On second thought, God should be seriously blamed considering the rate in which many Nigerians trusts and rely on him, pay tithes and offerings even parting with their valuables in the name of seed sowing, holding crusades and all-nights prayers, taking oath with his inspired scripture before assuming offices, crying to him everyday for justice, leaving matters in his hands when raped, robbed, maimed, kidnapped or killed. About the palm trees? How much did you invest in it?

Bought 6 hectares at akampka LGA Cross river state for 1.8m including surveyor and other papers. Clearing and felling of trees gulped 350k. A palm at nursery stage sold for 200 naira. I bought 3500 stand. Wire gaze to protect palm from grasscutters took 180k. Workers who did the planting, 150k

Oh, so sorry there were 4 mentions i replied to, i didn't know yours was left out. My mushroom farm is large about 500 bags, but it is sold out before i even harvest them. No i do not export them the demand for it here won't give room for export. The construction of the 12 by 12 shed costs 70k. The spawns gulped 120k. The pepper seed was obtained at the min of agric here in PH for 3k a pack. I bought 3pack and realized 900 stand of pepper which i planted on a 2 acres of land i hired for 20k a year.

Which of them? My first palm plantation started yielding in 2018, i planted them in 2013. Mushroom takes 21 days to start producing. It took 6months for bees to start colonizing my hives. My pepper took for 4months from nursery before producing.

Sincerely speaking, year 2020 has been challenging and a lot of things happened during the year.

It was a year we experienced total lockdown in the world due to Covid-19 pandemic. The lockdown led to a lot of unspeakable occurrences.

I came up with this question and thread so that we can learn from you. Despite all odds throughout the year, you were able to achieve something and proud of it simultaneously.

As for me, I was able to complete my University's education and I graduated with first class in Accounting. I'm very proud of that. Despite all odds, I still made it.

i planted 3000 palms. I constructed a mushroom and a bee farm. My pepper farm has started yielding, 2020 wasn't bad afterall.

Well, look at it this way, animals kill and eat animals. Cats kills and eat mice, lizards eats flies, dog eats anything flesh, fish eats worms, goats eats plants and hundreds of insects on the plants are chewed together with the leaves.
