So we no fit look nyash in peace again ..
God airpus like this.. Look and comot eye. Na when you look too much, problem fit come. Any clown who tells you to learn French hates you as a black African. That language is effortlessly useless. The majority of Francophone countries are terribly poor. Even black African Francophone residents are learning English so they compete in the global economy. Then, one runaway Ethiopian permanent resident advised young Nigerians to move to Senegal and learn French? Migrants emigrate because of the need to earn money. Does Senegal come across as a place for a young Nigerian to move to earn good money? If you must learn a foreign language as a black African, learn Chinese or Spanish. The former offers you the opportunity to work as translators with Chinese businessmen, and if you have the finances, you enter China to ship one or two 40FT containers. Young Rwandans are earning big by being translators for Chinese businessmen. The latter allows you to study in countries with relatively easier immigration policies where their passports are stronger compared to any country in Africa. Don't learn French. It is too useless to be learned in the 21st century. |

Birdbyrde440: And does Nigerian women have that motherly submissive and humble instincts? Its gender equality era. Go and buy your own gun or sword and defend yourself. We are all equally created and have equal rights and abilities. Stop privatising profits and socializing cost/expenses. The White man whose lands have implemented gender equality laws protect their women better than Nigerian men. Even if you want submissive and meek women, have you created the environment for such to take place? Japanese women are very submissive to their husbands. In return, they live very prosperous and safe lives. MeGood91: I am the type that don't give women money.
The only time i gives women money is when u are coming to visit me and it's only for transport.
The only gift I ever buy for a girl was a wrist watch for my ex during her birthday and that was after many complains from her It's not that I don't have money to give, but I prefer to carry my self to bar to drink and eat pepper soup alone and even buy drinks for guys
But when u come to my house as a girl, i will prepare or buy whatever you want to eat. But giving or transferring money to them, i find it very difficult. We are almost similar. Generally, I am not good at giving people money. I believe people should work for their money. That was how I was brought up. To get money, you must work for it. No free lunch. Expectedly, I have been labelled stingy by girls, but I maintain my stance. Also, most of these girls are just looking for free money, i.e., being given money without working for it. I am not comfortable with that arrangement. You must work for every money you get. I can take a girl on a date and will cover the bill, but send you money just like that? I will not do it. |

Chevrolet076: My advice for you:
Do Depending on your grade and age, apply for graduate trainee roles in any institution and build your career from there. Improve on the legit skill that gave you 2m+ and grow better from there If you'll do business, ensure you are able to monitor it properly or put someone you trust
Don't Don't go into Uber or riding anything by yourself at this age, it'll take your time and the gain is short term. In all you do, avoid crime or anything incriminating.
I pray God help you. This is it. OP, Take this advice. Don't go into entrepreneurship because you were able to garner 2.7 million from an online hustle, which you said its earnings are erratic. The most successful entrepreneurs worked elsewhere before starting their enterprises. So, if you have an OK grade, get a salaried job, learn the ropes of being in a structured environment for at least three years. Then strike out to become an entrepreneur. If you love the career path, you could work towards being the best in your field. |

Another one: Gerrard59: When we call out these crimes and their perpetrators, foolish bastards with smelly preek wandering across Nairaland will label one a sImP as that is their favourite word as a result of the dearth in proper vocabularies due to poor education from primary levels. I am yet to read a tale about a recent Nigerian woman who sexually harassed a citizen in this UK wey open border for Nigerians. As it is, it is logical for a White European lady, and I dare say a black British-bred girl, to scream or run away when approached by a black African migrant. My parents always called out signs of indiscipline across boards because of the belief that if it is not called out, outsiders would one day label the insiders a bad name. To prevent it, you condemn their atrocities even though they look, speak like you or are from the same ethnic group or race.
As it is, even if you mean no harm, that girl is scarred for life and would dissociate from doing anything with a black man, and rightfully so. Tomorrow, the grown-up bastards will chant rAcIsM. Develop their societies so they don't roam about like vagabonds, mbanu! Behave accordingly like a proper human being, no!
That said, the UK and, indeed, wider Europe have weak laws which are not culturally compatible with the calibre of migrants they receive daily. This is where I admire wealthy Asian countries; you will be jailed, tortured and deported. In extreme cases, you get hanged, no ifs or buts. To ensure a safe society for your inhabitants, you must deal with crime ruthlessly, brutally, thoroughly and mercilessly. You should be HARD on them. Don't pity them. Don't forgive. Don't forget. Hold that grudge till the perpetrator is dealt with. Deal with them in such a way they will never forget. You must be so hardddddd. If you give them an inch, they will take a yard, so don't give them that inch!
DEAL WITH THEM! Tomorrow, he would come on Nairaland to chant the UK is this and that. Lock up the bast@rd and throw the keys in the North Sea! |

DissTroy: I think a man should spend and protect a woman who has proven her worth and shown herself to be kind.
I see men - some from the SE - toil all year and don't look it but their wives look good. You'd hear men brag like, "The way to know I have money is by looking at my wife". She embodies your wealth but you don't look it?
She doesn't get you gifts or care for you. You have to pay for everything? Even I tell women at first intimacy that I like being spoiled with gifts and taken care of. It scares some away while some remain. That's pruning.
If I have #100, ma'am, I'm not giving you #80. Not even #50. Until I am sure there's a certain #200 on the way. I won't put myself in harm for you.
I'm not making myself uncomfortable when I am ill to please you like Akeredolu. We both know, the kids are more under your spell than mine so you are leading them on like Emeka Ike's.
I won't even be with her if she's the type to sit back. Joe, women have money to spend and care as long as you set a standard they must adhere to.
The only female I got a gift this Christmas is the one who consistently has been caring and spoilt me. She even reciprocated with a gift. Others who didn't get me something for Christmas got nothing from me. NOTHING. I even told one bluntly who came visiting and asked for a gift hours ago.
Most men didn't get any Christmas gifts from women but they they have spent money getting gifts for the same leeches. Putting yourself first sometimes means self-respect and dignity.
Women look out for themselves first by default. Study how women think and follow them accordingly. Men should put themselves first.
Today's woman has evolved to be more selfish. Today's man must learn to evolve to make himself a priority. Sincere apologies, but I had to quote it. Many young men have a lot to learn, unlearn and relearn. Sha, I don learn my own since. Any money I work for is mine to enjoy first before anyone else. |

Left to me, we should hand-over the management of Nigeria in its entirety to East Asians for a century. They run everything from A - Z. I would have suggested a metro system connecting Benin to Asaba and Onitsha, then feeder bus systems to various bus stops. But a metro system within Benin or Edo itself is not feasible because the state is too poor to undertake such. Even at that, are the connecting roads leading to inner communities well-tarred? Not the major roads, but those which connect to the major roads?
Hand over the country to East Asians abeg! |

scanado: I'm disappointed reading people's comments. There is no vacuum in government. Should the state be shut down because the governor died? The governor has been handicapped with illness for a long time, but because of the greed of those who were benefitting from him, they kept forging his signature to milk the state dry. Same thing that happened during Yar Adua. I wonder how we forget so soon. I see nothing wrong with the new governors appointments. I am as shocked as you. The government machinery must continue. If Aketi had resigned honourably, maybe this would not have happened quickly. Nevertheless, the new governor did the right to appoint new staff. |

I don't smoke. When I was in Nigeria, I never drank alcohol, but I started drinking here because it is milder. However, I drink sparingly and space myself when I drink. I don't womanise because it is an expensive hobby. Chasing women is expensive and does not bring financial rewards.
But I live a very boring lifestyle. I have friends in Nigeria and even here who I can bet are like me, but the major difference is that they are more religious than I am. I consider myself a rarity amongst Nigerians because I am less religious and don't indulge in those activities based on logic rather than religion. |

creativehubb: Apart from that, most of them live on junk food, especially the poor class there, this affects the quality of their DNA and reproduction. They are easily overwhelmed by diseases and harmful viruses because of their weather compared to ours...their lack of reproductive ability is their biggest challenge. Bearing fewer children results from being wealthy and has nothing to do with nutrition, weather or diseases. Whites have the least communicable disease infection rates, followed by East Asians due to a superior health care system. They get infected with communicable diseases when they are in the tropics. Africans ought to have surpassed that stage if we had built a functioning and standardised health care system. A good example is Singapore which is also in the tropics but has fewer cases of malaria, and the birth rate is also low. Japanese eat more nutritionally balanced foods than whites, but also suffer from a low fertility rate. Fertility rate has nothing to do with weather or type of food. Israel has the highest fertility rate among white-dominated countries because of conservative Jews who breed a lot of children. This is measuring up to whites by blacks is amusing. Blacks cannot and should not measure up to white people. They have advanced beyond what you consider to be "development". They are not our mates. First of all, I don't think 189cm is that tall. Also, I'm suspecting most of these buses are shipped in from Asia where the minimum height is the lowest in the world.
