If not because I don't want to talk, I would have said this man likes threatening; he first threatened to tear his US greencard, and now, to exit Nigeria. Next time, he will threaten to be the next president of Nigeria or to renounce his professorship.... Anyway, I now remember what I said earlier that I don't want to talk. So make I rest my case here.

MMM, this! MMM that! Leave the participants alone. They mature enough to know what they want. Only in Nigeria that ppl above 18yrs are told what to do, what to like .... Some white ppl choose to believe that there is no God despite all the evidence of God's existtence. One of them is Facebook founder (Mark Zukerberg). And we are here patronizing them (indirectly believing what they believe) without our right sense of reasoning.

Health5 Tips On How To Stop Snoring by FavoredGuy(op): 5:17pm On Dec 05, 2016
Snoring is often linked to lifestyle, and there are some simple changes you can make to help prevent it. Try these five self-help tips: Maintain a healthy weight and diet. Being overweight by just a few kilos can lead to snoring. Fatty tissue around your neck squeezes the airway and prevents air flowing in and out freely. Try to sleep on your side rather than your back. While sleeping on your back, your tongue, chin and any excess fatty tissue under your chin can relax and squash your airway. Sleeping on your side prevents this. Avoid alcohol before going to bed. Alcohol makes your muscles relax more than usual during a normal night's sleep. This may encourage the back of your throat to collapse as you breathe, which causes snoring. Quit or cut down on smoking. Cigarette smoke irritates the lining of your nose and throat, causing swelling and catarrh. This means airflow is decreased and you're more likely to snore. Keep your nose clear, so that you breathe in through your nose rather than your mouth. If an allergy is blocking your nose, try antihistamine tablets or a nasal spray. Ask your pharmacist for advice, or see your GP, if you're affected by an allergy or any other condition that affects your nose or breathing, such as sinusitis. Over-the-counter stop- snoring devices There are a range of stop-snoring treatments and devices on sale. These include nasal strips, which open the nostrils wider, throat sprays and devices known as mandibular advancement devices (MAD), which reposition the jaw to improve airflow.
SportsMan City Trio; Aguero, Fornandinho And Otamendi Receive Match Bans. See Details by FavoredGuy(op): 4:35pm On Dec 05, 2016
Pep Guardiola is set to be without his star striker for four games, Brazilian midfield enforcer for three and his Spanish centre-half for one fixture The Football Association has confirmed that Manchester City trio Sergio Aguero, Fernandinho and Nicolas Otamendi are to serve four, three and one-match bans respectively. Aguero is facing four games on the sidelines following his red card against Chelsea on Saturday. Pep slams reporter for Alexis rumour The Argentina international was sent off for a reckless challenge on David Luiz in injury time of Manchester City's 3-1 defeat to the Premier League leaders at the Etihad Stadium. The FA updated the disciplinary page on their official website on Monday, verifying that Aguero has been given a suspension that will rule him out of matches against champions Leicester City, Watford, Arsenal and Hull City. It is the second time Aguero has been punished for violent conduct this season, prompting the lengthier ban, after he was given a retrospective red card for elbowing West Ham's Winston Reid in August. PLAY Team-mate Fernandinho has received a three-match suspension after he was sent off for pushing Cesc Fabregas over the advertising boards in the fracas that followed Aguero's challenge. Finally, Otamendi has been handed a one-game ban after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season. Aguero in PL Worst Team of the Week The Spaniard will be missing for Saturday’s trip to reigning Premier League champions Leicester. Pep Guardiola will be forced to shuffle his pack as a result, with three experienced figures ruled out of his plans down the spine of his City side.
Travel'no Plan To Carry Arms For Now' - FRSC by FavoredGuy(op): 4:15pm On Dec 05, 2016
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) on Monday urged the public to ignore reports going round that the corps had started distributing and mandating its personnel to carry arms. Mr Bisi Kazeem, FRSC Head of Media Relations and Strategy, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that the rumour was being circulated by mischievous elements seeking to provoke disorder in the society Kazeem said that some “irresponsible” people took a recent statement by the Corps Marshal, Boboye Oyeyemi, out of context to suit their agenda. He said the Corps Marshal was only lamenting the recent findings that 70 marshals lost their lives this year alone to some reckless motorists and was misquoted. “The Corps Marshal only stipulated that such a high number of loses could have been avoided if FRSC personnel were carrying arms as allowed by the law. “But, he quickly added that there is no immediate plan to implement the law that permits the officials to carry arms. “It is unfortunate that some wicked people now took that to mean that he said officials are now being armed; it is a figment of their imagination .” he said. Kazeem said the FRSC boss was misquoted based on the rumour making round on the social media. He said people even circulated a picture that depicted some road safety officials being drilled by the Nigerian Army on how to handle firearms. He said the picture was dug out from trainings that took place years ago to make it seem as if it was part of a purportedly new arrangement to arm the officials. Kazeem said the corps had been undergoing such training on regular intervals since 1992 during the administration of former President Ibrahim Babangida. “We have never put the exercise as part of the general practice of our operation and we have no plans of implementing it in the nearest future.” The spokesperson said an amendment to the FRSC Act in 2007 granted the road traffic managers the power to bear arms like the police and other security agencies. He, however, said that previous corps marshals of the FRSC did not prioritise its implementation. (NAN). Source; vanguardngr.com
NYSCNYSC Introduces A New SAED Programme For Corps Members by FavoredGuy(op): 4:06pm On Dec 05, 2016
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has introduced different skills acquisition programmes to prepare corps members for life after the scheme. The State Coordinator of the NYSC in Ondo State, Mr James Olugbodi, said this while flagging off the Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) on Monday at the NYSC orientation camp, Ikare-Akoko. Olugbodi at the programme said he was happy with the vision of the Director-General of the scheme, Brig.-Gen. Suleiman Kazaure, for planning life after “Allawee” for corps members. He said different programmes like bead making, cosmetology, agro-allied businesses, event management, shoe making, and so on, would be thought over by different facilitators who were also former corps members as well. Olugbodi pleaded that the programme should be keyed into by the corps members because white collar jobs were hard to get nowadays. “The NYSC thought the best way is to teach corps members skills on how they will be able to stand alone, when the monthly allowance stops after service. “This will help to solve the problem of unemployment, to some extent, in the country. “The one we are doing in camp is like an introduction, after they are posted out of the camp, they will be given a list of our facilitators in the various local governments to continue the training,” he said. Olugbodi charged corps members to be encouraged and to key into the skills acquisition programme. Mrs Ehimwenma Itohan, an Assistant Director, SAED in the state, said the programme was one of the major ones to be run in the orientation camp. Itohan said the programme was divided into two phases, the camp training and the post-camp training. She also said that the training was not optional, as most of the corps members didn’t know what will happen after the scheme, saying, “they can easily embark on skills acquired’’. “It comprises of learning soft skills and the proper training itself through facilitators. It is not optional, it’s part of camp activities which they must embrace,” she said. Also speaking at the event, Mrs Jennifer Dawodu, Head of SAED at the camp, said corps members must always think of what they could give back to the society and not the other way round. Dawodu said banks would be approaching the corps members to give soft loans to help them to invest in any of the acquired skills and to start businesses of their own. She said the loans ranged from N10, 000 to N100, 000. “We want our corps members to be self-reliant. Your parents have tried to take care of you up to this stage, so they should not be a disappointment by going back home after service and be collecting money from them,” she added. (NAN). PhonesSurvey: Data Price Hike Vs Poor Data Services. by FavoredGuy(op): 9:47am On Dec 02, 2016
As it stands now in Nigeria, one of these situations is very imminent: hike in data price with manageable data (quality) services. It is usually said that when two elephants are fighting, the grasses will suffer. The govt (NCC) and Telecom companies are the understanding and misunderstanding each other and we the data 'consumers' are on the receiving end of their game. So let's see the two sides of the coin we (you and I) prefer:- better quality data services with higher prices or normal data price regime with declined service quality- considering the fact that we are in economic recession and that not withstanding we need data to stay connected and informed. Click 'LIKE' for better quality with higher price or 'SHARE' for the second option, low price low quality.

Luckysbab:
A revolving loan means the money lent out can not go round all the beneficiaries simultaneously, so some people will have to repay theirs before others can get, until it goes round the cycle.

You don get am?
thanks 4 ur explanation but are the tailors so numerous that the govt cannot provide loan that wil go round once. Think of it nah! What percentage of the entire population represent tailors. Ah! Very very small. Our govt should be more serious. If you want to empower someone, do it in a way that they wil feel the full impart. The resources are there. I arrest my case here.
