Aunty, there's nothing like 5G mast, the regular network masts you see around can have 5G antennas installed on them without any fuss. All the engineers need to do is mount the 5G antennas on an already existing mast, bolt it and connect it to a power source. That's all.
Don't expect to see any dedicated mast for 5G in Nigeria. By the time 5G comes into Nigeria (If it already hasn't) most Nigerians won't even be aware

OP, how sure are you that you're truly suffering from Tonsil Stones?
