Funny how people think their god is punishing them with Corona for the sins of people like Bob and not for their own sins. Lol... people! |
Qu'est-ce que tu fais là bas ? |
Seeing that football was your main reason for subscribing, it only makes sense that you feel this way. It doesn't necessarily have to be the same for others. Hope this Corona thing ends soon! |
Is this from a Nigerian website? |
Jewessgratitudd:Lol... I know virtually all their songs. Can sing them too. As I said, the two I shared are just their tracks I like the most. ![]() |
My best songs from Magic System are Premier Gaou and Tape Dos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9zaFGANyrI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRYmB3yXMdg |
luqxxee:I'm sorry, sir. I think I was mistaking. That post has been long, I can't remember which happened. Maybe I was having a bad day. Next time, I'll engage properly before disengaging. |

awesomesossy:I know you mean well Sossy but why is it that people don't say "cuteness with brains" when a fine guy achieves something great? I actually think that expression is passive sexism cause it somewhat implies guys are the ones that generally have brains and it's only noteworthy when a lady measures up. She's really beautiful though. Kudos to her! |
dangermouse:Cultism is and can never be a big deal? Ok nah... On the contrary, I agree with you! ![]() |
Meeyankee:Insulting her doesn't really fault her logic. Only a brainless one would resort to insults when faced with a superior argument. I'm not calling you brainless, mind you. Ladies date different guys until they find whom to settle with. Guys also date different ladies till they pick one. So what's the basis for suggesting that a virgin is better or that a girl who has dated multiple guys in the past isn't worthwhile? Isn't that sexism? |
jeffizy:Stop it already. Your sarcastic post doesn't qualify as asking. |
Jabioro:That we can do it doesn't mean we have done it. Let's not propagate wrong information. OP said we are the first nation to cure it and that's not true. Glad he took my correction and edited that part out of the title. Good morning. |
IamMichaels:I'm not saying it's not possible but that's clearly not the case yet. OP said we're the first to cure the disease. He only edited that out after my post. |
thatigboman:He said cure. He only edited it after my post. |
jeffizy:OP just edited that off the title, oga! If you don't know the origin of something, just ask. |
Hhmm... I didn't know I'd find this touching. Felt like consoling him. |
First nation to cure corona keh? Do you guys even think these things through before you type them? Just like most viral infections, treatments can only help with Covid-19 symptoms while you wait for your immune system to fight off the virus. There is no 'cure'. This has been the case with the recovered ex-carriers all over the world. The Italian guy isn't any different. So there is nothing like 'first nation to cure Corona'. *Edited* OP, glad you took the correction. Nice one. |
Juventus4life:But why are we making it look as if addressing his people and taking "necessary measures" are mutually exclusive? Those that addressed their people didn't take measures? We don't always have to be defensive. The western world made a mistake of not taking the neccesary preventive steps before the virus hit their country, they are suffering it now. African leaders who were lucky to see ahead of time how deadly this disease could be still had to wait till it got into thier countries before taking actions so what "necessary measures" are we talking about? Here in Canada, people wait for the next steps/update from the Trudeau. Trump, despite his limitations, tries to maintain calmness in the US. Emmanuel Macron is constantly reassuring France of his commitment. People feel safer/more protected when they know someone is staying awake up there for their wellbeing. Nothing of such in Nigeria and when someone points that out, he's attacked. I honestly think Buhari did not say anything cause he knows most people have lost faith in him. Just my take. |
Why is our dear president so passive? He's impressed that this, he's pleased to hear that... Other presidents are actively combating this beast; strategizing, issuing instructions, briefing the public and monitoring progress while our own is just hearing things as if he just woke up from sleep. No formal statement to the citizens regarding the virus. Did we offend him? Maybe someone showed him all the insults people send his way here on Nairaland. Honestly, I do not have any political affiliations and I'm not the type to talk ill of the office of the president but it's evident out president isn't representing at all this time; even a die-hard fan must agree with me. |
sexylassie2:Where did I say he should be hugged. What happened to calling for help? They could have at least thrown a sachet of pure water in his direction. That poor guy was struggling for life and there was no sign of sympathy. Could you put yourself in the that guy's position for a second.. This is somebody's son, best friend, brother or husband. I don't know how you people see things sometimes. May I never lose sight of other people's pains for any reason. |
Mizwisdom:You make sound as if he knew he had Corona and decided to go around with it. We don't even know if it's Corona and even if it is, he might not have known he had it. So because he's got a contagious disease, he doesn't deserve any sympathy? No call for help, no water offered, no words of support, nothing? Boy, ya'll are mean in that country. Wow! |
Sad! RIP to her. That guy is devilish. By the way, if it were a lady related crime, we'd all be shouting "women!" instead of attacking the the person that committed the crime as with this case. |
Mizwisdom:Did you quote me by mistake? A virus that kills did what? ![]() Did you even read my post at all? |
She actually said 'I is not coming back'. A slip of the tongue, I guess. |
Lol... see the way the writer carefully held one up and brought the other down. |
The "Lu Lu Lu" part got me! ![]() |
This is so sad to watch! His friend held him against all possibilities of contacting the virus himself. I wouldn't blame anyone who refused to go near the guy but people could have been more sympathetic. |
Why allow such gatherings and only take extensive steps to protect himself? |
