You're a great writer, Madam Rosy.

The few first chapters of your story (before Mezie relocated out of the village) made me flashback and gave me some nostalgic feeling. You know, remembering the late Chinua Achebe's "Arrow of God and Things Fall Apart". That African setting of husbands absolute dominance and wives total submission in marriage. A time when wives dare not look directly at their husbands face when he's talking, especially when he is angry.

I just can't imagine what Akwaugo went through in the hands of Mezie who represented the aforementioned time. But I was elated for the introduction of Morgan, who to me represented civilization/ modernisation. Who through his undiluted love for Akwaugo shows that, a woman's potentials need not be hidden or suppressed, a woman need not hide under the shadows, a woman need not be relegated to the background or be trampled upon in order to make a good wife.

Whereas the former tries to hide her from the public eyes out of jealousy, the latter would go to any length to showcase her to the world.

For Madonna, I hope she pays dearly for her crimes. And for Nwakama (or what's her name again?), she's not worthy to be called a friend.

All in all, you're really good at what you do and I can see you going places, ma. Combining office work, wifely duties/ activities, motherly role and writing, no be moi moi, abeg. Your own multitasking is topnotch, ma. I pray God to continue to strengthen you.

And I want to advise that instead of using Gtbank and other known hotels, why not try manufacture your own imaginary banks and hotels, unless of course, you were paid to advertise their brands.

1. Try https://youngicee.com, click on Completed Story (there are numerous) and read Tarasha Part 1 & 2. Restless is also a Masterpiece, but it's an ongoing story. His Nairaland Moniker is OyinPrince. The story is a blast.

2. Keep yourself entertained also with Souloho's stories. Someone mentioned that earlier. Read also his story titled "A Hole in the Wall".

3. Read Topher052 My Madam and I, etc.

4. LarrySun stories also
