I blame buhari who vowed to stop political office holders from seeking medical treatment abroad during the town hall meeting here in lagos ahead of the 2015 elections. Today, he's the number one customer of foreign hospitals, followed by Emilokan and Atiku. How would they focus their attentions on our hospitals? Shine your eyes nigerians. These people don't mean well for you and your generation. |
Alwizkidi:call this man of God and explain to him. The source and cause of the sore will he revealed by God through him. Those I shared the number with on nairalamd had shared testimonies and I believe you'd also share yours. He will never ask you for money, neither will he ask you to see him for anything. It doesn't matter your religion. All he'd ask you do is fast and pray, based on instructions God gives him concerning your case. His number 07034591079. Good luck! |
This guy don cash out big time. I knew it would come to this, which was why FG appealed the case . Igboho Osha would be like...ghęnghęęn. But I doubt they'd pay both of them up to what they're asking for as damages shaa |
ValCon888:Who no go vote Obi b4? |
He should get ready to go down first. This generation is ready for anything to vote the right candidate next year. I'm at the petrol station at ojota right now queueing for fuel. The queue is super long. I was just praying to get fuel before hitting 3rd mainland bridge cos my tank was already empty, remaining the ambler fuel warning light to show. No station was selling all along. APC should just pack and leave jare. O ti su wa |
Who will vote apc again bayii? I dey fuel station like dis for lagos. The queue no be here oo. O ti su wa oooooo |
Bontafa:Amen! You too my broda. Government mata taya me. How can you have abundant water and still be thirsty? |
Sodiq3:Says a certified urchin |
Bontafa:Guy, you made sense die. I once made this suggestion and one myopic urchin took a swipe at me. With one billion naira, you can set up a good modular refinery but the federal government knows what they're doing by limiting licences on modular refineries. There are people who can also pool funds together to achieve this. Let me shock you. We went for a project somewhere in the Niger delta some years back. You'd have to get to that village via a canoe. No fuel close by. We depended on the diesel sold by these illegal refineries for 3 months to power our generator. You know what? It was as quality as the one we bought and loaded inside our canoe the first time from a major fuel station in a nearby town. I now asked myself, how much does it really cost to build a good refinery? Why not regulate, encourage them by providing loan to upgrade instead of destroying them in order to have your way on your illegal bunkering business? All of them can specialise in a particular product...like pms only, AGO only, DPK only, etc with strict monitoring to ensure compliance on quality. Na wah oo |
A bad omen for the Emilokans. I'm at Ojota right now, queuing for fuel. How can you have plenty of food yet you're hungry? Apc had truly done so well to deserve a comeback |
Alwizkidi:Do you have faith in God? |
Benchilwell:I wonder oo ![]() |
Are you diabetic? If not, trust in God. He can cure you if you have faith. |
I just dey pity this man. As much as he's trying to make things work, he's being faced with a lot of challenges. It's not easy doing business in Nigeria. It takes the grace of God to breakthrough. Our major saboteurs are the fed govt. |
I remember OBJ saying the current US vice president karmala Harris has Nigerian ancestry. Na blood e dey. Nigeria is a soil where great and prominent people are made. |
No be buhari release dem, say dem don repent? Only in Nigeria would terrorists repent from a cause they're ready to die for . ![]() |
BreconHills:If you like, post more epistle. My vote goes to obi. Gd night |
loosecanon50:Same here but I doubt. This is a global thing. Lizz should have been given enough time with their mini budget proposal. Pounds would depreciate further and I'd see what they'd say to the new PM. I wish they remained in the EU. They never saw the war on Ukraine coming before the backed out of the EU. |
Brendaniel:In fact, I'm very angry already, reading this. We'd ensure they don't return next year, both the apc and pdp? |
God1000:Since the day Kemi Adeosun was revolted against, our economy had become so bad. She stepped on toes and turned down lots of needless loan applications by the FG. The moment Buhari's maid was appointed minister in line with their well orchestrated plans, loans.kept flying with immediate approvals. See Nigeria today? |
Augustenite:Ethnicity bawo? Is obi a yorubaman? This one is among those ignorant Nigerians thinking everyone supporting obi is ibo ![]() |
BreconHills:See what Peter Obi handed over in a state of only 4m residents below, a state with nothing before he came. That's less than the population of Alimosho in Lagos. All his achievements are still there. You can consult Google cos I won't help you on that sorry.
|
Kagd10:Let me educate you on this. Lagos has millions of cars renewing licence each year while other cars register newly There are millions of houses paying lad use charge in Lagos yearly There are corporate organisations paying taxes yearly, including the oil and gas companies There are schools paying taxes to the state government yearly New houses collect certificates of occupancy yearly. On transportation, billions are being realised monthly in Lagos...all these aren't the functions of One person. There's federal airport, federal seaport, private TV stations, private radio stations, etc in lagos People must settle labsca, safety, quality control before erecting buildings in lagos Millions of People in the various markets pay taxes monthly and some, yearly ,etc All these aren't a function of one person, it happens seamlessly. If a dundee governs lagos in 8 years, just going to work and be signing , all I mentioned above would run without him knowing those in charge. At the end of 8 years magazines will still parade him as the best-performing governor because all he needs to make people think he's working are already in place. The 600m IGR people are talking about...Tinubu isn't expected to govern without contributing his quota as governor. Government is a continuum they say. Pa jakande built the largest housing estate in Africa in his time but he didn't make noise. Prior to that time, those who governed lagos never did anything like that. Marwa came and constructed roads massively. He didn't cry over it. Most of the alimosho roads today were constructed by marwa. The CBD that's looking so fine today and MKO gardens were developed by Buba Marwa, the lagos boy. The 600m you mentioned as the IGR met by tinubu, can you measure the value of 600m in 1998 and that of today ? What was the exhange rate in 1999 and now? That 600m was the allocation of many states in Nigeria as of then so it was a huge sum. These are the facts they'd never tell you. Without a federal allocation, lagos would do well. Even if LG funds is withheld for a century, lagos would never feel it. Why did you think tinubu bought 3 private jets yet, Lagos didn't feel it? Lagos is a very rich state. |
AcuraZDX: . Obi or nothing |
These people are still talking with one side of their mouths lol. They all know Peter Obi is the best among them but pretending. They're only doing the job they're paid to do. Conscience is a stoing thing |
So, what will Reno say in this case? Like I said before, Obi leads while others follow. This is another proof ![]() |
Wow! Obidients have taken rallies to LG level...kudos! |
airsaylongcome:You're right. He's built a good mansion, travelled overseas for curses. He's a training consultant too. That's his side hustle. Recently he told me he trained some people during his break and made 2.8m naira cool cash. He's sharp oo, if na dat one. Nigerians are go-getters. This was why I got angry when buhari said our youths were lazy. Another reason I supported endsars and actively participated in it in 2020 at the lekki toll gate. People took the endsars to be political... far from it. The rich don't get intimidated by the police so, they don't know how traumatic it could be to experience it. I bought an SUV in 2014, brand new from US. On arrival I was driving it around Ikeja. One police man accosted me, saying I was too young to drive that type of a car and I asked him, what's the minimum age for owning an SUV? He got angry. He delayed me that day. I had to be mindful where I drove to cos the insult was much, as if you're their enemy once they see you with a good car. |
descarado:You're very correct. I serve in the Oil and Gas till today. There was a guy, half Dutch and half black. He bagged CCIE, which was the peak of IT in the world as of then. The CCIE is lab-based and he happened to be one of the few across the globe who had it then, nobody from or in Nigeria had it then. He was employed by NLNG at Bonny. This guy's salary was about 7m naira monthly about 6 years ago, excluding other benefits. Today with the current exchange rate, he should be earning up to 10m naira. Flight to anywhere in the world was free. Free education for his children, of course accommodation was free, feeding at NLNG was buffet, still that way today. I was like, na which kain inequality be dis . I quickly told my cousin to go for the CCIE cos that was what's left for him. He's a silent member on nairaland and am sure he'd be smiling reading this post. He gathered money and went to UAE to take the curse. I won't tell you his salary at infosys today. He's yet to pay me for the advise shaa lol What am I driving at? Despite Nigerians having a feeling they're earning so big. Expatriates earn much more but na our people still dey do the work. |
Goalnaldo:I don't really know. They used to pay them in dollars then sef. I'm not sure it's still the same now |
