We're discussing a topic that cuts across different races, nationalities, religions, genders, age groups and social classes so why would you quote the bible instead of addressing my points in clear terms. A person's race have everything to do with his genetic makeup but till date, no one has found a gay gene so the two are not alike in the least please.

I would agree with you if only you could wake up one day and say "next week, I'll not be straight for three days" just like a thief could decide not to steal for a few days. If you can't do that, then you must agree with me that sexuality is not a matter of choice. You're not straight cause you chose to be... you didn't even have to do anything to be straight. Why would a guy decide to leave the opposite sex knowing how pleasurable it is to be with them? Why would a child less than ten years just decide to be effeminate? Why would a teenage commit suicide for being gay if he could easily switch to being straight?

Here's my take:

Telegram was released about 4 years after Whatsapp and it's clear they copied most of its features including the look and feel. However, over the years, they added more features which makes the app even more sophisticated (although more complex). Telegram has timed self-deleting chat option while Whatsapp does not. Whatsapp activities are easier to trace cause of its dependence on phone numbers thus making it a slightly safer space. Telegram is also more responsive though I believe this is due to the very limited number of users. Telegram stores your chats on their servers. This is both good and bad. Good cause it serves as an automatic backup and bad cause they have your secrets and that's subject to hacking. Besides, can this be sustained when telegram moves from 200m users to more than 1b users like Whatsapp? Whatsapp, on the other hand, uses end-to-end encryption. Again this is good and bad. Good cause it makes hacking almost impossible and it can accommodate more users, and bad cause you have to initiate back-up and restore yourself. Telegram is more ubiquitous than Whatsapp (it runs on multiple platforms). Telegram also allows sharing of larger file. This is, once more, a feature the app might not be able to sustain when/if they get as many users as whatsapp. WhatsApp's video call which supports multiple users at the same time gives the app a great height that telegram is yet to attain.

Conclusion:
Telegram is more focused on features and takes advantage of its fewer number of users to offer a wider range of options. WhatsApp is more user friendly and more secured against third party data theft.

Who says 'many peoples' when using the word to refer to persons? And who said "how was your night" is wrong? That it's not frequently used in US and England does not make it grammatically wrong.

It's very difficult leading people.

If people are allowed to move around and the virus gets out of hand, OP will still be here to call out the government. Of all places to make reference to, it's the US; a country with failed strategies. If the US had it all together, would they have gotten this bad? Trump proposed to relax the lockdown state by state. This is still being debated and you're already dragging our government to follow suit; why not wait and see how it works for them? Even it this works in the US where the states are fairly independent, that may or may not work here. So it's not always about doing it because the great America is doing it, we must study our peculiar situations. Nigeria and the US are not even in the same phase of the pandemic; both countries didn't start the lockdown at the same time. US is taking decisions based on economic factors unique to them. They might be nearing economic meltdown, I don't know. But Nigeria should also take decisions based on our own peculiarities instead of just blindly comparing with the Americas.

Staying home in Nigeria is like a prison without food, I know this. Hunger is killing people. But these are nothing compared to what this virus can do if not controlled at this stage. Take this from someone who lives in North America. Staying at home remains the best option for a country like Nigeria at this moment. We don't have the facilities to accommodate what is happening in the US and Italy.
