Rawhumper: It is a strategy, he knows his own is finnished in APC so he wants to try to become The people's man so when he makes move to rejoin PDP, he will have chances to vie for The Presidency with the Support of the People.
They Are beginning to realize the relevance the People are having, so many of them Are changing tactics so we Nigerians should not be carried away by Anything he says no matter how good it looks.
If my voice is not considered, a time will come all i have said will manifest.....
People like him destroyed Imo State with half baked roads and infrastructures like flyovers and buildings that collapsed in several areas. None payment of pensions for 5years in Imo State as well as "familiarization" of Imo State Affairs etc.
I knew he would really show face and aim for 2023. and you guys will still be happy to present him as President, issorite |

MiztaSpark: Oshiomole took Edo State away from PDP by using the failures of PDP to gain love from the people. But the spirit of APC entered him so much that he felt he had completely taken over Edo state and can become the Godfather of Edo State. Now he has single handedly given back Edo State to PDP just the way he took it and Obaseki will never go back to APC.
What people don't understand is that APC is gone already, not just in Edo State but the whole Nigeria. This Edo election has given the PDP more strength and almost every APC states now will follow same process.
The good news is that Buhari has nothing to loose right now and he is ready to place as a true Democrats by diving APC either back to CPC or a merger with the PDP. The APC leaders really messed up by thinking being in power gives them the opportunity to do whatever they like, but now they see Nigerians are wiser than they expected and they can see their down fall already.
We have gotten to the level were we should not vote a party, but the candidate regardless of the party. so we are heading back to a one-party state abi |

Indispensable85: So this man is serious about his presidential ambition? Hmmmmm.... I prefer him to the old man in Lagos though. But the apc is dead as a result of Buhari performance in office. But the pdp should not make the mistake of fielding another northerner after 8yrs of Buhari. We're not in Hausa Fulani nation. How else can they win? |

eyoohood: Just know one thing for sure, the only difference between apc and pdp is there name. They are the same people. The same ambition (rooting). Let me explain, if for instance one of the big weight like buhari or tinibu pulled out of the apc, and form a more powerful party, the remaining apc you go and form alliance with pdp to challenge them. Secondly, if for instance, we the youths realized how we have been used by these same old cargos in the name of apc and pdp and form a very strong political party strong enough to dethrone them, the next thing you will hear is for them to start campaigning against us that we the youths are fraudstars that we have nothing to offer or them forming alliance (APD) to fight us. Am very tired of hearing the news of this apc and pdp. We the youths need to wake up and fight before it's too late. we the youths too are sell outs nah, we don't have very strong convictions of what we want, we sell out to the highest bidder even when it makes no sense. There are states that don't even know what good governance is to the extent that even when they see one, they can't recognize it. Too much ignorance out there. I too am tired just want to see systems that work irrespective of what party. We've seen some governors from even pdp, apc or others in the past with very good templates of governance, why don't we build on it, why can't we demand for such folks to lead the pack and shame the ones we know are not worth it. This Politics of if it's not my kind of person he is bad is what is killing our nation |

APC and APC Supporters are Leaders are grateful for Adams Oshiomole as stated by Our Party National Leader Bola Tinubu that Adams Oshiomole helped APC secured a resounding 2015 Election Victory by taking charge as the party internal affairs and pushing away all those seeking to destroy the Party cause of sheer greed.
This is an anti-party statement, ever since your plans were foiled you have remained neither there nor here.

Godsspeed: I am really taken aback that mere political appointment of a toothless, ceremonial, powerless, and above all voiceless adviser to the governor or even a commissioner, was enough to buy your conscience in this digital era laced with extraordinary scientific breakthroughs, democracy, political awareness, human rights activism, globalization of all aspects of life. Let me ask you, what did Nigeria do for Canada that made them appoint a Nigerian Ibo as the Minister of Justice, a very key post and in a well advanced country. In fact, you sound like a potential product of godfatherism, but even in this era of political awakening that has birthed political emancipation in hitherto political godsons (e.g. Obaseki). Hypocrites, how many non indigenes have you appointed in your own land. Instead of you guys to focus on the bad governance in your own states, you are always busybodies in other people's affairs, blow grammar from here till tomorrow, no one gives a damn about you lots cos your presence benefits no one. |

You cannot see beyond your nose and you think the lives of Lagos start and end with one Man that have cornered public properties to himself alone . He gives you crumps of bread and collect billions from you , yet you sing his praises .
In the land of the blind, A Tinubu is king as a one eyed man . You have a slaved mentally and you need to see another side of leadership and development devoid of a Tinubu for you to know that Lagos can do better than the disorganized ,smelling & dirty city that it is known for. Smelling city and still you can't take your eyes off it. How can a smelling city be so precious that you talk about it all the time and you want to get your hands on the smelling shit. Godsspeed: I feel you bro. But you know that Igbos' contributions to Lagos state IGR is second to none in the whole of Nigeria. If you look at it very well, you will see that Tinubu's appointment of Igbo in his cabinet is not even enough to compensate one tenth of Igbos' contribution to the coffers of lagos state. If the Igbos had contributed that way to any other state's revenue, those states might have done far better than Tinubu in compensating the Igbos. Even if you are given 100% you can never be satisfied, always wanting to be given what's not and cannot be yours. Sit down there and wait till we make you oba of lagos. Jokers |

They are always jumping into political issues of others meanwhile they have the most boring elections in the country, wait till time comes for elections in their region, it is always drab and uninteresting. Heck, there was a time these folks were even discussing our religious issues, saying some Yorubas from kwara are extremists and things like that, I was like, why should this fuccking outsiders who we share nothing in common with, neither do we share land borders with them be bothered about our affairs? When in reality, we don't give a fuccking fly about whatever happens in their region... We really need to put these folks where they belong, seems we have been too cold and they think they can step beyond their boundary. I just pity the Yorubas supporting them in the name of political correctness, they have to realize these folks have grand hatred for you or anything you represent. Barbilius: Apt!!! But make no mistake bro, there are many Yoruba folks on Twitter who actually fall for their gimmicks and join them in saying trash about their own tribe, all in the name of being politically correct. I challenged one today, the outsiders cry that one single party has been ruling Lagos since 1999 yet their own states like enugu, ebonyi, Abia have also been ruled by a single party since 1999 yet they don't talk about that, they obviously aren't interested, but if it's Lagos, they quickly get erection and start masturbating when pdp hasn't any ruled their states better. Trust me bro, we really have a lot of work to do in re-orienting our people, they need to understand that these folks arent attacking Bat cos of good governance, it's and anti-Yoruba movement and it must be countered vehemently, when the chips are down they(Yorubas supporting them) will become afonja, ofe nmanu, betrayal bla bla bla. I saw beyond their lies long ago, there is a serious anti yoruba agenda by these fellas by firstly dividing us along religious lines to penetrate us. They also always come up with all sorts of narratives to paint what is not. For example we have no business with the edo election as yorubas but they have seen it as an opportunity to come up with silly narratives We must be very careful not to allow our heritage to be destroyed all in the name of political correctness. |

Minsk24: Lagos and SW are the most important economic hotbeds of Nigeria... Their matter concerns everyone just as USA matter concern the whole world... You can't be benefitting from massive immigration and not expect other people to chuk mouth for dy matter that concerns the land... Its just like the nonsense Trump is doing by trying to make America white again after massively reaping the benefits of immigration, it will never work. Igbos and other nationalities have come to stay in the SW... They offer value and contribute positively to the economy... You can't tell them to shut up... Its not done... The land and authority belongs to the yorubas, so why should you feel threatened by Igbos in your own land... It doesn't make sense at all.... The truth be say we Nigerians are very hateful in our hearts towards each other same with the igbos... We all want our homogeneity but scared to face the fact that we must work with each other amicably to survive.... Guy Trump though am not his fan will likely be reelected and you know what along with uk brexit it's gonna birth a new era of political correctness where everybody will be answering their Papa name whether they like it or not. That's what has happened in Edo where the binis stood by their own son of the soil. You guys have taken our so called nationalistic posture for granted. You insult our heroes, call us unprintable names and even tell us to our faces right on our land. Guy it must surely have consequences and it's glaring to all that we cannot fully trust you guys go to sleep and you will not harm us. We are not benefitting from any migration rubbish, we are not fooled, if not for nigerian constitution, Lagos state already has some policies that will check you guys and put you in your rightful place. We have started with Amotekun despite all the hue and cry. It will not stop there, we will move on and start protecting ourselves economically. Our Sw governors are the just the ones that are slow but seriously the Trump era had shown that the era and world of freebies under the guise of migration are over. Agitations are also in europe presently over migrant issues so it's becoming a global thing. The solution is simple bruv, develop your own place and be self reliant, yes there will be reason to transact business across borders but will be interest based. Even Ghana our west african neighbors is playing same script despite Ecowas policy |

Minsk24: This thread is filled with very foolish people.... What is wrong with people calling for the liberation of Lagos from Tinubu? Are the yorubas fully backing APC in their state or is it just nationalist politics... There is no reason for igbos and yorubas to always fight on this platform when we are suffering from the same bad leaders..Tinubu included and all the corrupt governors in SE.... Yoruba People should stop defending Tinubu if they are really against the evil Apc government... Forget the fact that Igbos are stupidly using this Issue to taunt yorubas, the main issue remains that Tinubu and his cohorts should be relieved of their control over politics.... Lagos and the SW is Nigerias most advanced and prosperous region, its definitely bound to attractive interest of everyone and the truth is that every body wants the best for Lagos... Yorubas should stop feeling threatened or irritated by Igbos on this platform because we share the same values and have the same goal of a better Nigeria freed from ths grips of the fulani.... The earlier we stop this nonsense feud , the better.... You guys are liars and deceivers and we are not fooled by your liberation gibberish.
