Please leave low skill endavours! How are we going to ever develop for Christ sake if these are the only thing we could come up with! How about entrepreneurship in STEM! How about solving myriads of problems we have in Nigeria with science and even make science as a community hobbies and recreation! . But u need money to do that. Or are u waiting for the govt to sponsor u? After God, money follows. |

Adamma91: the way we plant I don't think drip will work for us, though we are working on getting faster irrigation system but definitely not drip. . Ok. I have not seen where borehole was used for 1 acre. So I don't know much yet. But I supported drip because it will save a lot of water. Which ever one u choose I will be learning. Good luck. |

Atlanticfire: A review of the active ingredients of your herbicide shows that it should be quite effective as a pre-emergent herbicide for corn.
How does it compare cost wise to Atrazine?
You should be able to use fusilade forte as a selective herbicide for pepper. We have used it for tomatoes previously. . Pls hw much is this fusilade ? |

Ivebeenbanned: Its like most men are actually really stupid. These dresses are supposed to have a certain length. Mini skirts espouses the thighs to a certain level. That's how we want it. But when something pushes up, we drag it down it its original length. You get? Now Bleep off and go lust over the women you're pretending to criticise. . Are u a Christian? If u are, u shud know that if u cause men to lust, u are guilty of sinning. Prostitutes dress to expose their tighs, cleavages, shape etc for a reason. A christian lady cannot dress like that. But unfortunately, there are many fake Christians. They will even dress immodestly inside churches. |

okoroemeka: well the inter row spacing have already been set at 30cm by the drip,so that leaves the between row which can be expanded to 1meter or 1.5 meter's to ensure adequate ventilation and space to be carrying knapsack up and down because of foliar disease problems during rainy season. . Using 60cm between plants will give better ventilation during rainy days. With 30cm, ventilation will still be bad even if you use 2m between rows. |
Agriculture › Re: 500,000 Naira From One Plot Of Land In 90 Days. by FarmTech(mod): 9:50pm On Feb 17, 2020 |
okoroemeka: leaf cutting insects could be bettles or caterpillars, any good insecticide will kill them off,it's nothing serious,if you are talking about whitefly, leaf miners or spider mites, now those are really stubborn pests. . . One little idea: If you ever have problem with stubborn pests that don't respond to pesticides (including systemic pesticides), take the pain and spray under the leaves - that is where stubborn pests stay. Do that several times and you'll see the difference. I successfully controlled leafhoppers and thrips that way. I believe this will also work for foliar diseases, even during the rainy season since rain will not wash all the pesticide away. . If you can cover both top and bottom of leaves, fine. It is called complete coverage. But achieving this with manual sprayers can be tough. |

Liftitupo: I am really beginning to see what Pisto said about you. Hmmmmm! So, the ban was done without your knowledge after you said you wanted to look into the case. Did you caution the man when he insulted me? Did you? I used to think you are a good mod. I advise you to check with the mods who have the power to act without consulting you on nairaland to see how pisto by-passed you instead of you to come and open your weakness here. Just my advise for you.
Please, can you comfirm how long the two monikers were banned? You dont have time looking for the links even when pisto was ready but the mod who has time has done the job. Hahahahhahah! To say you even have the gut to come here to show your how biased you were in the case is alarming. You see how God vindicates people. Hmmm! Your comments on the cucumber thread and how the thread was moved to.front.page.which pisto frowned at was so clear many things were wrong underground.
You are very funny. I should show you the links which have been worked on? Can you repeat it? You know how to reach pisto. Talk to him to show you again if you have no time and you are a mod. Very funny question. . The way u and pisto easily accuse people really tires me! So I now work with scammers right? U think I will have the time to read thru insulting thrash again? For the last time, stop these insults and give me details that will help me to help u. Ur judgemental attitude won't help. |

Liftitupo: I understand you it was why I said everyone is careful with defamation of character. I don't think mods are going to say anything. What will they say? When the 2 agric mods refused to do anything with all the links provided and the same links nailed him. What moral words do they have especially the moderator who collaborated with healthserve and told pisto to check to a rehab? Is that one a moderator? I took the bold step to confront the monikers here to prove pisto wrong or right. I have nothing to lose if pisto is wrong. It is his shame and not mine. Atlanticfire is no more talking. He may be trying to find a new way to manipulate people. Yes, let us leave out emotion and watch how it plays out. . Which links are u referring to? Send them to me. I don't have time to start looking for them. |
