Even their selection process are not transparent. If you like go for further humanitarian courses and apply they will not pick you. Stop wasting your time applying for INGO jobs if you don't know anyone to help you.

Most vacancies are quickly occupied by internal applicants within the system. NGO advertised jobs na SCAM!

Lol.. relax guy. U v taken a good step. Just develop your self confidence. See them as your normal male friends. U don't shiver when you interact with your male friends.. apply same method.
