If someone is to agree, or concur to an opinion, then in this instance a man would have to ask her if she'd been raped. There was no mention of the guy asking this question, but a woman simply stating she was raped when questioned why she wasn't a virgin.

Do you even know what a hymen is? It's a thin membrane covering part or all of the entrance to the vaginal canal. It is very soft, to varying degrees between ladies.

Any kind of trauma in that area can break it, it's not a tough piece of skin like you have on your hand.

You have the internet, educate yourself with information instead of the opinions of people who have no real knowledge.

If she has "agreed" to being raped, that makes no sense. Women don't agree to rape, rape is defined as penetration without consent. She ADMITS to be raped (admission is defined, in this context, as confession).

There's no way to tell if a lady is a virgin. Hymen can be broken from things other than sex - tam.pon, pap smear, horse riding, gymnastics, riding motorcycle, falls etc.

There's no way to know anyone is a virgin, even polygraphs can be wrong.

Condoms are 99% effective and breakage of condom is very rare if you use them correctly. Incorrect use leads to breakage.

Also it's near impossible to put on a condom "inside out". Silly.

There are other terms used for non-consensual sexual acts that don't involve penetration - like indecent assault, sexual harassment etc.
