the igbos are poor in innovation compared to others, they are best in just copy and paste which is their leverage. How does or can a Returning Officer influence an election result? The RO simply announces the result collated from the field. He/she doesn't in anyway come in contact with ballot paper, card reader or any sensitive election material. Elections can only be manipulated at the Unit, Ward and Chapter levels.

pdp does not play and can never play fair in any election, when they know its not likely to go their way that's when they cry out about fairness

It's not about huge allocations alone but how it's been effectively managed. Imagine Rivers state with those monthly huge allocations couldn't pay corpers allowances during Amaechi administration!
As little as OYES stipend in Osun state, it will always have positive effects on economic/poverty rating on the state. The scheme has been on since 2011 and still running till date. Not many rich state could boast of having something close to it.

Nigerians see employment from one perspective, the formal sector. If u re looking of real employment, look to those states that have more businesses and commercial sectors than government offices. That is where you have more employmsnt and lesser poverty. What people like Bismarck do is to use formal sector employment per state vis-a vis population to measure poverty level because they don't have data of number of jobs in the informal sector. Or are u not aware that there are more businesses in Rivers or Anambra than Osun, Ekiti and Kwara combined?

In states like Osun, Kwara and other SW states, there are very large scale and sometime mechanized farming going on that employs a very large work force, they don't make noise in the media so not many are aware but this is the major reason food is still very cheap in those places. So in terms of business bruv, lots of mega business transactions are going on in those states we look down upon in the SW

The SW continues to be most livable region in Nigeria, reason the continuous migration from other parts of Nigeria to the SW states, folks think it's only Lagos. I have lived in Osun state and transverse states like Oyo, Ondo and Kwara. Those places have cheaper costs of living that a low income person can manage life, same cannot be said for the SE and SS especially as I have travelled well in those regions too to see things for myself.

No informed person can dispute these facts.
