Unlike you I forgive and I go back trusting even more than I use to. My mum will say I trust easily.

I unconsciously offended a friend last year and all through I just kept saying I don't know what I did to her. I spoke to her and even tho I still don't understand anything till today I still went begging her. I begged her for months, she will just say okey but I noticed so much difference in her. I kept trying but at a point I told myself once its Jan 1st and still the same I will let go. Indeed Jan came and I didn't get a simple HNY msg from her so I allowed her to go. I deleted all out chats and msgs with everything except her number which I kept because I night decide to holla anytime.

I did not delete everything because I got tired but because I can't force or beg anybody to be my friend. I live a free live and I see life as....its...its just there and life is not as hard as we take it to be. I'm a very simple person and knowing I have ish with people makes my heart very heavy so I avoid not to so these days I keep friends no more.

I think you share my friend's kind of forgiveness, you forgive them but try to be very careful thats why you act the way you do but I want to ask you this. I deleted all I have of my friend because they were making me feel worst. Each time I look at them and remember how good we use to be I became hurt so I deleted all so as to feel a bit better even Knowing the fact that I don't know what went wrong really. Now my question is this, do you feel comfortable staying away like you discribed?

I'm not quite like dat friend of urs cos I hardly get really offended let alone demanding apology. I'm always conscious of the fact that human beings arent perfect, we are not the same character-wise. I get offended only when someone deliberately hurt me thinking he/she is right doing so. I'll forgive the person but I will just be conscious and wary of his/her weakness in character and avoid getting caught up in his/her net again. But I won't stop being friend with the person.


I think my inability to trust people easily even before they betray my trust is my nature. It's a policy I adopted in my subconscious due to some life experiences and philosophy.


As for u, u are not doing badly forgiving and trusting people so easily like that. I think it's also nature. I just hope life doesnt teach u otherwise

I presume you don't want to take chances in terms of being friends with him/her/them to avoid any future problem.

Your own task is to forgive and you've already done it.

Pls help clarify this situation. I readily forgive people who offend me but it's not possible they offend me in the same or similar way again cos I will never leave any chance for such situation to repeat itself. It's almost impossible to betray me twice cos I will forgive u for betraying me in the first place but u've lost my trust forever. The second betrayal wont be a betrayal per se cos I wouldnt have trusted the person in the instance. I have peace of mind cos I'm not bitter about anyone who have offended me, who I'm seeking revenge or hurt against . Most of the time, we may be in talking terms but I put them at arms length subconsciously even after forgetting and forgiving them. I wanna ask: is this the kinda Forgiveness the bible preaches?

We have been together for over six months. I love her so much (never fell so much in love) and she's so crazy in love with me too. she's such a wonderful lady I've ever met. she would do anything just to prove and protect our relationship.

So last Tuesday she came to my place and I tried to go through her chats on bbm and to my biggest surprise my lady was asking the man to pay her the money she spent on abortion to her (omo I was so shocked) I couldn't blv my eyes,I saw a part where the man was asking if she love him and she said no...dat thats why she couldn't keep his pregnancy. I kept it for good days till when she was about to leave this morning. The question I threw at her was "did you really did abortion?" she was shocked and started swearing with the holy book...I asked her to bring her fone and I viewed the Alfa's pics and asked if dis was d same Alfa I asked her not to visit and she said no he's the not him. I showed her the pics I tuk from that chat....she was shocked and accepted she slept with him but she did no abortion saying she only want to use that to get money from the Alfa. I asked her why....but she kept saying she didn't know how it happened. she was just begging and crying. the reason y I was so pained is that I warned her not to go to him but he go against my warning. I love her but I'm not comfortable with her. after too much begging and crying I told her I've forgive her.

Please is it advisable to go on with this lady?...I'm confused because I'm still in luv with her I can't just let her go but something keeps telling me that I may regret go on with her. AND IS IT WRONG FOR PARTNERS TO CHECK EACH OTHERS FONE?

What you failed to consider when you were listing your negatives is that this life is NOTHING, it is very unpredictable, from my own little experience in life, because someone is not your friend, brother or related to you should not dissuade any reasonable human from rendering help and mercy if he is capable.

Because the difference between a stranger and a family member or friend is the bond and the blood you share. Other than that they are still human, that is they are capable of ruining, hating, hurting and disappointing you just like every human out there
