Having a sis in the state or anh family in the state is a red flag which about 10-11 people of my client where denied visa for.
The v.o will ask u how did thwy get there, how did they get their green card if you can't find a convincing answer they will deny u, in her own case she as no ties at home, if she want to misuse her visa, her sis got her back. She won't have issues with landlord because her sis will use her name. There are many red flags in having sis or bros in the state which few people only know about.

Thanks for your good advice, anyway I told the vo have traveled to Ethiopia about 6 times, turkey and Togo, Ghana, don't just know why she called me back and start typing by telling me sorry and she even took back my passport and refusal paper from me, after typing for about 5 min, she just shake her head and say so so sorry reapply

I took the test... Unfortunately, I had a low score of 1218 wasn't enough to get me what I wanted.. So sad! I had to do this. I wanted to take the test again in march so I could get a better stellar score. It was actually because he stated he wanted to do "giveaway"

How?
Majority of them even lied in their application they also lied during the interview process but yet the visa was issued.
If real background check was done then the lies would have been detected on the spot.

You need to get a dictionary or brighter grammar or primary 6 / JSS 1 English textbook to learn more about the basics of English language, because it is not my duty nor part of my purview / scope / ambit to educate you but for emphasis sake l will do it again

I was talking to someone who applied for a US Visa, and he said they only issue visas to people going to school or need medical treatment (as of now)... And they bounce B1/B2.
I'm guessing that's BS ba?

You are not making any sense. Why would a lady with valid U.S visa skip the U.S to give birth in the U.K that does not offer any benefit?
The U.S can deny anybody including high ranking politicians. There is a high possibility that she was denied and she would defiantly not expose that fact.

Me: Good morning
VO: Good morning, how are you doing today?
Me: I'm fine, thank you.
VO: Your passport and DS160 confirmation please
Me: (Hands it over to him)
VO: I can see you have previously visited the US in 2017, which city did you go to?
Me: New York
VO: How long did you stay during your visit?
Me: 2 weeks
VO: Okay (nods his head affirmatively). Are you married?
Me: Yes
VO: Did your wife travel with you during your last trip to the US
Me: No, she didn't as we were not married then
VO: (looks at the screen and says okay)
VO: Is she travelling with you on this proposed trip
Me: No
VO: Where do you work and what are your roles?
Me: I work at xyz bank as a financial reporting officer and handles financial and management reporting, tax remittances, performance mgt ....
VO: That's cool. So, where do you intend to visit this time and what will you be be doing?
Me: I will be visiting New Jersey and in the course of my visit, go sight seeing and visit some places of attraction
VO: Ok, have you visited any other country(s) apart from the US in the last 5 years?
Me: Yes, I've visited South africa and UAE.
VO: Any recent trip out of the country?
Me: Yes, I was in Dubai, UAE in September
VO: Did you go alone or with your wife?
Me: I went with my wife
VO: How long did you stay?
Me: 8 days
VO: That's good (looks at my passport to confirm the stamp)
VO: Do you have kids yet
Me: No
VO: Ok, I'm sorry to inform you that you do not qualify for a US visa at this time (Hands over the refusal form). You can reapply some other time.
VO: Do enjoy the rest your day
Me: Thank you (Collected the refusal form and left).

Although, I wasn't too optimistic given the trend of events in the last one year, but i'm still shocked that I could be refused as i did not at anytime abuse the terms of my previous visa nor overstayed. What do you guys advise?
