same applies to other local industries who would need one material or the other to make finished goods. What about plants and equipment which they'd need to use dollar to buy? All these would add to the cost of finished products. By the time they determine their prices per unit of the products to be sold in the foreign markets, they'd not be able to compete cos they'd become more expensive. Why do you think people keep smuggling rice? You want to assist farmers with loan but gave the money to governors in their respective states, who would only share a few to their cronies and squander the rest. What happened to bank of agriculture ? If the right people get the right agriculture loans, rice will become pure water in Nigeria. Get rid of bad leaders and all will be well. No foreign investor will come unless we get things right . We also can't promote Export under bad leadership. The atmosphere is quite frustrating. |
Nigerians, please what exactly is happening to us...in just 4 months? I don't get it |
It rebrands or further portrays Nigeria as a bad country. I'd urge everyone to leave this man to teach Nigerians a lesson for the next 4 years. We deserve it. If you force yourself into power but the international communities are unwilling to assist you with grants and refused to bring money for investment, what would you do? Since Tinubu assumed office, no single achievement in foreign investments rather, multinationals are leaving. We only hear fake news here and there. They even told us UAE had lifted visa ban on Nigerians which later turned out to be fake news as UAE debunked it. I was even happy cos I was planning to take my family to UAE this December and visit Oman, also visit Saudi Arabia as non-muslim with their tourist visa before I learnt visa ban lifting news was fake news. We should expect more of such lies in the next 4 years. In Nigeria, criminals are seen as saints in our court of law. How the forfeiture of nearly 500k usd, which a low cadre American doesn't see in this/her entire working life is seen as a civil case won't be viewed that way if tinubu were a Briton or American. He'd be eating beans for the rest of his life. A forfeiture as a result of drug business is criminal offence. I can't allow one dollar of my hard-earned money to go missing in the bank and I'd not challenge it, not to talk of such a huge sum. Good leadership begets respects |
TemplarLandry:I've encountered it in 2016 in same JFK, same as DC. The DC's experience was during my second visit, in same year. Meanwhile, I've been entering US since 2004, even schooled there |
