The vibration or whatever they call it from an incoming train often makes nearby cars to malfunction. Her car might have stopped or developed fault on the rail because of that but common sense should've kicked in at that moment. She should've jumped out and fled from the scene before the train rammed on her. She died a foolish death. But you that expected the train to stop for her, I don't even know if I should exchange your brain for a bottle of stout. angry
Any vibration that can Cause a car to malfunction can also send a quick reflex action into the drivers body to flee danger.
My two cents.

Sports / Re: "He Doesn't Lace His Boot" Kylian Mbappe Told He Doesn't Compare To Messi by Fredoh(m): 9:49am On Dec 17, 2022
ThierryJay:

Thank you o. It's these shameless Ronaldo fans that have shockingly abandoned their Pendu in the GOAT debate to now line up behind Mbappe and pitch him against Messi. Is Mbappe the same as Cristiano? It's unbelievable. I can imagine if Messi fans start to hop on the Haaland train and use his current exploits to claim that he's GOATed over Ronaldo. Is that not insanity? Wetin concern Messi with Haaland?

It's so shocking that it is we Messi fans that are the ones now defending Cristiano against Mbappe. We are now having to remind Pendulums that the reasons they are putting up to compare Mbappe to Messi would automatically mean that their CR7 is also under Mbappe's feet at this age which cannot be the case.

They are so blinded by their hate on Messi that they've thrown Pendu under the bus. I feel so sorry for him.

So many pivotal French players like Greizmann, Giroud, Varane also reached the final of 2 world cups apart from Mbappe. Does this put them above Messi?

At Mbappe's age, Messi had won 2 Ballon Dors and 3 UCLs. Mbappe has none of that. Ronaldo had at least also won a UCL and a Ballon Dor at Mbappe's age. Ronaldo De lima already had 2 World best awards at Mbappe's current age. How can you then compare him to all these Greats just because you hate Messi? These guys are just mented.

Absolutely!
Well said.
Why should we be so quick to forget the greats contribution. Even when they’re still alive and active?
Truth be told. Mbappe is not yet and same throne with Messi or Ronaldo and he knows it!
Winning World Cup shouldn’t be a singular criteria. Ronaldo never payed in any World Cup final but we know who he is.

Investment / Crypto: BUY In US/Europe, SELL In Nigeria Is This Possible? by Fredoh(m): 5:34pm On Jun 21, 2022
With constant devaluation of our beloved Naira, USDT now sells at about 610 per NGN in P2P Crypto market. Apart from the investment opportunity presented by the recent deep. I’ve also been thinking of another way of trading

What if I:
1. Open a domiciliary account in Nigeria
2. Fund it with $1,000 at Bank rate (say 550), total = #550,000
3. Send it to my brother in US.
4. He now buys 1,000 USDT
5. Sends me the USDT on Binance
6. I now sell the USDT in P2P @ #610 making #610,000
7. Profit = #610,000 - #550,000 = #60,000

Is it possible to achieve the above, if not, what do you think will hinder it.
Experience Crypto gurus come and say your mind.

Ashawu women with sex, cos that's the only thing they got to offer.
I believe a good woman will never do such.
With these stuff happening up and down how do you even know for sure the women that will not do that?
Difficult to tell but i more there are good women and respect to all the good women out there.

When a man is in a tight condition he uses what he has and knows to get money. This may include criminal activities too depending on who he is.

When a woman is in same condition she uses what she knows and has to get money. And to many women, they think of men to solve their problems by using whats between their legs. Depending on the kinda woman she is too. As in the case above.

Well assuming your confession is true.

I can bet you that Suleiman isn't the only man you're hooked up with in an attempt to get money.
Question is did he or did not pay you?

You ain't gonna come around and be ranting and expect us to cruxify Suleiman.
For your information, you share the blame by halves 50-50.

Why aren't you telling us of all other hookups that you did?

The burden of proof lies on the claimant.

By the way I'm no fan of Suleiman

Romance / Re: Why Do Guys Want To 'do' Before They Say 'I Do'? by Fredoh(m): 10:20am On Aug 17, 2021
Getting tired of these kinda childish topic.
1. Males are sexually more aggressive than females but that is how nature is. It is beneficial to both genders. Look at animals and you'll will see undiluted natural behavior.
The chicken will sometimes lie low waiting for the cock to come and top her.
So you see nature playing out.

2. Women pretend a lot. Dont be surprise to see a lady writing a thread saying MY FIANCE IS NOT SHOWING SIGN OF HAVING SEX, IS HE OK?

3. Keep life simple. If you believe sex before marriage is wrong (which actually is based on religions in Nigeria)
Then find someone who believe same.
They will not wanna do before marriage.

After all i can beat my chest that only few people actually get married virgins. Both males and females.
Meaning at some point in your past, you most likely have had it outside marriage.
Family / Re: Why Getting Married When You Are Struggling Financially Is A Bad Decision! by Fredoh(m): 5:52pm On Aug 16, 2021
MrBrownJay1:
all you people are looking at marriage with a failed vision.... you dont need money to get married, marriage is just an extention of a r/ship sealed by a useless piece of paper....if you guys were broke and could date happily, then there is no reason why you couldnt get married and still be happy. the problem here is that all you people are thinking that a broke couple should do exactly the same thing as one with money, while the couple with little money needs to ADAPT TO THEIR SITUATION until they have enough money to care for a family (aka children etc)

a lot of people are quick to call a man/woman broke because they only have money to take care of their own needs, but the reality is that there are many people who are broke because they paid their rent, put food in the fridge and paid their bills etc. if 2 broke people join hands, then they can EASILY live happily ever after (so long as they dont try to add to their family). so a broke married couple needs to take contraception, need to cut their coat according to their situation and they need to work towards getting a better life situation in order to have kids etc

it takes money for a single person to take care of their basic need... its called LIFE and everyone should be able to take care of their basic needs before thinking of marriage, same for married ones. you dont need "more" money to get married than the money you each had to take care of your basic needs, if your spouse cant/couldnt take care of their basic needs then you shouldnt get married and that person should sort that part of their lives 1st before thinking of getting married, as they are a LIABILITY

as for your hustle statement, no wonder so many men fail in marriage when they think that having money to take care of a liability is the solution to their problem....a liability is a LIABILITY whether you bring more money to the table or not.

RESPECT!

First of all i agree with OP.
I also agree with you.

But it is important to consider the logical presupposition within a statement.

OP is talking about reality, taking about the real world with all its challenges as is.

You on the other hand are talking about an ideal situation where:

1. The wife is willing to share responsibility of provision
2. The wife is a working class
3. There's absolutely no added responsibility when a man marries. etc

Honestly i wish so too!
Where two people who are able to take care of their respective selves come together and continue life together without stress.
But that's just a wishful thought!

Phones / Re: Itel P37 wins "Best Big Battery Smartphone Award"at BoICT.See Photos!!! by Fredoh(m): 9:11am On Aug 01, 2021
Nnnena:

itel’s P37 smartphone was honoured with the ‘Best Big Battery Smartphone Of The Year’ award at the Beacon of ICT Awards 2021 event held on July 24th in Lagos, Nigeria. Released in May, the itel P37 has changed the game when it comes to big battery smartphones in the entry and mid-level markets due to its functionality, superior power, and premium quality talk and play time.

The smartphone has also continuously enjoyed good reviews from consumers, and this is why the recognition of itel P37 as the best big battery smartphone of the year 2021 at the awards event is a further stamp of approval on its capabilities. To win this honour, the itel P37 received the highest number of votes in the category during the voting stage- a process, which is opened to industry stakeholders and enthusiasts, and earned the best ratings of the awards’ jury.

This is a laudable feat for itel as the Beacon of ICT (BoICT) awards remain one of the highest honours given to organizations and individuals who provide innovative and forward-thinking technological products in the Nigerian Information and Communications Technology industry. And with itel’s recent repositioning for customers to enjoy a better life compounded by ease and simplicity, this honour showcases the value that the brand’s smartphones and other products bring to the table.

Oke Umurhohwo, itel’s Marketing Manager for the West African region had this to say after receiving the award, ‘It is our greatest honour to serve our consumers by creating top-of-the-line yet pocket-friendly products for them. To be recognized by the BoICT Awards for our effort with the itel P37 is also a great honour. We pledge to continue to be the people’s brand and to help every Nigerian and African enjoy better life and give them value for their support over the years.’

The itel P37 is a big battery smartphone designed to help users get more fun and playtime at a reasonable cost. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, 6.5’ HD+ FullScreen Display coupled with a 2.5D screen design, a slim and fashionable look, as well as other unique features users have fallen in love with.

For more information on itel’s products and services, please visit @itelNigeria on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

But do you guys want to hear the explanations?

Many of you aren't willing to listen, you just focus on the "No". There is always a reason for a No.

True but as long as the lady didn't say the famous "No" in a humiliating way.

The issue is most rejected proposals i see (all online, never seen a live rejection) are humiliating.

I usually expect the girl to get the guy off his knees, give him a hug and refuse the ring.
To me that Looks like the "No" for the time being!
