i miss my best friend terribly, my bestie who i rejected his proposal for a relationship cos i was scared of losing our bond, the pure friendship we had. (check through my topics, I've written about us previously)

things haven't been the same, he started acting weird. i had to give him some personal space, we didn't talk to each other for 3 excruciating boring months, i changed my sim too.

he found a way to get my number and immediately i heard his voice, i felt this intense joy within but it wouldn't last as he started acting up( won't pick my calls, won't call back) oh lord! so many issues.

i let him go finally. i understand the situation, the emotions and him wanting to stay away from me. I'm in so much pain. I'm just gonna focus on my work, my business, myself.

I got robbed off my phone at gunpoint in a night(9pm) January 2019... Memory's still fresh, after that incident I couldn't stay outdoors up till 7pm
Took me about a year plus to get over that night.

Keep your phone or possibly hide it in more secure cranny in your room just Like other comrades has suggested so far... But for how long? How long will that endure?

I have a window protector. The thief was a professional.

My phone got stolen last year November. The thief cut my window net and stole my phone along with the charger through the window. I woke up around 4.a.m searching for my phone with no success till I looked at the window and saw the big hole staring at me. I was so shocked is an understatement.

I have replaced my phone but right now I wake up in the night and start looking for my phone even if I must have safely keep it.

I wake up and first thing I search for, is my phone.
I open eyes, first thing I want to see, is my phone.


How do I stop this biko? Who have experienced this? Is it panic attack or what?

It will be difficult to retrieve the password, unless there's an alternate email address that you used when signing up, in which case if you have non, the mail is as good as gone.

Have you tried, *forgot password* and followed the prompt that came subsequently?

i tried the "forgot password" alternative but nothing tangible came out. thanks for comment.

Nairaland doesn't allow for the changing of email for an existing account. To the best of my knowledge though.

The way around it is via Google did you use your number or an alternate account details when creating the Gmail account?

Hello nairalanders, I'm an old user of this forum just wanna remain anonymous. Pls my career is not making me be in a relationship with any lady, all the Ladies I've dated in the past all complain of one thing which is time. I'm a second year neurosurgical resident here in new Jersey prior to my residency in this program, I was a medical officer whose job Is not more demanding , I had a girlfriend who's always complaining of me not being there for her tho I give her money and always visiting her if I'm on shift even though I got limited time to prepare for a medical board exam to get into residency (USMLE) those know about the exam knows how crazy it was, a three steps examination.
She broke up with me for a guy she always call her friend..the heart break almost cost me my step 2 CK, life goes on. Here am I in neurosurgery, my first day was like hell imagine being in the O.R for 16 hrs straight without seeing the sun because they brought multiple patients who sustained brain injury during a road accident, I nearly cried, to my chief of surgery ..An attending surgeon it's like nothing I almost regretted being there and not going to family medicine or internal medicine.
This has made me so awful that if see me you'll think I'm a mad man...is either I'm in the O.R or I'm sleeping no time for family, Cinema, vacation, the girl Ioved has left me all because of time. I make money i don't have time to spend, money is now useless to me because there is no time to look after myself ..in the next 1hr I'll be in the middle of a surgery. It's just crazy, is this how I'll spend the rest of my life? No woman? It's frustrating .
Last week i collapsed in the middle of a surgery because we just finished removing a tumor In the right part of the brain barely two hours, I was sleeping when I got an urgent call to report to the O.R ... I'm now regretting choosing this program. Can a lady love a guy whose everyday life is like this? I think not.
