With the turn of events of late, especially as APC has overnight assumed the position of the ruling party, expect exodus of even the least unexpected person to the ruling party.

OBAINO, however is the least person i would expect considering he wasn't in any way instrumental to APC's victory in his state, unlike Jigawa and Niger state governor that I believe in a way sold out deliberately(knowingly) or otherwise.

Chai, sometimes its better to take the words of your enemies than that of your allies.

See as how Everyone that pretended to have gat Jonah's back come rain come shine are not wasting time to lend their support for Buhari now. From Ijaw Youths to OPC, from MASSOB to Afenifere.

This is much of a lesson to all. When the chips are down. Sure they'd all want to hide under GEJ's quick acceptance of defeat as the reason for retracting most of their initial threats and vows.

I recommend all TAN celebrities to perform there.
If i were part of the organising committee, i would love to invite all those guyz that performed for GEJ during his nationwide campaign. Would like to see them "change song" like our politicians do when they cross-carpet. It'd be interesting.

Sammie Okposso (or wetin be im name) should headline the show and do remix of his theme song "game changer" to "change gamer".

APC should watch those decamping to join them especially FFK

Bro, In politics no permanent enemy. PDP is now the opposition and it expected that we'd see mass exodus of their members decamping to APC in few years time. Even the most controversial and staunch PDP supporter.

Again, its permanent interest.

Even Asari Dokubo suddenly became a gentleman. He must have lost his groove.

Jokes Etc / Breaking News: Ffk And Ekiti State Governor Decamp To Apc - Sahara Reporters by GetUmad: 5:02am On Apr 01, 2015
News just coming in Says that Femi Fani Kayode and Ekiti state Governor, Fayose have both sent a 20-page letter to the President-elect asking for forgiveness and seeking for, according to their words "undeserved mercy" .
They also today declared their total support and allegiance to the APC government decamping with 300 and 5000 PDP Supporters from Osun and ekiti respectively. Receiving the letter in Abuja, the Publicity Secretary of the APC said he was shocked at this new development and attributed it to the unprecedented wind of change blowing all over the country. He However expressed optimism that the Former President Goodluck Jonathan would decamp as well with Asari Dokubo before the end of the second quarter.

The south west are traitor.after receiving good support from SE and South South during obj tenure they are backing off to support north to get cheap and quick VP

.on election the worse that can happened to Jonathan is re-run election. It will be difficult for him to lose when he has 11 states backing.

Besides he is winning the central state. Let's wait for jega.

A winner needs to win 24states

But they were not traitors when they massively voted in GEJ 2011? Neither were they traitors the time they dealt severely with their own, Obasanjo when they felt he wasn't representing their collective interests.
So Jonathan is from South East? Pls tell me again South-Easterner's stake in GEJ's govt. Also do enlighten me how opting for a beter governance is a decision of clanish patrotism.
Business / Re: Ecobank ATM Paid Me Counterfeit by GetUmad: 2:51pm On Feb 20, 2015
Kachisbarbie:
Firstly an ATM can pay you fake note. It's the work of the ATM custodian to sort the cash and load the machine. If he put a paper...anything with the specifics of a Naira note, the machine would happily pay you.

If you even put a 200 Naira note in a cassette for N1000, the machine would still pay you that N200 as N1000. It's only a machine...programmed to dispense cash

...but then it could have been an oversight or outright fraud on the part of the ATM custodian.

The fact that the security man was your witness and the Operations Head still didn't reimburse you, that's the part I don't understand. That's where you have a case, not because you said you were paid a counterfeit note.

The thing you would understand is, if every tom, d*ck and harry walks into the bank everyday claiming shortage/mutilated or fake notes...and they reimburse all of them - I don't know what would have been the case of the bank/bankers by now.
Bravo. Only sensible comment I've come across so far. Obviously, you must be a banker. Truth is, when the chips are down in banking system, no official would want to be held by the tail, Hence OP needs to be strategic in his move and i wish him best of luck.
Its a very common case and its a service failure on the part of the bank.

Due to the cunny and unfaithful nature of some Nigerians, such cases are easily swayed off as lies. Thankfully, there's a cctv, pray it was functional at that moment (yes, anything is possible in naija, its possible that particular one covering the area was faulty. Naija and maintenance culture) then u have a case.

You just modified it and its better now. You can't be speculative without any explanation to back it up. Its a breaking news, innit? But your initial subject titled it as if you had an information to pass across as you said it may be "politically motivated" yet you failed to explain what was happening or what you heard talk more of the reader understanding what political undertone therein.

Kudos to you for using a more appropriate subject.

The subject of your thread suggests you already have some kind of information, hence your arrival at the conclusion of the incident being "politically inclined". The thread is misleading cos it contains no information but inquiry. Could you tell us what you heard or specifically the information presently at your disposal.

Tomorrow's headline on Guardian newspaper would be " Amaechi never f. ingered me, I s. ucked him, Okrika people s.ucked him. - - - Patience Jonathan"

Meanwhile, part of the main news would read as quoted " He's an ingrate without balls to confront okrika people. Amaechi in his entire manhood has not done anything to develop okrika and now he wants to come and campaign, to who? To what? To when?. Okrika people are not fools."

Try harder.

When you're done you can go back to google or ifa to get ur facts on how the economy was during OBJ's regime (esp the first tenure) vis-a-vis GEJ. If you won't be too lazy, you can as well research on Nigeria's level of international relations (perception and relationship btw her and other foreign govts) btw the 2 govts.
