PaulKillerman: My dear, there is nothing to look further, anybody can come online and write anything...
A woman comes to your desk and tells you she is having d dyspareunia (painful Intercourse) the last thing you will wanna think is Endometroisis, more so Endometroisis, has its own peculiar kind of pain, not the intercousal type... There are more likelycauses u should think of, Endometroisis should be way way way below the bottom...
Like they say, experiences u withness is the far better teacher... That excerpt is from a peer reviewed medical journal. Not some idiot "posting anything" online. In addition, a differential diagnosis would be performed. I simply stated two reasons for painful sex. I was not providing a differential. |

Dejideji1: But it must apply to a large percentage of women. If we take random samples around the world, it will be very hard to actually find women who stopped at the first child due to the experience of Labour pains and the fear of attempting it again.
I quite agree with the answer you gave on this topic earlier, but if you say it doesn't apply to every woman then, i want to believe that the percentage of such women must be negligible/insignificant. I don't actually know the statistics, I'm not sure anyone has performed that study, but I am inclined to agree. However, I am wary of making sweeping generalisations. I don't speak for all women, I don't have a child. I am just quoting the currently accepted theories. |

goldbim: No way!!most of them rely on the drugs to survive..and the energy gained is always triple!what happens when he kills someone overnight due to some hallucinations that come as a result of the drugs its risky!. Antidepressants do not cause hallucinations. The most common side effects are nausea, headache, dry mouth, vomiting and dizziness. Also, there are several different *types* and *dosages* of antidepressants - treatments are tailored ans titrated to each person's individual requirements. |

iamdurent: Just wanted to know. I've heard people say some unpleasant stuffs about people on antidepressants.
Some people say people on antidep are mentally weak people who turn to drugs to handles their lows of life. Which aint true
*sighs Quite right - it isn't true. Nobody says to those who take medicine for heart problem "just grow stronger and get over it". There is a lot of negative stigma surrounding mental illness. It's really sad. |

PaulKillerman: Madam, Endometroisis will cause very severe pain, during or around the menstrual periods, not during sex, plus it will most times cause very scanty or no menstrual bleed, one of its complications, infertility...
Abeg, no dey move those kind of your unguided unverified stuffs you dey move... If you look further you will discover that endometriosis can cause extended bleeding, in some cases up to 30 days or longer. And it can cause excruciating pain, with or without sexual contact. "The main symptoms are pelvic pain and infertility. Nearly half of those affected have chronic pelvic pain, while in 70% pain occurs during menstruation. Pain during sex is also common."Bulletti C, Coccia ME, Battistoni S, Borini A (August 2010). "Endometriosis and infertility". J. Assist. Reprod. Genet. 27 ( 8 ): 441–7. doi:10.1007/s10815-010-9436-1. I personally wouldn't.
Unless my boyfriend asked me to call him for something.
If a girl asks for your friend's phone number you have to know WHY. If she can't give you an answer, and your birthday isn't coming up (surprise party), it's a no-go zone. |

boostdom: At no point in your rambling incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. And then you task me about the standard of my written English to an anonymous troll? If you think you deserve extra thought then your naivety while endearing in a child is dangerous in someone of voting age.
You suffer depersonalisation so you forgot your alternate moniker Stupedinluv said she is black on this thread www.nairaland.com/2982641/enslaved-why-find-caucasian-looking to rile up those with mental debility? The frail power of your mind showed, eh?
I tried to remain objective and read through till I realised every bit of text is an imponderable string of gibberish imaginable. Boringly predictable and polarised.
Through experience, I have met people like you who suffer from self alienation and have embodied this condition down to their very souls. People whose will have been subordinated to external demands imposed upon themselves by conformity to a supremacy ideology.
One doesn't have to snake through esoteric computer algorithms or teach transcendental meditation for me to know they are smart but you, a troll, are nothing close to that threshold.
You are just a troll with an assemblage of convoluted nonsense.
You are like someone with type 4 cancer: you just wish them the best and keep it moving. You are dead inside and there is nothing one can do to help you. Adios. You still have no evidence of me being irrational or illogical. You contradict yourself several times ie, saying I attempt to self-alienate, then saying I depersonalise then saying I'm actually dead inside. You're not a very good psychologist. Here's my assessment of you : jealousy and projection. Everything you accuse me of, is actually present in your own bloated writing. Seek help. |

They forget how much it hurt. That's how brains are wired, to forget strong unpleasant sensations. When you are cold, can you *imagine* how it is to be very hot? Can you imagine the sensation of being too hot? It's difficult. The neural pathways involved are the same as those involved in pain and labour. It's a positive genetic trait evolved from the requirement to propagate life. Without this ability to forget the pain, women would have one child alone, which is not enough to maintain a breeding population when you consider mortality rates. Women remember "it hurts", but they don't remember the strength of the physical sensation. It is a disconnected memory. There is, obviously, genetic diversity - so this doesn't apply to *all* women. It's the simplest way I can think to explain it. If you need clarification, just ask |

Some of this is simply not true.
There is no evidence to suggest masturbatiom causes cancer in women...
Masturbation doesn't cause sperm disability, it increases sperm count...
Masturbation only causes infection in women when they have really dirty hands and an open wound on their pvssy... |

mizzbouqui: Why is it that if you tell a guy that you have a boyfriend he still want to talk to you but if you tell the same guy that you just want to be friends he stop talking to you? Pls guys what are your opinion about this because I've been wondering. Not all guys, but it's about chances. A lot of girls will lie about having a boyfriend. Also, it could be read as "I'd love to see you, but my stupid boyfriend is in the way of our love" or whatever. But if you say you have one, chances are you are sexually active. The guy will hedge his bets and see if he can convince you. He thinks if you get to know him better then your boyfriend may just disappear. In this scenario, he believes he has a chance to have sex with you. But if you say the word "friend" they go away immediately. This is a word that lets them know you won't have sex with them. He loses interest. Friends don't have sex, so there is no chance you'll have sex with him. Men are allergic to the word "friend". They believe in the "friendzone" or whatever that stupid thing is. It's usually immature guys that act this way. I'm sure there are many levels of this behavior and it can be more complex. |
