sreamsense:Did you read the news piece at all before jumping here to post all these? You just ended up interpreting it wrongly. Since INEC server encountered no glitches...so why didn't they post election results on the server and made millions of Nigerians to look like mumu? The server issue reported, which according to them , was why they didn't post those results on the irev server was fake. They just used the opportunity to go on the rigging spree. |
I may not be a fan of Tinubu but on this. The man should just station military in Kaduna South and banditry will be a thing of the past in the north west and Middle belt. Boko haram's fuckup can be treated in the NE. El-Rufai and terrorism sponsors won't like this |
Congrats |
People should watch out for the likes of Hadi Sirika, the man who scammed Nigeria with a botched national carrier deal at the twilight of Buhari's administration, Mrs Farouk, the woman who was still feeding Nigerian children with billions of naira during covid-19 lock down when all the children were with their parents and schools were shut nationwide. It keeps surprising me how the so called leaders keep making mistakes in their choice of ministers and aides. Even if they presented somebody of questionable character to you, why not reject the person so your name wouldn't be dented as a leader? I remember when Tinubu presented a candidate different from BRF for lagos as ministerial nominee but Buhari dropped that person and picked fashola instead. Fashola is the only performing minister in the Buhari's administration. I dare anyone to counter this with proofs. Unfortunately, buhari looked the other way in his choice of cabinet members to favour north, regardless of their bad past, out of nepotism. |
I'm always happy whenever my kids call me daddy. Happy father's day guys |
The person who recommended Emefiele for the CBN's job needs to be querried. I wonder why Buhari didn't remove him in 2015 the moment he took office. He's the worst performing CBN governor in history. He seemed to have also colluded with the government official's to loot our economy dry. I remember the news about aisha Buhari's constant withdrawal of forex from the CBN to trade at the black market rate, make profit and then, pay back. Such a heinous practice never happened before he came on board. It's always not good to appoint bankers who are merely marketers into the CBN's topmost position. An economist with a wealth of experience best suits that position. I remember Joseph Sanusi and Soludo during Obj's era. SLS too was good. Emefiele is just a banker who can say yes sir to any government official who wishes to have his way by hook and crook. He's inherited the habit from his banking profession where corrupt politicians always went to do their dirty deals. Tinubu is making another mistake in his choice. |
...and one amputee whose limb had been cuf off after being caught stealing cow would be shouting bambi allah upandan the streets of lagos, looking for gullible lagosian to give him their hard-earned money ? This man needs to be encouraged. I was moved, while watching the video |
adeememman:obviously, you didn't read my earlier post. You just made sense by saying the place where your gen would be must be well ventilator. I only tried to sensitize people here on the need to get some education and necessary training before delving into gas usage with their gen, I was not outrightly condemning the initiative. How many people are as informed as you are? It's not enough to just delve into it without knowing the nitty-gritty of it. You mentioned diffusion so, you seem to be enlightened. I'm sure you must have heard people burn to death by the spark from their generator, positioned close to their homes while the fumes of their I pass my neigbours gen had killed many and the trend never stops. The onus is on those advertising the gas carburettor to also enlighten potential users, not just marketing it to millions of gullible customers and rake in money while they watch them go into their early graves cos of negligence. Overseas or in countries where they care for their people, people adversity a thing like this could be arrested for not first sensitising people on what they sell before reeling it out. This is Nigeria. Nobody cares, no regulations, nothing in place. That said...Gas isn't safer than petrol. Who told you it is? I'm a scientist and I do know.this. it's also related to my field in the oil and gas system where we have actively been managing hazardous systems for over 10 years now via the IIoT. |
Sportwin:True, millions of Nigerians cook with gas. When you cook with your gas, the moment you strike the burner, fire comes out and gas begins to release flames that would cook your stuffs. At times, there could be a delay in igniting your gas, during which some qty of gas would have escaped into the air. The moment fire is released, it travels to all the areas where the gas had reached during the delay in striking fire and it consumes all the leaked or escaped gas and everything will be fine. In the case of connecting gas hose to your generator, when there's a leakage, you don't see or notice it on time for 2 reasons: One, the generator wont be close the way the cooking gas burner is, to you at home. Secondly, there's no immediate release of fire that would consume all the leaked or escaped gas, when turned on. Users of a gas-powered gen wont notice these leakages early enough, until it extends to the neighborhoods. Once there's a release of fire from either the gen via it's exhaust or by someone in the neighborhood, you already know what would happen. I did not condemn the idea but its comes with a high risk. This is why training is necessary |
Nigerians, please thread with caution. Fire disaster is no one's friend. Take the necessary safety training and don't listen to all these marketers who only want to use the current challenge being faced by Nigerians to trend or blow. If you've ever visited burns department at UCH or LUTH, you'd never near gas or flamable material again. Your gen could leak petrol and you'd still be fine, but any slight leakage from gas connection hose could be catastrophic. In as much as this is a laudable idea, please be quite knowledgeable about this, for the sake of yourself and lovely family. A lot of Nigerians are careless when dealing with such a highly flammable marerial. Be warned! My 50 cents |
harqinhola:When it comes to politics, forget it. Everything is about pecuniary interests. They quickly forget that, those who queued under the sun and in the rain, even risked their lives to vote them. our politicians don't deserve pity at all. |
Isn't it better ? Long overdue since early last year. |
Do you want fresh and glowing skin? Don't spend your money on expensive cream anymore. Buy ground, grains and prawn also known as crayfish, grind it together. You may cook , boil or even make soup with it. Eat this regularly. Try ugu leaf chopped and mixed with raw egg, then fry together and eat yam or bread with it once in a while. People will see you and say, wow! All the above do not cost as much as the bottles of beer some of you drink at a sitting which keep wrinkling your skin and damaging your nerves. Above all, exercise at keast 2 times in a week and drink a lot of water always. I've learnt the ugu and crayfish stuff from the a particular tribe. Go to their villages and see girls and guys with fresh skin, wey never enter any city before, no cream nothing. That's what they eat. Stop eating eba laaro, fufu losan ati amala lalę. ![]() |
ImoleNaija:Was Arotile's family not met with, to uptorn the whole scenario surrounding her death, what was their denial from seeing their child's mutilated body hun, Mr wise? |
Ruggedniggaone:Is yari not the same man who stole turns of government vehicles which were evacuated by the immediate past governor when he took office, the same whose house was also raided and 40 govt cars were evacuated in a tit for tat manner? They're all ole, barawo |
OldBeer:Chef Maggi, the super griller..see those chicken, wao! |
NAF/NA can lie, heen! Naxo dem talk say the beautiful and brave kogi-born NAF officer, Tolu Arotile was overrun by one of his excited old secondary school friends who reversed to say hello to her, instead of telling nigerians the truth, that she was killed by sympathisers and sponsors of bokoharam who weren't happy the way the girl was pounding aerial bomb up in their heads. How can someone reverse on a road having heavy speed bumps mounted on it at intervals and overrun a bystander? Evildoers abound in Nigeria. That place in Kaduna is super secured. You can't even speed on thehr roads. This lady's real cause of death will never be revealed. |
thisisit:Hope this isn't a joke or mockery ![]() |
fiyinpet:Pls can you explain why the SC wasn't compromised? This isn't an attack. Pls educate me..tnx |
Lawan mata get as e be. Even till now, im still wondering. Naija! |
sprints1:Not the way the bible describes it....but what or whose theory do you base your God's existence pls? People misinterpret the bible, I agree |
Tit or tat. He did same to his predecessor. What goes around, comes around. He never thought he'd lose |
sprints1:Grab the bible and read , but I doubt you ever will. Your comment is a proof. I only pray God meets you the way He met Saul who later became Paul. I'm sure your heart isn't as hardened as Saul's cos you've not gone to the extent of killing those who believe in God as Saul he did. |
Love800:It is but requires extra efforts. Its very stubborn. You'd have to spend and spend, over a long period of time. That's why prevention is better than cure. But staph doesn't leave blisters in scrotum. Its a very serious infection that could cause that, which requires comprehensive diagnosis at the Lab, through testing for all the STI-related diseases. |
sprints1:So, if your spirit leaves you, it goes nowhere, right ? Omg! ...and someone who's already smelling with flies perching on her lifeless body could be said to be in a state of comma? Hmmm! I don't want to argue on your comment. It's not necessary |
hopefulLandlord:You spoke just like human that you are. No human flesh is needed in heaven, needless to say you'd miss your loved ones. Only the spirit goes there. The spirit doesn't experience sorrow so, even if your loved ones missed it and you per chance made heaven, you'd not feel terrible because someone you loved didn't make heaven. When you're in your flesh, you feel sad, terrible, pain, hungry, emotional, etc, not when you're in the spirit. Have you ever gone hungry and suddenly went to sleep, then only to feel same hunger as soon as you were awake? Have you ever had pain in your body and went to sleep and forgot you were in pain all of a sudden, only to begin experiencing that pain the moment you're awake? You could be dreaming being in several places in a short time, even places you couldn't have visited or covered in months while in flesh....its because your flesh was inactive during that period. Once your flesh or body is done away with in this world, your spirit goes to wherever you deserve to be, given how you lived your life while on earth and how you kept God's laws. Its your spirit that would be there, not your flesh that experiences pain,.hunger, sadness. Spirit doesn't go hungry or feels those things mentioned. Being a believer goes beyond carnal thinking. I remember when I once said to someone here on NL about hearing from God clearly, just like someone talking beside you and the person said its not God that's speaking, but the person may be running mad or hallucinating. Whereas, God actually speaks to his people, loud and clear. He speaks via other means too... esp, dreams. These days, sins have taken over in most places such that, even to pray and receive immediate answers has become a problem. When you have a problem and you pray, response should be instant and when a bit delayed, God would have a reason for it and not because of your sin. He may be considering a better option or time for it to be fulfilled, when it would favour you the most. After all He makes all things beautiful in his own time and His ways aren't ours. But because even the so called men of God do unimaginable things, its become difficult for prayers to be answered immediately or at all. In oke ado, ibadan in the 1940s, a dead woman was raised to life after being abandoned for 4 days. She was also pregnant. Her name was Abeo. It's not a fallacy. The pregnancy of that time is still alive, a very old man of God. Those who were alive in the 40s could testify to this and this miracle led millions in ibadan to Christ. Those God used then could be on the prayer mountain for months without seeing a woman. Some would pray and fast for 30 days in marathon. How many men of God do these nowadays? Everyone is looking for money and how to ride prado jeeps. They're full of lies One pastor was brought to my house sometime ago by my sister, just to say hello as they stopped by. My wife was wearing a white transparent knicker, hours before they came. My sister only called that they were coming from a function and would like to stop by and say hello. I now said were home. When they came, as my wife was trying to entertain them with drinks, this man's attention was on my wife's backside. I was wondering. I noticed my wife's panties was transparent, unknowing to her so I whispered to her to go wear another short or trouser which she quickly did. This man was wearing a pastor's collar in his neck. It was on a Sunday afternoon. We've heard of pastors raping church members. The bible says , if you look at a woman lustfully, you've committed fornication. If you see her once and discovered she's not dressed decently, commot eye and look the other way but how many men do that today? When you now pray, you expect instantaneous response? It doesn't happen that way. These are the reasons many people are losing faith nowadays. Sins have become a commonplace amongst us. If only we all can go back to God, He'd draw closer to us and we'd have a different perspective of Him, this world and heaven. Heaven is super real, apart from the way the bible described it and i said it here a few days ago , narrating my childhood's experience when he had an accident and saw his spirit leave his entire body immediately, then passed. He now found himself in a flower garden with unimaginable cool breeze and saw people of different races coming from left right and centre in large number every second, and nobody was talking to one another as everyone was going their separate ways, both young and old and the entire place was quiet. There's heaven and only your clean spirit goes there |
Nonsense. I wonder which version of the Bible he's reading |
TemplarLandry:Exactly. I met him at the abuja airport in 2018. We actually boarded same flight, no orderlies, no escort, only him and his brief case just like Obi. I tipped him ahead of Buhari in 2015 primaries, in which he came second. He doesn't even have a hausa tongue. A purebred! Watch, his candidate will undo most of the things Ganduje had done, including the emir of kano he deposed. His candidate actually won in 2019. We knew all that happened to the remaining local govt, which could have decided the man's clear victory. Kano owns Kwakwanso ,.like kwakwanso also owns kano. He's a force to be reckoned with. In as much as I didn't support tinubu cos of his stance in corruption, judging from his antecedents here in Lagis, he'd teach northerners and Nigerians politics 101. The entire NA will be under husbfootstool such that, no cabal will influence them or use them anymore to achieve their aims. It will be hard for the north to dominate again. I give that to him. |
Gajagojo:I can't imagine myself talking in that manner openly at his age |
etrange:I just SMH. Google what El-Rufai said too. In a decent society, he should be in the custody of the police by now |
No single apc chieftain is responsible or discipline. I was shocked when the video was played on channelstv a few hours ago. We've not even drawn curtains on the reckless, intolerant, comment of elrufai and now, Ganduje. Nothing lasts forever. This I know |
yesloaded:Gonorrhoea doesn't leave blisters on scrotal sacs and penile area. He has a serious STI. He needs to visit a lab for tests, including HIV and HPV |
