Buhari is no longer interested in party politics. his is not even aware of anything.

it is the cabals who own APC
the cabals are nobody without PMB, can they bankroll the party? who are they and what's their pedigree
Politics › Re: Police Stop Ajimobi-Led APC From Entering Party National Secretariat by Goke7: 2:34pm On Jun 23, 2020
eldoradoxx:
PMB is far gone with dementia. Elrufai is a prominent member of the cabal. It is the side wielding presidential power on behalf of Buhari verses the Tinubu. Have u not seen how GMB has always been aloof whenever there is crisis in APC. He has used APC to achieve his aim and whoever has more political strength will take APC.
PMB and Tinubu made APC, all other politicians in that party are mere local champions in their houses, without PMB,
elrufai is a nobody and none of them in that party has the financial muscle to withstand Tinubu. With PMB and Tinubu hands off APC, the party is dead which is what PDP is praying for. Make una de blow grammar there

Politics › Re: Police Stop Ajimobi-Led APC From Entering Party National Secretariat by Goke7: 1:44pm On Jun 23, 2020
eldoradoxx:
The battle is for the control of APC between Tinubu's group and Hausa Fulani mafia led by El rufai. Tinubu controls the party organs and was at peace with late Abba Kyari. With the death of Abba Kyari and a politically naive Chief of Staff Ibrahim Gambari who has no interest in the game of politics as such, Elrufai group want to hijack the party machinery from Tinubu and stop him from using APC to realize his presidential aspirations. North is not ready to give up power, in fact they won't give up power with the attendant possibility of loosing control of security architecture of the country to the South in a period of massive insecurity in the North.. They have the court and the security agencies to do whatever they like.
Tinubu's group undoing is refusing to co-opt Obaseki to their side by giving him ticket. They forgot that you cannot win at all times in politics. I see El rufai group in APC supporting Obaseki to win election in PDP and disgrace Tinubu and Oshomole since the loss of Edo State would the last straw that would break the camel's back. Oshomole won't be APC Chairman for a day after loosing Edo to PDP despite the plea and efforts by APC members that he allows Obaseki get the ticket. .
PMB and Tinubu owns APC, elrufai, Amaechi, Fayemi and the likes are all tenants, its not a north vs south issue. The owners of the party will decide whatever direction the party is going not even the courts that can easily be manipulated by the owners too, el rufai and his gang can go form their party cos they will soon be tired like saraki and atiku who eventually have to leave the party. A tenant can never dictate things to his landlord

Same Bode George that gave slots to Igbos to contest in Lagos State. After trying everything possible to win Lagos, he has resorted to politics of division which obviously won't work.
You capture it so well, they foisted the igbos in Lagos elections and made them believe that Lagos is theirs, now they are crying blood about themselves.

All na wash and dirty politics. Tinubu has really tormented bode george
Politics › Re: Chad Begs Nigeria For Electricity Supply by Goke7: 6:25pm On Jun 19, 2020
DardyGentle:
Nigeria gives Benin Republic, Togo and Burkina Faso light and they all have steady light. Nigeria wants to give chad and they will still have steady light. But how come the giver to steady light to other countries cannot have steady light itself. This is a very serious matter that needs to be checked properly.
some of those those countries where the river niger passes thru can build dams on the river for their electricity but this will reduce the flow of the niger river into nigeria which will affect us so we have no choice than to give them electricity 24/7, na so life be o

Fayemi finger.

Their are two camp in APC presently.

Tinubu camp comprising of Oshiomole, Ganduje, Ajimobi, Lawan VS
El-rufai camp comprises of Ameachi,Fayemi, Akeredolu, Giadom

And the clueless president is leaving them to kill themselves.

The way APC is going, they made be worse off than PDD was in 2015
they are all wasting their time and they are all tenants to the landlords; Buahri and Tinubu as they are the ones who determine the fate of everyone in the party. Saraki and Atiku tried it and they failed. They should go and form their party instead to test their true popularity. Opportunists na im dem be

I still think more can be done though.

The anti-Yoruba bigotry from Ibos using this forum is just too much.

They want to turn Nairaland to their Facebook page Radio Biafra.

I personally would prefer a Nairaland where everyone comes to debate everything like civilized human beings.

But trust our Ibo brothers to start their name calling like Yaribanza and Fulani whenever you have a contrary opinion.

It runs in their blood, obviously.
Its actually a shame, whatever is being done to bring sanity here is most welcome

My questions is if corona virus doesn't fade away before the end of the year, what will happen then? Will school activities be scrapped for the year and all students receive receive promotion. What is going to happen if we have a worst case scenario and it extends to next year?
good question, let's hope a cure is found or a vaccine is discovered. Till then life can never return to normal as the education sector must now do things differently for students to forge ahead with their educational pursuits, perhaps digital or elearning will be the way forward

The guy is abnormal, most of them lack analytical acumen...like the said adults won't go to market and meet the children at home..and between children who are at home and adults who go to the market who's prone to die from COVID19?
you guys lack acumen cos you are blind, the virus has been much with the circle of the elite and they are the ones getting more infected cos they mingled more with those who brought it into the country. It has cascaded down a bit to the communities but still not much within the larger population, reason folks feel its not real. This is why large gatherings were banned and govt tried to even restrict some markets from opening everyday and as we speak not all markets open everyday. The more we open up more public spaces, the more the virus will travel. That it has not gotten near you does not mean it should be overlooked.

Countries that have reopened schools, religious centers and general businesses are already seeing a new wave of infections so its no joke. The virus is a clarion call to adjust and change our usual lifestyle as there is no cure anywhere no matter what anyone says. And for God's sake its not an FG, Nigeria or Buhari problem. Its a global problem that has grounded the economies of the great nations of the world so check yourself and be sure you know what you are saying.

My wife is a private sch teacher and I know how it feels ok? She's been keeping up thru personal gigs by doing private lessons for kids online.

Isn't that the same?
Just a question though.
more exposure to large gatherings can lead to more crisis, yes there are exposures already so should we do more exposures? just a question though

Nigeria leaders are bad but the followers 're worst. Our public schools in nigeria 're poorly built and over crowded with more than 60 learners in a cubicle like classroom without ventilation, not to mention our tertiary institution, where hundreds stand to take lecture in dirty leaking lecture hall. Mentaining hygiene here is difficult,so if the pandemic happen to shot to epidemic level,we 're done for it,least i forget, medical doctors 're on strike already.
this is what most Nigerians don't want to understand, they continue to argue that markets, banks and churches are opened. our lawlessness will lead us into a major crisis soon if we don't watch it

nobody will risk the lives of their children this time, do u guys care about the 9months pains and labour pains at all? But wait, won't u people complain if parents don't have the money to pay for school bills because everybody sef dey try survive now, let's all wait till things begin to pick up..we will all blame the government if the anything goes wrong..let's think about the calamities and not our selfish interest..we are in this problem because government failed to close border on time , and lack of proper and proactive measures were not adequately put in place. We can't handle anymore damages until we are able to reduce the damages caused already
guy, our religious leaders are the ones that have worsen the situation because govt opened the markets for people to access food, so right now people feel since markets are opened, every other place should be opened.

Useless government., And market and churches are open, which one now is easier to get the Corona?
churches ought not to opened, we all put pressure on govt to open the churches. markets will be open cos churches do not give daily food to anyone. The imams especially those that have sense since most of them are old men are not opening the mosques. You guys should start thinking correctly.

Children can't wear masks to school cos 'they can't breathe'
