Since he took over Lagos state in 1999, Islam has multiplied among Lagosians.

This is a funny comment but the dig is well aimed albeit errorneously though. See as a muslim, I am rooting for Tinubu not just because he is a muslim but more importantly because he is competent having made Lagos into a competitive environment for all where the best in every field can excel on their own. I walk past beer spots with tables arranged to the very edge of the road every evening in order to get to the mosque where I say my Maghrib prayers when I close from work and this means nothing to me. Everyone to his own.

The simple fact that I am able to come to Lagos with nothing but my brains and be able to live a decent life walking the corporate structures of many elite firms and orgs is the reason why I have an unshakeable belief in the modern architect of Lagos, the Jababan himself.

Tinubu has delivered the master stroke and his oppositions are pained to the marrows because they know what is coming already : a massively massive victory, insha Allah.

Those who are screaming MM ticket would still not have voted for him if he had gone for an MC ticket, they would only have gone back to promote their own candidate rigorously. How swiftly they have all abandoned their own candidates and now focusing on Tinubu's MM ticket. However, deep inside them, they know that Tinubu is not a bigoted individual and this will of course influence his government.

Tinubu indeed knows well how to play this game and he is a genius at it. This is what I told someone already long before now that Tinubu should pick his deputy not just from the north but from a deep part of it and Shettima had suited this role all along.

Some senseless southerners are shouting tinubu, APC, Peter obi, Labour Party, PVC nonsense up and down instead of fighting for the country to separate immediately. No sensible human being should be talking about elections.
A southern president can't stop jihadist terrorists, a Southern president can't stop senseless killing based on blasphemy, a Southern president won't stop sharing of revenue to the north made from alcohol tax generated from the South. It is better to separate and take full control of your territory.
