slimmy05: I will do thesame. I intend going to get my hardcopy of Ielts, so I might check around obalende to see if I can locate one.Why not sleep over on the island? |
Footlocker: Nasarawa does seem dead to me! I went to a place MINKI SUITE! That's was only interesting place! And yeah MBA in NSUK people have different reasons for doing certain things! (part time course) Erm I no the guy your referring about the one everyone suddenly started beefing, I linked up with him after!Wow! So good to have you here, man. That guy stayed in my room, Block A. So annoying how people started beefing the guy they should ideally appreciate for coming to serve the fatherland from UK. That is patriotism! I appreciate that a lot in you guys. If we have folks that are ready to pay such price despite the current woes of out nation, I believe Nigeria will be better for it. Unfortunately, I was never at the bar. Being a Platoon Leader, the activities really took my time. |
Footlocker: Polite hmm I still believe you didn't no the full story! I was an abuja corper all the while! Weres your PPA.. I still come nasarawa cause am trying to get an MBA rolling ! There wasting time with the admission list though!Nas Poly. Were you the one that gave one popular vote of thanks in camp? Or which popular thing did you do in camp? MBA in Nasarawa State? Funny! I was hoping this place was a dead town. |
Footlocker: . Your a corper too nairalands a small place! Am batch14A platoon 10! camped in keffi am guessing you did to since your serving there!hmm!Wow! Yes! I'm also a Batch A corps member and I was in Platoon 4. You see why it is good to be polite to people. ![]() So, how have you been? You redeployed or you're an Abuja corps member? |
Feexo: godG, I stayed in town all through, but I was sleeping in Awo Block 5, every other week sha...I stayed in Awo all through. |
Footlocker: am sure we didn't come on nairaland to learn or improve our english! Are you paid for your polished english! Clown! Do something constructive with your time rather than commenting on what doesn't concern you! Thanks be to Heavens, he replied in better English. I have made someone improve tonight. Yes, I get paid for my impeccable competence. Ki lomode mo? ![]() Really, bro, don't boast on stuffs like that again. It doesn't speak well of you. It makes it look as if that achievement is all you live for. That is the point and I don't want to believe that that is your greatest achievement in life. ***Sorry if you have been offended but know this: not everybody on NL is a loser. |
Footlocker: You xxxx! Your clearly jobless! Try and read threads properly before making stupid comments! Clearly your frustrated ^^^SMH You reacted like a kid. It amazes me why people like you who claim to be sane use vulgar words to drive home your point. You can do better than this. If I were you (God forbid), I would focus more on polishing my English. It's high time you grew up and stop boasting on ephemeral things. Grow up, bro. |
Footlocker: . Get your citizenship before you speak to me pleaseThis one they form ontop another country citizenship. Do you think those who don't have are in some ways below par with you? Jonzer. You dey take am withdraw money from bank freely? Oga, go face your work jo. ![]() |
Mystiqme:Highly useful. I loved it. Thank you so much. Pleasant day ahead. |
If I hear say I no farm. Àgbè l'oba o jàre. ****May it be. |
slimmy05: Amen!! I am praying for you to get that straight PhD.Thanks, bro. ****3 hearty cheers. |
Mystiqme: Kudos. This is exactly the way to go about it. Browse, browse, browse. Mail, mail, mail. I don't want to count the number of profs I mailed, and I am not boasting, my grade and test scores were not average. So when people come here and ask for a list of schools, they don't strike me as serious.Thanks. I actually opened your NL profile like 3 weeks ago and browsed through almost all your posts. In your steps... Once again, thank you. |
slimmy05: I am not heading in that direction. I am heading towards Illinois or Tennessee, not decided yetTime will tell, bosss. +I honestly don't know why people like you should b denied visa. Go to WC and pick it up whenever you are ready. May it be. |
slimmy05: godG, you see as PhD dey ooze for the thread? Do quick comot for that "toto" village.Brother, I been dey reason am o. Well, I don email like 7 Profs. from 3 different schools already. E don dey look like it sha. 2 schools gave me greenlight. 4 Profs. responded quite warmly and positively but I still need to wait till like August before I shoot. I have got one pending application with USAENig. The outcome go decide how e go be. I no dey sleep, always researching. Although, I go still apply for MA too make I no come jonze. I emailed Imperiouxx alma mater and they said they can only admit me for Masters and not straight PhD. That I should go ahead and apply for MA. Their financial aid na my target o. $16,000 with waivers I think! Kind! Man at work, bro. Howdy? |
Feexo: House, I am very sorry I am posting my transcript late. I know how important it is to some people, as I also benefitted immensely from reading people's transcript. I joined this thread about 3 years ago and I have learned so much. I was for 6:30 appointment. We were about getting filed in when I could not find my pictures again. I left the line and those photographers were demanding 2k from me sensing my desperation. I ended up paying 1k, but I tried not to be apprehensive I needed my composure for the interview. This is probably the smartest transcripts I have seen here... The words in bold got me laughing. You stayed in Awo Hall in Ife? ![]() Congrats to all the new grantees. |
Good! At least, I'm getting closer to my dream of governing my state. ![]() Indeed, those who know about the hegemonic effects of some towns or cities on others will never go against this idea. Marginalization is alien to democracy. Everybody should be respected and given equal avenue to operates. I keep wondering when a non-indigene of Ibadan will have that privilege of becoming the governor of Oyo State again. Akala actually did but those people frustrated him. If no be say dude sef na thug. Good intention. But then, will state creation really solve our problems as a nation? I doubt it. |
Topiipii: Shakur was in 200L when I was in 5, I met him on a thread on NL recently uses shakur_oau or thereabout.Interesting! #SeniorTopiipii |
Topiipii: You're not likely to know me, I graduated in 2010. I think you should be able to get your transcript; the PG students are still in school, the school is closed only to undergrads.LOL..No be Shakur and Carvin set b dt? Oh, thanks. |

imperiouxx: "A ghana man resident in Morekete town, Ilaje Ajah area of lagos had been sleeping with the said girl, a neighbour and a fellow ghananian and had been threatning the little girl with juju that if she tells anybody that she will die." --- NEWSNa who go save 'gaynians' from Imperiouxx's hand o?! ![]() |
Topiipii: So you're from OAU too, which dept? They even gave me two last year for 2500 naira.EGL. You? |

I was a Platoon Leader in camp. Demanding. Because: You might not really enjoy your camping being a leader. E dey pain me say I no get time for 'package' . I was always exhausted. You have to attend to so MANY things. You coordinate your platoon activities. Your phone rings at leat 15 times daily. You get to work with the Platoon Officer and/or Commander whenever s/he calls. You are like the father of the platoon members. Then, you will know that Nigerian graduates are really unemployable. You take excuse for them. You make announcements in OBS, etc. Benefits: You get posted to wherever you want if you did well. Without a dime. My officials actually asked me where I wanted because they loved the job I did. Likewise, you get access to firsthand info. Another is that you might be licensed to go to mammi anytime if you have a good relationship with your Commander. Going out from the boring SAED lectures too won't be an issue for you. Just tell anybody that asks you that you are Officer Lagbaja's Platoon Leader. For me, almost all those soldiers knew me. Whenever them see me, dem go say:"Platoon 4 leader, how you dey?" My reply: "I'm good, sir." I go just waka like a boss. Also, you will never get punished with your colleagues by your Commander. You chose what you want to do and what you don't want, because nobody expects you to kill yourself with all the demands that come with being the leader. But please, don't mess with your colleagues' money. Be faithful, dedicated, listening, etc. and you would love the experience, because many people will look up to you - even after camp. Right now, they still call me Platoon Leader wherever they see me. But I no get time for package. Any avenue wey I see, na soso sleep. Are you ready for this? ****Pls. excuse typos. |
This is a man that will be ranting on Twitter about the folies of our government. Yet, the successful governance of his house is an art that seems to be eluding him! SMH. By their deeds we shall know them. So much for APC. |
Charles.nerd:Which school is that? I doubt if I paid up to #2,500to collect mine in Ife around April. How I love O.A.U.! |
Graviton v.2.0.:Morning, brother. This month, may the days keep breaking and rewarding. |
