There's no way kachikwu should be made a scapegoat without indicting buhari.

My comment which you quoted above was simply to exhibit the folly of some folks who were spreading falsehood to deceive their own kinsmen into voting for a failed candidate. Whoever you choose to vote is your choice and your inalienable right, but to come and tell me or anyone else that a road which is still in a deplorable/horrid state is 'very good' all in a bid to sway votes, that is not just evil but it's also foolishness.
