It actually depends on the company's policy but any company that does that is 70% toxic and doesn't care about their staff wellbeing.

Learn to sleep after waking up. Since your MIL is around, let the baby sleep in her room provided your wife have extracted enough breast milk for the night and that way, you are not exposed to the noise.
