MayB you should read what I wrote properly. first and foremost, I'm not a Mechanic rather I am an End user of Range rover, I DO NOT FIX O NE I DRIVE ONE< however for my own sanity I bought an SDD laptop to fix minor glitches.

When you come enter bike or Keke people around the neighbourhood will be wondering why you do not drive your range rover.You go even dey uncomfortable.
Cars like that range rover cannot be repair by a roadside mechanic.Na computer dem dey use detect the fault and if you drive am to a repair workshop you go first pay #20k as registration before dem go open the car.The #20k is not part of the repair.
Aswear, owning a car as that is a problem not enjoyment because by the time the car get fault and mechanic bill you,you go begin get depression.

You have not even told us what cars you are comparing it to.Cos from Toyota, to Honda to Mercedes and Nissan, they all have balloons so what's peculiar about the range rover's balloon, You are talking of Oil leak really? once your car over heats your gaskets goes and you will have Oil leak now how is this limited to just range rovers?

I read it very well, what you did not understand or comprehend was that all the listed cars up there have balloons so in theory the problems of balloons failing is not limited to just Range Rover. I bought my range rover brand new 2012,I shipped it to Nigeria 2018, it still uses the same balloon that it came with but the RX my Dad uses has had balloon problems already. My Cozen got the GLC his balloon gone off already and its a 2014.REmind us again of the faults in Range rovers?

Ok now you have mentioned balloons, you seem not know that the MDX, the Lexus RX ,The Mercedes GLC and GLK all have Balloons, even the CLK.so where does that leave your argument?

You are wrong, some parts are cheaper than Toyota, ie the rear brake pads, I know you will come up like others about the ballons, but guess waht, all modern SUV has them, the Mercs, the Audis, Lexuses etc

While there is nothing wrong in buying and owning a car, cars are meant to serve so purpose not just to impress the society......

If you look around major Mechanic workshops you will see many parked vehicles of different varieties with so left for so long due to inability to afford the maintenance costs......no winder, the scrap dealers are cashing out from there
