Before you go far, check the debt burden of Nigeria in the past 10 years, the debt incurred this 3years under APC is almost more than the 16 years of the so called PDP combined. i have been to shanghai and I know the train system being built here is not on-par with that ---even the US train system is outdated --but we need something. And even-though we have been shortchanged it is still better than nothing
