Imagine a big team like barca signing shite and unproven players. It could never be Chelsea. They signed coutinho for 120m+ and then signed dembele for 110m+ and then signed Arthur and some other fůćktard for 60m+. The money they used in purchasing dembele would've been enough to purchase two proven and quality central backs.
