Making money from an eye clinic depends on two things majorly. The people (age and population)and the location (proximity and convinience in relation to the people). I understand the business very well.. it’s the one business I excel at and have been doing for the longest of time. Is the business real? Well I have been working as an optometrist for a pretty long time so I know what works and how it work in that light the possibilities of making a good amount of money from it is very real. If you mean if the business is grounded, has a location and is already established, well the answer would be no. I wouldn’t be here typing this long message if it was. The good thing about eye clinics is when it starts its self sufficient under a year and grows steadily as time moves. The only danger to an eye clinic is another eye clinic in close proximity. Saturation reduces the amount of organic clients and that’s bad for business.

I will suggest that you go to German job portals such as www.indeed.de and see for yourself jobs (IT) that are numerous there.

Normally Germany gives you 18 months to look for jobs related to your course and immediately you get one, your road to permanent residency just got activated. From the information I get, getting a professional job after Msc ain't easy, that's why I have started learning their language online while in Nigeria and I plan going into IT field in order not to carry all my eggs in one basket. Which of these IT field is needed in Europe and won't be hard to learn? I am contemplating going into networking as I have no experience in programming and really, it appears so boring to me

Next, I will put aside 1.2 m for my upkeep for 1 year.
Next, I go off town and buy like 5 hectares 2m or less... And plant palm trees + plantains.... Like 1.5m will do even if it's not enough to plant the whole land. (palm for long term income and plantain for short term income)
Total expenses : 3.5m
Therefore I will have 1.3m spare which I will then put in money market fund to yield 10k monthly while I can easily access it for any unforseen emergency.
That's my plan... You can do only part or all. LOL. You won't need me to do any of these. Hire experts.
