I can see a veiled threat in this line. I sense a breach of trust here, which is very unlike the north, but which is where they (the Buhari camp) find themselves. So it's like damning the consequences of such a breach.

The handling of the anti open grazing law was not managed by much of the population in good faith. Because, besides accepting the need for such a law, we also have a large portion of the population who staunchly resist the alternative approach to the open grazing and this will put an entire ethnic population out of the Nigerian equation.

Sincerely speaking I would not have minded if all christians closed their Sterling bank accounts if they felt blasphemed by that comparison. It was insensitive. But then again, the christians somehow deep down realise that the entire story about the resurrection is not complete neither have they been able to prove it. It has become an annual explanations nightmare for them.
