I have a question for you ladies too. Any time I tell my girl that she looks beautiful or stunning or gorgeous, she looks at me like I am lying or makes me promise that I am not lying to her even though I really love the way she looks. But the one time I told her she was fat, she believed what I said even though I did not mean it. So my question is, why do you girls always focus on any negative things said to you even though tons of positive things have been said in the past especially about your appearance?

Lack of confident cause the mind to always be in pain when in crowd of new people.
For you to gain confident, you need the following steps:

2. Always feel positive, think positive of urself, do not always think of your weakness.
3. Always be urself, and believe in urself because u are unique.

5. When speaking to people, try to speak loudly, boldly and make eyes contact.

10. Every weekend, go to new place to have fun.

I'm doing well sha, just as i planned, i returned to my work in Abia state, i drive to imo state once every 2wks for my cds and clearance, a 30mins drive from my town. My ppa is a local govt council, i payd 5k at camp to be posted there.
