Tinubu, who said Obasanjo was playing politics with the special statement he wrote to the President, explained that if the former President meant well, he would have met with the President to talk about the issues he raised in the letter.
BUT WHEN HE WROTE SAME LETTER DURING GEJ TIME YOU NEVER ADVICE THAT HE SHOULD MET WITH THE PRESIDENT, THEN YOU ALL HAILED HIM NOW THE CHICKEN HAS COME TO ROAST, YOU WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND, YOU ARE NOW ASKING THAT HE SHOULD HAVE MET WITH THE PRESIDENT IF HE MEANT WELL.
THEN WHEN A LOT OF US SAID WHY DID HE NOT GO TO MEET WITH GEJ THEN, YOU GUYS ALMOST CHASED US OUT OF THIS COUNTRY, NOW IT HAS COME TO HUNT YOU GUYS, THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING, YOU CAN SEE WHAT THE HERDSMEN ARE DOING UP NORTH, YOU DONT NEED TO TELL ANYBODY WHAT TO DO, IT VERY CLEAR THAT PMB IS GOING BACK HOME.

Governor of Oyo state, Abiola Ajimobi has reacted to the Federal government's directive for cattle Colonies to be created in all states of the country as a means of quelling the violent activities of Fulani Herdsmen.
PoliticsNGR gathered that Ajimobi, who received the Alaafin of Oyo at the state government house on Thursday, rejected the cattle colony directive saying that it was tantamount to modern day slavery. In his words;
"Cattle colony is tantamount to modern slavery because colony is synonymous with colonization. We cannot have that in Oyo State. It is a pointer to the fact that federalism is not working in Nigeria.
"If poultry farmers or owners of piggeries, among others, are not being offered colonies for their own livestock, why should herdsmen be a survival category.
"Our position is to support controlled ranching, under which we will provide land and other basic modern facilities for good cattle business as well as breeding. Those wishing to rear cattle will use the facilities at moderate cost. No more, no less.”
The thing I see from this cattle Colony, is this when this colony is created, they will come with their wives and children and start pro creating from there they will take over the place with violence and even claim owners of the place over time

marryjesus: Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC), Professor Itse Sagay, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to sack those he described as “the cabal” in his cabinet, saying they have been the clog in the wheel of progress of the administration.
Sagay made the call yesterday evening after delivering the convocation lecture of the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. Sagay who spoke with journalists, said: “Cabal has no business being in the presidency and as such, they should be fished out and flushed out.”
He, however, declined to mention the names of those in the cabal, but insisted that “they are not helpful to the government, everybody is complaining about them.”
Speaking on the Abdulrasheed Maina saga, Sagay said those behind his recall to the civil service should also be identified and punished, stressing that the matter had not been swept under the carpet.
He, however, said the problem with the former chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Pension did not start with the Buhari administration, adding that the government was determined to get to the root of his reinstatement to the satisfaction of all Nigerians. Sagay advised that “Nigeria should stay with President Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo” if the country was to get to the promised land.
“Buhari and Osinbajo have absolute integrity, if we don’t use them now I don’t know when next we will have leaders like them. All my hopes are on Buhari in 2019.”
He, however, said the president should be firmer, adding that “we need a little dose of autocracy if we want to develop.” Earlier, while delivering his lecture titled: ‘Nigeria: The Travails of An Animal Kingdom,’ Sagay said the elite were to blame for the problems of the country, adding that the quality of the political elite had continued to decline in Nigeria since after the First Republic.
SO HE KNOWS THERE IS A CABAL IN PMB CARBINET, WHEN NOT PUT IN MORE ENERGY IN ENSURING THE CABAL IS REMOVED, THAN USE THAT ENERGY TO DISTURB US ON GEJ ADMINISTRATION
MediumStout: I hope the igbos blaming Buhari for marginalizing the south east can now see that patience is indeed a virtue. Here is the same Buhari spending an underserved 1 billion naira on Ekueme's burial. Something he could have simply ignored if not for the kindhearted man he is. If the igbos don't vote for APC in 2019 as a result of this, then we can conclude the region is ungrateful
Can you imagine what you have just wrote, spending one Billion for the dead while those alive have not seen to eat, that is what i call wickedness, do you know how many roads that money can patch in the south east, guy wake, so for spending one billion on burial the whole easy should vote for PMB, that is now an accomplishment of this Govt.

YOU ALL NEED TO BE CAREFUL HOW YOU ATTACK MEN OF GOD, SO THAT YOU WILL KNOW HOW YOUR PROBLEM STARTED.

A Serving Senator, Ali Wakili has weighed in Ex-president, Olusegun Obasanjo's letter to President Muhammadu Buhari criticizing his performance in governing Nigeria.
Wakili believes that the letter is not powerful enough to weaken President Buhari's support base for the 2019 Elections. Wakili, a retired customs officer and chairman of the Senate committee on poverty alleviation, made this statement on Thursday.
He disclosed that no one could change the mind of Northerners on Buhari;
"Unfortunately for him, he cannot change the minds of average northerners on President Buhari. There is no candidate in the North that can defeat Buhari. He (Obasanjo) can only whittle down a little bit of his support base,"
Wakili opined that Obasanjo should have contacted Buhari in private about the issues he highlighted in the controversial 13-page letter, adding that the president's second term bid should be left to the masses.
THEN WHY WASTE YOUR TIME TO COMMENT, YOU GUYS ARE SPENDING SO MUCH TIME TO DEFEND YOURSELF,WHY ? GO TO SLEEP AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS IN 2019, SINCE THE LETTER IS HARMLESS

The suspect said to be very dangerous is reportedly the younger brother serial kidnapper and mass murderer Johnson Igwedibia a.k.a Don Wanny...
Wanny allegedly masterminded the killings of 23 worshipers on New Year’s Day, in Omoku, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers.
Wanny and his second-in-command, Ikechukwu Adiele, and another suspected gang member, Lucky Ode were killed by security forces in Enugu and their corpses paraded at 6 Division Nigerian Army Port Harcourt on January 7.
Opinionated: These are not the happiest of times for Nigeria’s former first lady, Patience Jonathan after the Court of Appeal (Lagos Division) on Friday upheld an order of interim forfeiture to the federal government of $5.8 million ($5,842,316) and N2.4 billion (N2,421,953,522) traced her bank accounts, the Development Control Department of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), on Tuesday allegedly demolished her building in Abuja.
Watch the video of the building before and after demolition as her lawyer speaks on this new ordeal of his client.
that is a very foolish decision, who gave the order for it to be demolished ? Why not convert it to a Government facility. It goes to show how clueless and stupid this govt is.
Tinubu, you kept quiet for such a long time, now you are coming up with this plans, why did you not tell him this since he came into power. Sir, it is too late, PMB should go and rest, he and his team which you are part of do not have anything to offer this country.
We know there is is need to fight corruption, but that does not mean we should all go hungry, you can fight corruption at the same time develop this country.
Ojemedad: Failed move by secondus, Amori who couldn't manage his political career that Omo agege have to chase him from Abuja

otr1: There is little or no difference between Nigeria and those countries you mentioned. We are not in war and some people killed scores of innocent citizens in a swoop and you're here telling me about civility? You still believe you'll live to see a better Nigeria without a violent struggle or outright division of the damn country, you're on a long thing.
OK LEAD THE WAY TO FIGHT, NOT SITTING IN YOUR ROOM INCITING OTHERS TO GO AND FIGHT.
GavelSlam: Insult him all you want he is your president and has done better than who he took over from.
Even the visually impaired are aware electricity supply has improved. The rail lines in the south west are coming on nicely.
Npower has given succour to the youth who would have been asked to queue up in a jam packed stadium for a non-existent job, that would make billionaires of the government officials behind it.
Insecurity is still a problem but it has been so for the greater part of a decade now.
The president can do better but indeed he has done well.
How IS he ANY better than GEJ? you guys seems to reason from the bottom of your brains.
Kingsirko: This might End Up Happening Again. President Buhari being elected as the president of Nigeria in the year 2019 as CACOL has allegedly described him the Best Presidential Candidate For the 2019 election.
CACOL, Centre for Anti-Corruption and Open Leadership has stated and declared President Muhammadu Buhari the best and upstanding candidate for 2019 election and still qualified to rule the nation.
Debo Adeniran, Executive Chairman of SUN group, warned that Nigerians should not engage themselves in a campaign which will not favour a better governance.
He said, “Personally, I have not heard that he has launched his re-election campaign. I only hear speculations that he has appointed some people into his campaign committee. But I can tell you that among those parading themselves as willing candidates; President Buhari stands head and shoulders above them.
“If there had been a more credible alternative I would have preferred such. But if it is these breed of politicians or interlopers then I think Buhari is more credible than all of them. What we should caution against is that the campaigns should not hinder governance.
“Buhari has done the best any President can do. People say he is nepotistic, but if he wanted to be nepotistic or tribal, he would have released Dasuki long ago, he wouldn’t have touched anybody from the north.
Based on what? what are your indixs for saying he is still the best, why cant we just open up our eyes, so you mean to tell me that PMB is the only person fit enough to be President. How much did they Pay you ?
Senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial district, Shehu Sani has lampooned Benue elders for visiting President Muhammadu Buhari at Aso Villa over herdsmen killings in Benue.
In his contribution at the plenary on Tuesday, he blamed the elders saying, President Buhari ought to have visited Benue State over the incident during which the State lost over 73 indegenes and not otherwise.
“As regards to the crisis where over 73 lives were lost in Benue, it is enough for Aso Rock to travel to the scene of the crisis, not Benue elders coming to Aso Rock. To do what?”, he quipped.
The lawmaker added that politicians and leaders who have 2019 on their mind do not tell Mr. President the truth.
He was emphatic that some Senators out of 109 of them were hiding the truth, a situation he posited, did not augur well for the nation.
Sani further stressed that the three arms of government were not living up to their expectations.
“Mr. President, distinguished colleagues, the executive, legislature and judicial arms of government are not living up to expectations, particularly as to the oat of the office regarding the protection of lives and property of the citizens of this country”, he said.
“When people are being killed in Benue State, we are here hiding the truth to please Mr. President,” he added.
He chided governors that endorsed President Muhammadu Buhari at a time Nigerians were mourning the loss of their loved ones, adding that their intentions were evil.
“The leaders are supposed to find the way out to secure the lives and property of Benue State; some are busy endorsing President Muhammadu Buhari for second term in office, which is barbaric”, he said.
“I wonder if indeed we would genuinely admit that the inscription above the seat of Senate President that reads ‘Unity, Faith, Peace and Progress’ is being witnessed in Nigeria today,” he added.
we have to try and be civil, and give room or dialogue, you see Syria. Yemen, Libya, do you want your country to be like that, I dont understand you guys with war and fight.
