If you see burrows on the itch and it's more severe at night, it's most likely scabies. See a doctor
Either way you'd need a doctor.
Health issues are sensitive. I wonder why people have the time to joke over the predicament of others. If you cannot contribute positively, park well. All these people with their jargons, can't you just speak English for once? What is he supposed to do with molluscum Kongi...blah blah blah? |

Some of them call all men ràpists
They see men via the lens of their fathers Most Nigerian girls do. Before I date any naija babe, I try to find out about her relationship with her father, because either way she is going to judge me by those standards. If her dad is/was irresponsible, she will watch out for any slightest trait from you. If on the other hand, he is/was a loving and caring father, then you got a lot of work to do. |

This thread is just a typical example of why there are so many single people out there these days, me inclusive. Girls these days are just... They want equality yet approach life's issues from a weaker standpoint. At least the men are as real as can be, they have not changed over the centuries, however our women have. From this thread I can see that many mamas forgot to raise their girls into women and many papas forgot to raise their boys into men. Some guys here on NL are wusses. Getting scared of this marriage ish, cos a broken home is not on my list of wants. I'd not be disrespected either. Some of our girls don't appreciate civility, they take it for weakness and they start fronting. I may just have me some baby mamas jare. Daz all. |

manny4life: I am yet to see a man who competes with his wife... It is not a lie. Most men I know about take care of their homes, and in return, the woman honors her husband. A man has more pride than a woman, so it's not out of place for him to feel more competitive, but it's more less often do you see a woman making more than the man. Besides, a woman should honor her husband whether she makes or less than he does. There are women who feel they are in a competition with their husbands. I had a gf who constantly asked me at every chance she got if I would still love her and not get jealous if she became richer than me. Behaving as if we were competing even when I would hatch schemes that would advance her career on numerous occasions. She made it like a holy grail for her like it was her sole ambition to be richer than me in life. Most women are only loyal when they feel they are less empowered. A lot of these divorce cases you hear don't involve couples who live in apartment blocks with no real assets. Fast forward a few years when the man takes a mortgage on a house and at the slightest infraction, they are heading for the divorce courts. |

DNA has proven the husband isnt the father but the judge insist that since the child was born within that marriage regardless of DNA he should pay the child support
He hasnt proceeded with the divorce, In that case freecocoa that an example of how twisted the law can be So not fair at all. |

AreaFada2: .
The problem is we look down on our tradition. Luckily enough it's all there for anyone curious enough to know.
It doesn't make him feel dead, it KILLS him. There is a case going on right now. A young man suddenly got seriously ill on returning from visiting his wife in 9ja.
Even the best medical docs in Europe can find no reason for his illness. Meanwhile he's in hospital for months now. I have gone to see him and examined him too. All parameters seem ok. But he can't eat or get up from bed.
The wife, a Christian never believed when her in-laws warned her about her suspicious ways. She thought she could mess around anyhow, under guise of born again.
Let me tell you how they say it works. It's not magun style.
A woman commits adultery. The man is safe if she doesn't cook for the man or sleep with him. That is, no wifely role towards him. If she does, problem.
Look, I spent over a decade having clinical evidence & empiricism drilled into my head. But there are things we see that confound science. One can believe it or leave it. One or both partners are from Edo state, ishan to be precise. If your wife starts buying you fast food take aways, don't complain. Just know that she is trying to save your life. If she cheats on you, she cannot cook for you, otherwise you'd fall sick with no diagnosis and die eventually. |

Timbuktou: Actually, it would seem a better deal considering the wife gets to have anything she wants, the house and children inclusive. It really isn't a shock to see a man deprive both himself and the ex of all that rather than have only himself left in the cold. There's really not much difference between a man in jail and a free one who's alienated from kids he has to work for or go to jail, not like he sees them when he wants.
At least, this biitch is dead and he's in jail. Hahahahah. He probably knew he wouldn't be able to pay alimony and upkeep for his kids, so why not just embrace the inevitable with equanimity? This was why Hulk Hogan said a few years ago that he didn't blame O.J Simpson for murdering his wife. Hogan's wife divorced him and took all...mansion, cars, e.t.c. while Hogan had to rent a condo somewhere in the neighbourhood. One day as he was jogging down the street, he saw his wife's new boyfriend who was in his twenties cruising around in his Mercedes which Hogan bought with his hard earned money. Damn!! That awkward moment when a murder plot hatches in your mind. |

mutter: Well women are doing it and have been doing it. All the men that dies mysterious deaths in Nigeria. I wonder how many were poisoned? Women kill their husbands and even their children sometimes. It does happen. Look in certain parts of Nigeria, they take these children to spiritual churches and claim they are evil and witches and get the children tortured and even killed. Women that throw away their babies.
This is not a "man thing". I tell you. In portharcourt, you find mostly landladies, not landlords. Once the man builds his empire, he dies mysteriously, case closed and the woman starts enjoying her loot. On a more serious note, women here deal with the men via a variety of means; metaphysics etc. |

mutter: The men married them because when before they got out they acted all humble or probably even where, but then their eyes opened. I see some when they come newly "sir, daddy" and after a few months, "useless man".
How does a man become the kind of man that commands respect? Every human being commands respect. In accordance with our tradition every man commands respect from every woman and men have a different status in society. Did the woman not take a vow to submit to him or better for worse? When you do the wine carrying why do you go down on your knees? Is that just a show, a body movement. It is a promise to the man made before your family and his that you would submit to the man and go down for him. The man does not have to command his respect it is your duty as his wife.
Divorcing them would mean loosing everything, even custody of the kid`s. That is how it functions. The man would loose everything he built up. He not only looses it but looses it to someone he built up who turned around to destroy him. God bless you for the wisdom you are imparting on these girlfolk on NL. This is a WOMAN!!! I will start following you. @Aisha, why would you use your fellow woman's past ordeal against her in public like this? That's very very much below the belt. A real low blow. Grow up girl. |

MadCow1: Hush Child..
Have you read the contract on East West Road? Do you know what payment plan was adopted for it?
Shey you people celebrated the FOI bill, go and find it and enlighten yourself..
East West Road contract was awarded by Obasanjo.. Fact. East West Road is currently being financed by 2 budgets which is an opening for siphoning money.. Wake up Grandpa! The one obj awarded to babalakin(bi-courtney) which was to be tolled for 25 years was revoked just like a lot of contracts that Obj awarded to babalakin through the back door. GEJ re-awarded it to JB and reynolds construction and the scope of repairs expanded. Bi-courtney had been on the road for 42 months without much to show whereas the contract terms stipulated that it'd be completed in 48months. |

patrotic9gerian: The way Nairaland is promoting GEJ now self is really questionable. How can you promote a govt that has neglected its citizens. You promote massive crowd thread for the PDP and bring Burahis certificate issues or anything that would make him look bad e.g. the Pic of buhari in a River as displayed in front page now. Your brothers have been killed and you promote a man that will go into office and turn his back against the masses living innocent Nigerians to die... You must think twice. Collect their money but work against them for the interest of fatherland and the lives of our people... This is the problem with you failbuhari sympathizers, you do not believe in fairplay. You don't want to see anything positive about GEJ on the front page, yet Failbuhari's threads litter the front page. "Buhari eats with Osinbanjo", " Massive crowd at buhari rally...", etc. Please open the front page and count how many failbuhari topics are there and compare with positive GEJ topics and then come back and post. If it were possible to post a thread of failbuhari farting sef you would do it. Bigots. GEJ's achievements are there for you to dispute. We know he has not done everything yet, and that is why he needs more time. Please compare all that he has done which have been posted on this thread to all that IBB, OBJ and any other ex president has done and let us debate it with civility without mudslinging. I know you will come with security issues. Yes, there is Boko. But when was the last time you or your loved ones got robbed and how often has it been compared to the past? When was the last time you heard about travellers getting robbed? Now you know what opmesa and all other security agencies are doing. How many guys do you still know that are into yahoo yahoo as compared to OBJ's era when they held sway to the extent that olu maintain, Osuofia and Kelly handsome had to sing about it? That is because there are more opportunities now and the sensible youths are seizing them for their future. |

But the expediency of the situation demands we have military presence at least in the supporting role they are playing now, lest we encounter a chaotic situation which could lead to a state of emergency in which the military would still have to be involved, but lives would have been lost by the time they are deployed. |
