Hillary Clinton won the debate 57%, 34%.

(CNN) — Donald Trump exceeded expectations, but Hillary Clinton won the second presidential debate, according to a CNN / ORC poll of debate watchers.
The results showed a clear victory for Clinton, with 57% saying Clinton won, as opposed to 34% for Trump.

It's a strong showing for Clinton, but not as good as her performance at the first presidential debate, when 62% of debate watchers said she won.

The results Sunday also track closely with watchers' pre-debate preference. Fifty-eight percent of debate watchers said they were supporting Clinton before the debate.

Keep gloating in your föols paradise and be fed fat with your delusions. I wouldn't want to crash a föols party since i'm not a killjoy, but one question begs an answer that even such a feeble mind like yours could comprehend. What about all the hundreds of other polls that declared DJT as the winner? I think this is something as obvious as the daylight sun. However, as usual, using a brain is something of an unattainable feat for delusional sheepies of the Clinton News Network. But at the end of the day, DJT will be the 45th POTUS and there's nothing you or your kind of halfwit liberals, or the corrupt MSM, the corrupt establishment and #crookedHillary can do about it. Better prepare because your corrupt-establishment Oligarch will be wearing the orange jumpsuit sooner than later.

If this report is true, then the APC-Buhari government has been totally proven by these people to either be grossly incompetent, corrupt or conniving, or all of these; and this is sufficient grounds that Buhari has no integrity despite all claims to the contrary. I am a Buhari supporter but if this is the same Tompolo, the FG-wanted fugitive, having police escorts openly, then Buhari/APC FG just lost my vote of confidence. If they are real police officers, then this is enough grounds for the police commissioner in Bayelsa to be sacked, and even the IGP. Imagine the flagrant effrontery on display? President Buhari, we thought you were different from the rest of those useless corrupt callous thieving politicians and government executive elites but just look at what has been happening recently right under your nose, right under your watch. Your credibility was the major reason that got you elected as President, but now your credibility is starting to change color like a blue litmus paper dipped in acid. Buhari Government will be the last straw that breaks the camel's back. If Buhari turns out corrupt and useless just like his predecessors, then I'm finally done with Nigeria and will never step foot in this country again once I pull out my investments.

Oluremi Tinubu following his recent row with her. See more tweets after the cut... Source:http://www.flexygist.com/2016/07/16/nigerian-twitter-reacts-to-dino-melayes-invasion-of-bourdillon-road/

To the foõl (like some ibos), the sheep that struts in front of a lion is brave but to the wise, that's not bravery, that's attempted suicide. Even Dino, as deranged as he is, was still sensible enough to have his boys record his aimless movement in that area. And obviously, no one will even dignify this delusional fool with any attention but leave him to be roaming around the streets like a certifiable madman that he is. The Southwest is the cradle of Nigeria’s civilization. And relatively, things are done in a more civilized manner than in other parts of this country. Even our mafia are civilized, and not like the mad dogs in the East or SS, whom might have taken a different approach and made a blatant attack thereby leaving irrefutable evidence to make an incriminating case against whomever individual or group that had alluded to such or had a case of fracas or enmity known to the public. The Southwest mafia are well and above intelligent to do anything in public that will leave a trail of suspicion or incriminating right at the doorstep of the undisputed Progressive Champion of our era, and modern architect of the tremendous development of the Yoruba region, with an unrivaled passion for the progress of his people, the likes of which we haven't seen since the time of Awolowo, and he carries the mantle or is the mantle bearer of the sophisticated progress and futuristic development of the Yoruba regions, which is every inch of soil in the Southwest zone. If this childish irrational fool Dino thinks he can provoke the Yoruba race to attack him on home soil in order to smear the Yoruba people, then he's obviously an unintelligent joker. It will be outside the Yoruba region, maybe even in his own turf of Kogi, by only God knows who, maybe his own people or the numerous other enemies a reckless insensible man like this may have made for himself. You can’t smear the Yorubas when "Karma" comes knocking. Nobody will be able to point a finger at Yorubas, or the Southwest APC, let alone Jagaban, and Lion of the Southwest, Tinubu. It will be left for the government to do their findings and the Southwest will obviously be exonerated, after all when you came to Lagos to make a show of madness across Bourdillon street, nobody paid you any attention, let alone even approach you, because you're inconsequential to this region. Just continue your madness, and become a national entertainment for law-abiding people like me. That's not our business or our problem. But your business is with the people who have the cure for your madness. It's only a matter of time because no mad man roams on the street forever. At some point, the "government" will take him out of the streets.

If the alleged verbally reckless and rascally incursion against the honorable Senator Mrs. Oluremi Tinubu by this personified thrash is true, which I strongly believe he's capable of such erratic madness, then this public refutation of his flagrant epileptic madness in the revered legislative chambers of the Federal Republic cannot save his hideous skin. Politics / Re: Niger Delta Crisis: Count Me Out Of Any Dialogue With Govt – Dokubo Asari by girlfriendsnatc: 3:46pm On Jul 12, 2016
ichommy:
ABUJA – Following reports of planned negotiations between the federal government and the Niger Delta Avengers, NDA, the leader of Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force, Alhaji Mujahid Dokubo Asari has broken his silence, warning against his inclusion in the negotiation team.

Dokubo-Asari Dokubo-Asari He also warned against associating his name in the matter, stating categorically that he had not appointed anyone to be his representatives.

Asari who was former national president of Ijaw Youth Congress and also the leader of Niger Delta Peoples Salvation Front, NDPSF, vowed never to negotiate with the government of President Mohammadu Buhari.

He instead accused the President of waging a genocide war against the Ijaw nation, saying that the President was paying lip service to the negotiation plan.

Asari who conveyed his views through a public disclaimer he splashed on his Facebook wall on Sunday night, stating that he believed in the cause of Ijaw Nation,Niger Delta Region and The United States of Biafra(USB).

He warned that ” for every action there must be an equal and opposite reaction….You can’t sow to the winds and expect not to harvest a whirlwind in return.”

The former warlord stated that he would never condemn the activities of the Niger Delta Avengers, NDA, saying that unless there was a Sovereign National Conference, SNC, was convoked on issues of Ijaw, Niger Delta region and USB, and a plebiscite that would be monitored by the United Nations, UN, there would be no peace in the mentioned territories.

Asari wrote: “The public should note that I,Alhaji Mujahid Abubakr Dokubo-Asari,Alabo Edi Abali -Abala Buruburu 1 of Kalabari had not entered, directed, appointed or delegated any person or group of persons to negotiate or enter into dialogue with any president, vice president, governor, minister, national security adviser, any committee or institution in furtherance of the nigerian states pretension to the pursuance of peace in the occupied Ijaw,Niger Delta Region and The United States of Biafra(USB). “Therefore, anybody who had presented himself/herself claiming to me or represent me in any manner of discussion, fora or conference in furtherance of this pretentious negotiation or dialogue is a fraud and therefore should not be accorded any recognition as a person representing me, the Niger Delta Peoples Salvation Front and Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force.

“I am convinced and firmly believe that the occupation gambari and their collaborators in the Nigerian state led by General Muhammadu Buhari is not interested in any or in any type of peace in Ijaw, the Niger Delta Region,In the Territories of the United States of Biafra or even in any part of nigeria. “The body language of general Muhammadu Buhari is to carry out a genocide and a pogrom against the Ijaw,Niger Delta and the United States of Biafra(USB). “Therefore, there is no way I will be hoodwinked to be part of any sham that the government of the nigerian state led by General Muhammadu Buhari is masquerading as negotiation or dialogue that will lead to peace in the aforesaid territories….

The same way the bride Amnesty was introduced-which I and the volunteers rejected-was used to bribe the faint hearted amongst our compatriots, the cult gangs and fraternities, and the criminal elements in the Niger Delta to allow the our hydro carbon resources-which is our God given and exclusively belong to us- to be freely extracted to satisfy the extravagant and immoral appetite of the gambari and their collaborators… “Today most of the recipients of the Amnesty Bribe are full of regrets and wish that they turn back the hands of clock.

“In furtherance to the above stated reasons,I have no cause to be part of any negotiation or dialogue in the present general Muhammadu Buhari contrived crisis in the Ijaw territories to give him an excuse to carry out his well thought out plan to execute his genocide and pogrom against us….since I am not a member of the Niger Delta Avengers or any of the other internet groups trying to obliterate the shine of the heroic explores of the Niger Delta Avengers….Some people had severally opined that if I am not an Avenger I should publicly disclaim them…Why should I do so? What is my business to be a busybody in this matter? Why should I take pannadol for someone else headache? I will never disclaim, denounce or condemn the Niger Delta Avenger….

“For I am a known advocate of this truism that for every action there must be an equal and opposite reaction….You can’t sow to the winds and expect not to harvest a whirlwind in return. “Finally, the public should know that I am not part of any negotiation or dialogue and had not mandated, nominated, appointed or authorized any person or group of persons to represent me in any dialogue or negotiation with the government of the Nigerian state led by general Muhammadu Buhari. “My believe is that only a SOVEREIGN NATIONAL CONFERENCE with the resolution for a PLEBISCITE SUPERVISED BY THE UNITED NATION can lead to permanent peace in Ijaw,Niger Delta and the Biafran territories.”

They should hurry and get on with it. The earlier the ibos start killing themselves, the better for Nigeria. Let them bomb their lands, rape their women, amputate and decapitate their men, or whatever the hell the red devil in their empty brains incites them to do. Let them destroy Imo, Anambra, Enugu, Ebonyin, and Abia. But let it be very clear, the South West will not take in this frustrated barbaric tribe as refugees. When Boko Haram started its militancy in the East, they said they were fighting for Islam, so the muslims there supported it and turned a blind eye when Christian populations, interests and investments were systematically decimated. But gradually the monster turned on the muslims too, and to date more Muslims have been killed than anyone else by Boko Haram, their lives shattered, and their territory almost destroyed completely. Same thing in Iraq, Syria, Libya...or anywhere else militants operate. By the time the militants you're supporting against the government unleash their hell on your societies, then you will know that militants are criminals, and they are not your friends. Let them start quickly, it's ibos that will be raped, brutalized, maimed, robbed, shot, terrorized, suffer trauma, sleeplessness, fear and whatever evil unbearable conditions that are consistent with war. As a lesson, I'm pretty sure if the residents of the North East could go back in time, they will never have supported Boko Haram but assisted the government in exterminating the criminals before they got powerful enough to unleash terror on their region. Ibos please keep hating on the Nigerian government trying to protect the nation and keep supporting your fellow criminal militants, let's see who will suffer when the consequences result.

If the Buhari government will insomuch as not do something basic like publicizing the names of thieves who relentlessly looted public funds with heartless impunity, then it's tantamount to maintaining the political status quo of corruption that has bedevilled this country since its inception and was overwhelmingly solidified by the most corrupt, evil, and useless political party in Nigeria'a history, PDP. It also makes the integrity of the corruption crusade by the government questionable, and the rightful prosecution of these criminals becomes unlikely or at best a lukewarm justice system that is inconsequential and eventually overwhelmed by the corrupt Order of the day. If things are not done differently by the APC government to build a better country, then the APC is no different than the PDP. I didn't vote for Buhari to protect the identity of thieving bastards whose thievery actions have caused the loss of millions of lives directly and indirectly, and set back the country another hundred years. If the first-time-elect APC federal government by its recent actions think this country's problems are too overwhelming for it to fix and now wants to tow the same path as that useless criminal corrupt retarded party PDP, then it's better they take a bold initiative now to constitutionally divide this country and salvage some parts, than for the whole country to go to the dogs. It's only in Nigeria criminals, terrorists and militants are treated as kings, but law-abiding citizens are treated as thrash, which is a hardline fundamental dogma and character of the PDP. Is this the kind of insane tradition the APC federal government wants to uphold; what happened to the 'Change' we voted for? President Buhari needs to pick a side: either stick to the fundamental doctrine of the APC party and do what's right for Nigerians or betray us and join league with the criminals, like that incompetent thieving corrupt GEJ did.

The late President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua became Nigeria's president on May 29 2007. As at the time, he met an external debt of about $3,348.22 billion, and foreign reserves of about $45.0 billion and also a growing oil price of about $90/barrrel.The Nigeria's Bonny Light Crude Oil Spot Price FOB which was $95.16 per barrel in January 2008 rose to $146.15 in July 2008 before declining to $76.24 per barrel by October 17 2008. Thus, within four months, it had lost 50% of its peak price.Within this period, Yar'Adua was able to grow the external reserves to about $64 billion.During the global financial crises, Nigeria capital markets, and banking industry were hit, coupled with the dwindling oil prices. The nation‘s foreign reserves decelerated from $64 billion in August 2008 to $47 billion as at March 2009, a 27% decrease, as the government had to resort to the ECA which is also part of the national reserves. However according to records by CBN; Nigeria’s growth trajectory was not significantly impaired. The real Gross domestic Product (GDP) growth rate which averaged 6.29 percent between 2004 and 2007 declined marginally to 5.99 per cent in 2008 rising thereafter to 6.9 percent in 2009. This is often attributed to the impressive performance of the non-oil sector, particularly, agriculture and the continuous implementation of sound macroeconomic policies. The external reserves was, however, still able to support at least 15 months of imports. In conclusion, the foreign reserves played a major factor in the survival of the economy before the early dismiss of President Yar'Adua.Goodluck Jonathan's takeover; After President's Yar'Adua's Dismiss, President Jonathan took over May 05 2010. He met a foreign reserve of about $47. 7 billion and external debt of about $3.94 billion Dollars. While Jonathan was unable grow the foreign reserves like his predecessor during the oil boom remains unclear. However the immeidate past Finance minsiter in her response to Obosanjo's accusations about Jonathan squandering $55bn said belowRead more at: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/01/55bn-got-wrong-fg-replies-obasanjo/In conclusion again, according to Okonjo here, The national reserves played a major role in defending the economy.THE REALITY TODAYBuhari met $32 bn as external reserves and $63 billion esternal debt even though Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, promptly rose to the defence of Mr. Jonathan’s administration, saying of the $63 billion debt, the administration only incurred $21.8 billion. How the external debt rose to an alarming rate remains unclear. Buhari also met a subsidy debt of about N600bn. How subsidy claims rose from N320bn to a whooping 2 trillion Naira under his administration remains unclear till this day.Buhari also took over with oil price selling below $50/barrel whch later dwindled to as low as $28/barrel. The price of crude remains below $50/barrel today. The current oil production rate have also dwindled with the renewed activities of some misguided, and deluded criminals in the name of Avengers in the ND region.FINAL CONCLUSIONIn conclusion and in the reality today, President Buhari have been trying his best to move the nation forward. Alot of leakages have been plugged, and a solid foundation is being layed down. It will be hypocritical and unfair for anyone not to expect the economy woes of today with the above analysis. With the indications above it is not out of place to say President Buhari inherited a virtually empty Treasury.I urge every right thinking Nigerian, to criticise this government in good faith and not born our of tribal hatred or the hangover of the fact that the last government was booted out of office. You forgot to mention a critical issue: the economics of demand and supply of our crude in today's global oil market. There's unprecedented shale oil production in the USA, Iran is back from an oil ban, pricing of averagely $40/bbl is due to oil price crash, not appreciation, several oil-producing giants have lost some critical markets, hence a push into other markets resulting in a tremendously competitve global market...etc and these things have occurred simultaneously at a time when there is a glut in supply and low demand. Hence, simply put, the Buhari Administration has done a hell of a great job managing effectively the economic crisis of our time due to the fantastically corrupt, monumentally inept and radically destructive PDP governance of Nigeria for 16 years. If PDP were still in power, by now, there probably would be widespread 'apocalyptic famine' in the country, and who knows maybe it would have induced the cannibalistic proclivity of the ibos, especially in the Southeast to eat themselves just like they did during the past Civil War. No matter how the majority of ibos make machinations to sabotage the Nigerian government and Nigerians, and conspire to destroy the country in order to create a Cocaine Republic of Biafra, they will fail and lose, just like they always have, because they are just fundamentally inferior, despite the reckless arrogance that is a trademark of the most insecure, hateful, tribalistic tribe that is completely anti-Nigeria.

This article is absolutely laughable and probably must have been written by a drunk mentally-inept alien just visiting Earth for the first time. The incredible indisputable fact is that PDP is solely responsible for all these myriad of problems Nigeria encounters today, including these listed, either by their actions, or as a result of their actions. PDP ruled Nigeria for 16 years and almost destroyed this country completely. And that's ONE sufficient reason PDP will never regain federal power in a 1000 years to come in Nigeria.

How would those killed by herdsmen in Enugu and other parts now use the fuel and light(that it's price is to now sell over #100).

Your shortsightedness is appalling and you clearly have a shallow mind that is devoid of critical thinking. Even though it's truly lamentable and regrettable but let's assume say 300 people were murdered in Enugu by those ruthless fulani herdsmen terrorists, and perhaps maybe 5000 across the country in recent times, then estimates of fatalities by Boko Haram is probably around 40,000 in totality, excluding the injured and displaced. However, despite all of this gruelling figures, it is incomparably minimal relatively to the criminal atrocities the Niger Delta militants have unleashed against the Nigerian State. When they bomb pipelines and crucial oil installations causing environmental degradation and critical economic sabotage, the senseless brain-dysfunctional fools will say we only bomb oil pipelines and so on, we don't murder civilians like Boko Haram or fulani terrorists or what have you. But in reality, they have murdered hundreds of thousands of civilians by proxy because their actions have a ricochet rippling long-term dissemination of carnage and destruction across the entire nation, resulting in exceedingly far more fatalities than those other criminal groups combined. When the government revenue drops, it can't meet certain critical statutory obligations, especially in economic terms. What they are doing is economic terrorism, which is the most lethal and most destructive of all. Due to their actions, critical sectors of government are adversely affected such as: power supply, petroleum distribution, revenue, security, infrastructure, and all other government institutions that serve the public. An attack on the government either by economic terrorism or sabotage perpetrated by the Niger Delta militants is a direct attack on all the critical government institutions. So how does this result in exceedingly more civilian deaths by proxy?

Power supply: institutions such as health, manufacturing etc are heavily reliant on power supply for greater efficiency in their operations. Poor efficiency means loss of lives. Do you know how many civilians have died in hospitals across the country?

Revenue: loss of revenue sometimes results in drastic cuts by government as well as inability to meet its financial obligations to the organs of government, like the states, local governments, ministries, and so on. Do you know how many millions of civilian lives that have been lost due medical doctors association strikes, university lecturer strikes, teacher strikes, NLC strikes, local government dysfunctionality, civil service mediocrity, infrastructure debilitation, law enforcement standards depreciation, judiciary depreciation, business collapses, investors exits and so on? And all these havocs combined result in unprecedented fatalities by proxy of the actions of the Niger Delta militants economic barbarism, which significantly hinders the governments ability to meet its financial obligation to perform critical services to Nigeria and its citizens. Tomorrow, someone's house will catch fire, and fire service will say no water; robbery will happen and police will say no fuel in patrol van; some properties will explode due to petrol hoarding; a terror group will run rampage for months unstoppable across communities because they states can't secure its territories; accidents will happen because of bad roads; people will die in hospitals because there are no equipments and/or no doctors; an epidemic will occur and will wipe off communities because our universities and tertiary institutions suffer a dearth of research...and it continues. By now, not only should soldiers be searching for the militants, they should be bombing all settlements within a 1000miles range of critical installations. The militants are not ghosts, they are the children, wives, husbands and families of those people in those settlements. They all know themselves and if they will not give up the criminals in their midst, then that's aiding and abetting, which also makes them as guilty as the perpetrators and deserving similar punishment. I trust the re-born Nigerian Armed forces of this present administration, under a resolute no-nonsense uncowardly dedicated President like Buhari, by the time they're through with pillaging the Niger Delta to restore order and sanity, the region will become another huge statistics for Amnesty International to campaign about for years to come.

An armed robbery attack is not a national issue.the Fulani herdsmen menace is a national issue,it's a threat to national security.

Wrong! The fulani terrorists herdsmen menace is a national issue because it poses significant threat to Nigeria's unity and could be a catalyst for civil war. It is a problem President Buhari will fix with every political power at his disposal, including military might. However, its approach is different to that of the Niger Delta militants. They are orchestrating war in their region against the State, and war is what they will get to the fullest extent possible. The era of impunity is over, the era of collecting billions of dollars illegally for doing nothing is over. If people want money in the Niger Delta, then they must work for it, just like other Nigerian citizens are working to earn their own income.

One question for u.. HOW Many PROPERTIES DO U HAVE IN ANY OTHER PART OF THE COUNTRY MINUS UR VILLAGE(that is if u even have one) and tell me who is more Nigerian between u and a typical Igbo man who have properties even in ur remote village.

Since you want to go 'there', well let's have a brief overview of Nigeria. Relative to other major tribes, the ibos are:
Economically behind,
Academically (made some progress but still) behind,
Populationally behind,
Professionally behind,
Politically (always and forever) behind
...and so on!

Amongst other Nigerians, perhaps the only things or aspects of human endeavors the ibos are undoubtedly ahead is in drug trafficking, illegal immigration, criminal machinations and socio-economic parasitic inclinations. The fact that you say ibos have houses in my village further highlights your shortsightedness and perhaps the self-induced shortsightedness that have sabotaged your people for so long. No matter how many houses you buy in the South West or North due to its superior economic viability than your own abandoned lands, the North will always belong to the Hausa/Fulanis and the Southwest will always belong to the Yorubas, no matter how much you usurp their cultures, speak their languages or associate with them publicly with feigned tolerance but hate them secretly and backstab. We, on the other hand, don't need the irrelevant houses or inconsequential lands of the Southeast. The only thing we need from your region, is what we already have, which are the best ibo minds and most illustrious achievers: they're either working for us and/or with us and live with us; and they gladly use their talents to contribute to the massive and sustainable development of both the southwest and North. Let the Southeast continue to enjoy its brain drain, whilst the foundations of 1st-world development are being laid in the southwest and north.

remember his inaugural speech quote, I Am For Everybody; I Am For Nobody?? But, today he has made people to understand that there people that are 1st class citizens & third class citizens since he assumed power. IPOB's, Shiite's, NDA's are rascals that needs brutal & lethal force according to Buhari but, Fulani herdsmen are SACRED. Do we talk about the 97% & 5% quote by Buhari? Nobody is more Nigerian than the other.[/s]

Please my oga, I AM NOT ANTI-BUHARI

You're absolutely incorrect! Let's be frank, ibos are 3rd-class citizens; ibos have always been, still are and will always be unless they change their cranial orientation, which is very unlikely. And this has nothing to do with Buhari but it's self-inflicted, the very handwork of the ibos themselves, who have deliberately constituted their tribe as anti-Nigeria. There are a few exceptions, but it's a blatant fact that generally ibos are filled with malevolently maleficent hatred, irrational envy, reckless incorrigible arrogance and odious tribalism towards all other Nigerians. Hence, ibos in a bid to display their open disdain for this country made themselves 3rd-class citizens. When President Buhari said, "I'm for everybody and I'm for nobody", if I were in his shoes, my logical interpretation of this would be:

Nobody = ibos
Everybody = all other tribes in Nigeria

because, well your 5% claim is vastly exaggerated, and if the President indeed said that, well I'll take it that he was being overly generous and is indeed a true President of all Nigerians. But to me, an accurate figure might be 0.0000000001% Nigerian citizen because the average ibo man considers himself as a 99.999999999% Biafra citizen. It is both a closed and open secret that Ibos are more Biafra than Nigerian, their loyalty lies with an imaginary country. As for the Niger Delta Avengers, God bless them wherever they are. Because of their exceptional foolishness, they have just given out the free justifiable golden opportunity of a full military incursion and occupation of their territory. And the timing couldn't have been more wonderful, so now we're going to solve Nigeria's militants problem once and for all. President Buhari is indeed God sent and the most competent and qualified for the job at hand. In a few years, just imagine, no more Boko Haram in the North, no more Niger Delta militants in the South, and generally, no more terror criminal groups that have been plaguing this country for long. They asked for war against the State, now they'll get it in abundance, and yes, we might lose some significant revenue and assets, but it's all replaceable; however can the Niger Delta militants replace their lives, because there will surely be a lot of dead bodies. The only sad thing is the unfortunate civilian casualties but this is inevitable in war, but their blood is on the hands of their own people who orchestrated the war and brought it to their doorsteps. But the rest of Nigeria will surely move on regardless of what level of destruction happens in the Niger Delta, just like they did after Boko Haram wreaked unprecedented carnage and destruction across the North.

Politics / Re: Amaechi: "How I Leaked Sanusi's Letter To Jonathan" by girlfriendsnatc: 6:14pm On May 06, 2016
metroparrot:
Nigeria's Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has denied reports that he leaked the famous letter ex CBN governor, Emir Muhammadu Sanusi, wrote to ex President Goodluck Jonathan over missing $20bn crude oil funds.

He released a statement to this effect:

Our attention has been drawn to reports in the media that tend to infer and suggest that immediate past governor of Rivers State and now Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. ChibuikeRotimi Amaechi surreptitiously and clandestinely‘leaked’ a letter written by former Central Bank ofNigeria (CBN) governor and now Emir of Kano, Sanusi Muhammad 11 to then President Goodluck Jonathan on the non-remittance of $49.8 billion from oil sale to the federation account. This is further from the truth and what exactly transpired as regards Amaechi’s involvement in that Sanusi letter.

To put the records straight, we want to categorically state that:

1. A concerned and patriotic Nigerian, who felt sufficiently troubled with what was happening then, gave a copy of the Sanusi letter to Amaechi in Amaechi’s capacity as the chairman of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum (NGF). Like Amaechi, we should appreciate that concerned Nigerian’s patriotism.

2. When Amaechi got the letter, he spoke with Sanusi, who was still the CBN governor to confirm the authenticity of the letter. Sanusi confirmed to Amaechi that he wrote the letter. During their conversation, Amaechi made it abundantly clear to the then CBN governor that the bleeding of the nation had to be stopped, all non-remitted funds remitted and that he (Amaechi) was going to use the letter to do whatever is in the best interest of the nation and Nigerians, which was the stoppage of the non-remittance and the recovery of all the non-remitted funds from oil sale. The CBN Governor didn’t agree with Amaechi on the way forward.

3. Considering that the letter was given to Amaechi as Chairman of the Governors’ Forum, he shared the letter with his colleague governors first, and with Senator Bukola Saraki(now Senate President), who before and around that period was doing some work or/and investigation around the oil sector in the Senate.

4. Around that period, a delegation from the United States of America government, from the offices of the Secretaries of State and Defense visited Amaechi in Port Harcourt to discuss the issue of oil theft in Nigeria. From their records, they gave Amaechi figures of billions of dollars (about $7 billion dollars, annually) that was being lost to oil theft in Nigeria. They were discussing the issue and figures of oil theft, and that was how the CBN governor’s letter to PresidentJonathan came up. In the presence of journalists covering the visit, Amaechi brought out the Sanusi letter to the visiting American delegation to buttress the point that Nigeria was losing far more money to non-remittance of proceeds from oil sale into the federation account, which everyone seemed to concur, was in itself, another form and another dimension to the issue of oil theft.

5. To suggest, infer or even extrapolate that Rt. Hon. Chibuike RotimiAmaechi surreptitiously, clandestinely or underhandedly ‘leaked’ the CBN governor’s(Sanusi’s) letter is indeed most unfair, disrespectful and uncharitable to his person. Amaechi did what he did because he believed that the theft and corruption was just too much. He was propelled by his patriotic zeal to put Nigeria first, do what is in the best interest of the nation and Nigerians, and stop the bleeding and sucking of our collective resources by a tiny few. The mindboggling corruption revelations in the recent past that is still ongoing clearly justifies and vindicates Amaechi’sstance on the issue and the actions he took. Faced with the same situation, under similar circumstances, Amaechi will not act differently. The good of Nigeria, putting the nation and Nigerians first, will always be his guiding principle.

This singular act of unprecedented indefatigable patriotism by Rotimi Ameachi is the explosive reagent that set off the unstoppable chain reaction of political change in Nigeria, and the nuclear force behind the change movement that saved Nigeria from descending into the abyss of economic oblivion and irredeemable political disintegration. He put his loyalty to Nigeria and Nigerians first, and set aside all sentiments of tribal association, political affiliation, religious denomination, and personal ambition. As a matter of urgency, this illustrious national hero Ameachi should be confered with the highest national honors and should be nominated as among the foremost personalities to be immortalized as the face of any replacement or future currency for an amazing service to the defense of the survival of Nigeria in its most vulnerable times. Ameachi will always be an exemplary honarable citizen and the annals of Nigerian history will speak great and well of him, a true son of the Nigeria soil, a full-blooded patriot. The ignoble reckless corrupt thieving evil ex-president Jonathan should thank his stars we're in a democracy, otherwise he should be hanging on the gallows by now encircled by vultures to decimate whatever is left. God bless Ameachi flesh, blood and bones. A true hero of democracy in the new political dispensation of Nigeria.

Not one inch of Southern soil and lands should be ceded, appropriated or leased for whatever purpose to Northern Islamic terrorists herdsmen. We southerners must hold firm on this position. None of our lands are available, period - no deliberations, no consultations, no debate! The federal officials championing such a reckless, senseless, and evil bill should take that useless bill and shove it down their STD-infested rectum. If the Federal government cares so much about grazing for cattles than protecting the lives and property of its citizens, then I think they should create grazing fields in the National Assembly, House of Representatives and in Aso Rock villa. APC is playing with fire! I voted for Buhari wholeheartedly, and honestly he's done a fine job so far except in this case of fulani herdsmen terrorists militias running a carnage rampage unchallenged across the country. If the APC-led federal government don't wake up to their statutory responsibilities, this single case of fulani herdsmen terrorism alone will guarantee they lose federal power in 2019! It took 16years to get it and if APC wants to throw it away after 4years, then so be it! I stand with Southern Nigeria, I stand with Yorubas, ibos, Ijaws, and every other southern tribe. The life of one man is incomparably more important and valuable than a zillion cattle. Maybe it's time we southerners develop our agriculture to meet our consumption demands, then we can cripple the economy of the North. I said it, and i'll say it again, such atrocious barbarism from Northern Islamic Hausas/fulanis savages will ignite crazy ideas in the south, crazy ideas that our ancestors were too dull to conceive, like Conquering the North angry. We have the intelligence, resources and manpower to make it happen. The only thing we lack in the south is unity, and ironically unity is the only major thing the North has going for them but it has always been sufficient to defeat us in the south because of our disunity.

It's so alarming how stup!d we are in the south. Notice how in the North, they don't second-guess when they're going to perpetrate a heinous carnage - do we think this is accidental or coincidence? Absolutely no! They always know where the Christians are, where the Churches are, where the ibo communities, the Yoruba communities and every other outsider ethnic community resides. Even those that live in their midst by their ways, religion and culture are still vividly and blatantly distinguishable. This is what Hausa/Fulani muslims are, they always do ethnic profiling for everyone and everything living amongst them. Whereas we southerners don't even know how many abokis are living under our roof. We hire one, but next thing you know is there are 17 others squatting with that one in our abode, forming their little fraternities. We really need to upgrade our intelligence in the south. We need to take our security and safety seriously as if our lives depend on it because...it really does! What we're witnessing is not some isolated incident. Rather it is clearly a systematic and calculated attempt by the Northern Islamic terrorists militias at gaining dominion over the South.

One of the crucial advantages of Democracy is that it limits the reach of the powers of the Federal government, while transferring some of their powers into the hands of the states. The sane and proper response within all the affected states I was expecting from the state governments is to as a matter of urgency through the state house of representatives enact and ratify a bill fully prohibiting the movement of cattle on state soil or under the jurisdiction of the state until a more solid impregnable security structure is set up to prevent and defeat such attacks. Also, at this point, bills for mandotary registration of all state residents, state identification or ID issuance, residential permit ID and security profiling are some of the bills that should already be on the table of the state house of representatives. Christianity as a religion as being taught by most of the fraudulent pastors have really dumbed-down and diminished the critical reasoning intelligence of the South. The Nigerian version of Christianity has simply turned many in the Southern part of Nigeria into fools! We have become the laughing stock of the north, and not only that, now their target practice for a full-blown jihad by murderous evil muslim terrorists in Nigeria in their relentless hellbent quest to Islamize this country.

Tears flowed Tuesday morning as Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State visited Ukpabi, Nimbo, in Uzo-Uwani local government area of the state.

Ugwuanyi, who could not hold back his tears was in the company of Enugu State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Nwodibo Ekechukwu, the GOC 82 Division, Nigerian Army, Major General Ibrahim Attahiru, as well as the Enugu State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC.The Governor, thereafter, declared two days fasting and prayer in the State, asking residents to commit the situation into God’s hand. The visit coincided with the recovery of one more dead resident, who was slaughtered by the herdsmen.

This is as many survivors, with varrying degrees of injuries on the head, neck, and other parts of the body are currently receiving treatment in different hospitals in Nsukka. As at the time of filling this report, some of them are being moved to the Enugu State University Teaching Hospital, Parklane, Enugu.

After a horrific horrendous brutal atrocious mass massacre, the Enugu State Governor says this: commit the situation into God's hand shocked ? These are the sort of weak spineless cowardly irresponsible and foolish comments that embolden and motivate those murderous Islamic fulani herdsmen killers to continue their carnage against the surviving communities. We are really cursed with epileptic braindead corrupt leaders in Nigeria. The September 11 attacks on US soil back then comes to mind. Did you listen to the speech President GW Bush made about it? Now that's how a real leader talks. Same thing with Putin, or Netanyahu. They make statements that will have the terrorists shaking in their boots wherever they are and they immediately back it up with the full wrath of the powers of their States to wipe off the enemy. That's how you cut these terrorist cancers down to size and towards annihilation. Pray to God? What a crazy offensive ridiculous joke.

This is not the time to taunt, neither is it appropriate to ridicule or jibe at ibos for being victims of the fulani terrorists herdsmen massacre. I understand such misplaced derision is solely retaliatory for the previous usual callous mockeries made by ibos on other tribes who had suffered such. However, other tribes shouldn't descend to that level of insane abnormality, brash irrationality and reckless arrogant stupidity many (not all) ibos are known for. This is a matter that concerns us all and affects us all. I stand with the ibos, and commiserate with the peoples and communities affected by the carnage of the Islamic terrorists fulani herdsmen militia. We have a common enemy, and like it's said, The enemy of my enemy is my friend. We need to shove our differences aside, otherwise the enemy will undoubtedly exploit this singular weak point to unleash mayhem across the south. Whether Benue, Delta, Lagos, Enugu or any other place, an attack on one is an attack on all. We should stand by each other to forge lasting solution for our security and safety. Mocking at each other's misfortune is insanity, and worst is the enemy has the real laugh at us together for being exceptional fools. I stand with the South West, South East, South South...and every southern territory. We need to send a strong deafening message to these bloodthirsty marauding heartless Northern Islamic fulani terrorists savages that not one inch of southern lands will be yielded or ceded to them for whatever purpose. These are our lands, these are our people and we will fight with everything possible to defend, protect and retain our territory. And we just might start to have crazy ideas too, like conquering the North angry. We have the intelligence, resources and manpower to defeat the North, what we're lacking is UNITY. Let the Southern Nigeria wake up! This is a war we can and should win!

ibos are the most cowardly tribe in Nigeria. Whichever war they fight, they always lose: whether it's social, political, economic, scholastic...you name it, they always lose. But when it comes to troublemaking and fomenting crisis wherever they are, wow, ibos are truly exceptional and no tribe comes close. Anyway, this is a national issue of grave concern because every citizen's life matters, irrespective of tribe or region. It has become abundantly clear that we have a Fulani terrorists herdsmen problem, that doesn't discriminate in its marauding carnage-spree. The other disturbing fact is that this could possibly also be a strategic invasion of the Southern regions by Boko Haram after heavy losses and casualties suffered at the hands of our gallant armed forces in uprooting them from the North, hence making it uninhabitable for them, and fleeing to the more security porous South to reorganize and terrorize is a viable option for these Islamic terrorists militias. Considering the South West, this region is far less attractive for their attacks because of its economic importance. Being an investors haven for the country means that any brash or sustained attacks will be quickly resisted with unprecedented security deployment and a holistic approach taken to annihilate the murderous invaders completely. Yorubas are known and proven themselves to be very strategic warfare tacticians; they know how to win wars quickly, clinically and ultra-viciously such that the enemy is rendered incapacitated to continue it's crime against humanity. The Ijaws and fellow minorities are warring tribes and are loyal to defend a good cause such as securing the lives of fellow citizens when necessary and will unite with Yorubas to eviscerate the marauding fulani terrorists herdsmen and probable Boko Haram infiltration in the South. Also, the South West has the advantage of religion. Probably half the Yorubas are Christians and the other half Muslims (inclusive of tradionalists who usually claim Muslim status). But there's usually very subtle differentiation, as Yorubas see themselves as one despite religious / belief differences. For the Yorubas, it's tribe and family first and above anything else including religion. So mass attacks by the muslim terrorists invaders in the southwest is limited, because trying to discriminate Yoruba Christians among other Yorubas is probably like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They are very similar in too many respects and Yoruba muslims are usually not fanatically inclined, except the ones that have mixed with the Northern Hausas, who are usually more susceptible to Islamic fanaticism that metamorphose to terrorism and are usually muslim fanatics. The South East on the other hand, ibos are virtually always Christians and having an ibo muslim is usually a rare anomaly. Hence, if Islamic terrorists (who basically want to deplete the Christian population in Nigeria in order to take over political power completely without resistance and islamize the country) were to invade the south to propagate a trail of terror attacks, the South East is a major attraction to unleash carnage. I think it's in the interest of the ibos to start mending political and social fences with the other southern tribes they stupidly and irrationally despise and hate with so much disdain in order to defeat a common enemy because they are probably the main targets of the marauders. The safety and security of the South East should be more important to the ibos than their irritating arrogance and vain boastfulness that has achieved nothing for them but inter-tribal conflicts and a string of consecutive losses. RIP to the dead in Enugu and every other place where there's been a massacre by Islamic/ fulani herdsmen terrorists across the country. Let all the southerners be aware that some political and militia elements in the North still nurse the dream to Islamize this country. We have a great President in Buhari who is not brainwashed by religion and will not allow such to happen, and will defend the citizenry irrespective of region and religion. However, what happens after Buhari's presidency is over? We really need to evaluate and strategize to restructure our government in a way that religion has no access to political power.

He claims the men wanted to have him arrested because of some articles he wrote but was saved because he’s an American citizen. Read his post below;“It was Friday, 15th day of April 2016. I arrived at MM intl airport for a scheduled flight back to the U.S., I checked in my luggage and went through immigration to the boarding area. Immediately as I walked away from the immigration scanning area two plain clothed men walked to me; they brought out a photograph of me printed, I guessed, from my blog. They asked, "are you Madukar Orji? I said "yes." They identified themselves as State Security officers. Though I expected this on my arrival, not on departure, I was caught off guard. They brought out about three articles from my big written by me of course. One of them, with chaotic intimidating voice said, “it is Nigerians like you abroad that write rubbish about the country. Calmly I replied, “I don’t know what many write, but I do not write rubbish, I write nothing but truth." I went further to exemplified my points in relation to the articles they had. They stood still for seconds without response. At this point they asked for my passport and boarding pass. They said to me, “it seems your journey has come to an end here.” I said nothing, but gently smiled. In an unintended chorus both men said, “so you are an American citizen? Where is your Nigerian passport?” I said "I am an American, I don’t have Nigerian passport." One of them left with the passport. About 30 minutes later he came back, handed me my passport without a word, and I collected it back without a word too. He then said, "you can go." I left to board my flight, though still have about 5 hours to wait.To cool off the harrassment I found a relaxing zone in MM Heineken Bar.Throughout the encounter neither was I shaken nor surprised. I had a mindset it might come, hence I traveled on a Nigerian visa - it was my Amazing Grace. My experience is portrayal of how low the political corrupt cabal in Nigeria can descent to intimidate free citizens, deprived them free speech.
