Sir, Patanmi has apologised. If he made mistakes and apologised , why should paid influencers begin to taunt us further with it especially when we know their role is not altrustic. I am not paid to defend Patanmi neither are you paid to oppose Patanmi but in their own case, they get paid sir. What truth? Even when crude oil price crashed with barrel selling as low as 10 dollars, there was no allegation of money printing. Today oil selling above 60 dollars per barrel plus other sources of revenue, I don't there is any need to print money to augment monthly allocation.

Indeed! When crude per barrel was as low as 10USD, how many government agencies were in operation? Salary was even slashed by the government during this time, have you forgotten? No phcn bills to pay, no diezle to buy, no operations cost of govt and no sitting allowance by law makers because everyone was at home. Those measures alone were enough to counterbalance whatever shortfall encountered. I'd have agreed with you that obaseki "misyarn" had the CBN governor not said outrightly that what he did was in order...to keep our economy at bay. He said this because he wanted to prove he's not a poetician as he claimed, but a banker employed to do his job professionally.

That's not even the case. In Nigeria, truth is dead. If you're not in support of a particular government style and complain just because things aren't going on well, instead of them to change and appreciate your concerns, they'd attack you. Didn't you see the way they attacked obaseki after raising a concern about the printed 60bn note? Obaseki wanted the best for our economy and country as a citizen and an experienced investment banker who knows the consequences but the apc lied and said no such money was printed despite the fact that obaseki had proofs , not only as one of the recipients of such money but he had colleagues in the sector who couldn't hide the truth. CBN governor even admitted stylishly by saying he's not a politician but a banker and the onus is on him to do the needful on anything that would improve our economy, when interviewed. Same governors now complain of cash crunch, begging the fg to delay repayment of loan taken. Its in today's news.

Such would never happen in Nigeria oga. Didn't you see those expected to fire him now backing him? That's the reason Nigeria isn't getting it right . When Abba moro, the then minister under Jonathan was asked to resign after conniving with David mark's wife to sell recruitment form which was meant to be given free to those youths in the immigration recruitment saga, did Jonathan do the needful? To make the matter worse, many of those guys died in stampede nationwide during the recruitment process. The matter was swept under the carpet. That's why I don't pity all these politicians when evil befall them. This is one of the reasons I detest Jonathan's government. What of diezani, despite of proofs of corruption...did she resign?

Hmm. This reminds me of a close friend who was under the bondage of charm. This is a lesson for many youths of nowadays. Let me start by saying may God judge me if im lying on what I want to say right here because several youths of nowadays never believe such happens, especially those who are being deceived by the devil and are calling themselves pagans. We were supposed to graduate together same year but he couldn't.

I'd be very brief. It all happened years back, early 2000s. This guy met a student who was in her 2nd year while my friend was in his final year. This girl would be saying it like a joke, that my friend and herself would graduate together but the lover boy never took her seriously. The day we graduated, he had a reference in one of the easiest courses. While we were rounding off the NYSC scheme, he was to be mobilised after he had cleared the reference but had another problem. At this time, the girl was already in year 3. He travelled to school for his call up. On getting there, he discovered the school was on strike so, the director of students affairs was in custody of the call up letters and took them to his house to disburse. Students thronged his place for their call up letters daily . By the time my friend would get to this man's house, some cultists had entered the man's house and snatched all the call up letters, breaking the man's head with bottles and ran away with everything. In short, this guy graduated same time the girl did.

Long story cut short, I discussed his matter with my pastor who said I should invite him over. The pastor said let's pray but suddenly asked him to open his eyes. He asked, who's joy( not her real name) and he said she's his girl friend. He continued praying and asked him again, who's shade( not her real name) and he said she's his gf. The man asked again, who's Janet and he said she's his gf also. He now said but sir, why do you like girls this much? He now said one of them had broken relationships in the past and went to see a herbalist, who made incisions in her private part such that any guy who had sex with her would be her husband because he would never leave her until he got married to her. This guy's life was miserable. He was obviously in bondage. While I was already working and doing fine , he was looking wretched. He now confessed to the pastor that she used to say they'd graduate together and he also saw it as a joke but the pastor said she meant it. So he was asked to fast and pray for some days and the bondage would be broken. Naxo my guy serve oo. That guy today is in New York. Many guy's ways had been truncated by their lust for women.

These youths of nowdays always playing with their lives as though they're toys. Many would regret perpetually after landing in the abyss of no return after taking their lives. They'd wish they never caused themselves such harm

I'm not surprised. Only the God can expose the heinous acts of these fools. Mailafia first blew the whistle and he too received all manners of threats. I still wonder why buhari confirmed the appointments of some people of questionable character in his government without due diligence. Is Isa Pantami the only qualified ministerial nominee from his state ? Why not carry out background checks on such people by the rubber stamp senate?

Nigeria used to be a country of decorum, intellectual breeds and maturity. Now, the whole world is laughing at us but they don't care. There's tension everywhere with jihadists holding sensitive positions in our government. No wonder its hard to win boko haram war. From the customs, to police, to immigration and military, they have their members there who clear the way for them. Weapons have been intercepted at wharf several times in the past but nothing was done to seize them, except the officer who discovered it was ready to either lose his life or his job or both.

A stowaway was discovered in Amsterdam a few hours ago already dead, after the plane which took off from Nigeria landed in Holland. How did he get there in the first place? What if he carried bomb onto the plane and it exploded mid air? People would have been thrown into mourning and nobody would have been able to ascertain the cause of crash. Which way Nigeria?. Could this be the end of this great nation? The federal government seems to be at their wit's end.

Its just like asking a cat to man a cage where there are a cache of roasted fish. He has database including phone numbers, BVNs and NINs of key personalities in Nigeria in his palms. Anyone who attacks him or his allies could be eliminated and the police would be chasing shadows. I feel sad right now about the goings-on in this country. This is worrisome

You know what? They know this would definitely happen. They can't stop it. Its obvious but they'd keep defending their means of livelihood. They can run away anytime through their escape route, but only waiting for the d-day. This professors losing jobs isn't today's saying. Before abacha created ekiti state out of the old ondo state, same was tabled before his government that should ekiti be carved out of ondo, the majority of the civil servants in the old ondo state who made up of 55% of the workforce of ekiti people , would end up in farms, including their lecturers and Permanent secretaries. Amazingly, this never happened. Same scenario played out in osun when they were carved out of old oyo state , governor bisi askande was faced with job issues but later, things became normal.

Same is happening after Brexit as we speak and the UK are now busy looking for professionals. Last year alone, they recruited thousands of health workers from Nigeria alone. My cousin who was an IT personnel thought of relocating to Canada before brexit but now, his pay was almost tripled with promotion, just to discourage him from leaving the UK by his employer. We will all be alright, should we break up. Any country carved out of Nigeria who is deficient in various sectors can hire from yorubaland. Then they'd be paid in dollars.

Leave all those greedy leaders alone. Lai mohamed had no single company. Their companies are their various political offices they hold, where they're stealing tax payers money to maintain their health. What job would someone like lai muhamed get at his age, should we break up? That's their fear. We don't care how they feel.
