Ohhh !! Good rallying round girls cheesy cheesy
Remember that as girls you are on the other side of the fence and this is the fact from this side.
Never mind how western the boys will want to play it that's what they all want ; a girl that will rather be in the house than out
(by the way thats priceless to any man; you wan to be in his house rather than out,the world is at your feet at that point 'ladies'
Romance › Re: Why Are Guys Threatened By Outgoing Girls? by hackney(m): 5:04pm On Apr 29, 2009
This is for situations where the girl is always out either by herself or with friends

Its simply a natural instinct to avoid settling down with an 'outgoing' girl because they are less likely to be 'children-oriented' than the homely ones (if you think about it).

They tend not to know how to 'cosy up' a home and it seems that is what makes them 'out-going' in the first place.
They seek attention and are usually self-indulgent and also more likely to engage in infidelity.

There is nothing nurturing about a girl that is always out ;Yes they make the party scene or the club bang but marry her? why?
infact they make poor mums as going out all the time is a big sign of selfishness and superficiality.

If you think about it ,if she is that out-going then why would you want to build a home with her knowing that she will never be there. It just doesnt fit.

Call me old fashioned but unless you are 1st world through and through (in which case you would have lost most of your perspective on normal) then you wont see the issue till she wants to leave (she got bored!!)

I rather prefer a girl that cant wait to get home than one that cant wait to pop off the front door.
Thank God for current squeeze - delish!!

Asking the colonials back is looking good right about now. smiley

The postulation was that if they were still here till the '80s we'll be ahead of HONG KONG
As silly as this sounds: WE ARE UNABLE TO GOVERN OURSELVES OOOOO!!!
(before we have another stupid riot in the north again)

It is shocking that some people still think that the solution to Nigeria is Nigerians.
I find that very weird sad sad
Do we know that in some offices people are actually threatened if they are not corrupt in that country?;they are seen as people in the way of business.
Now think about that for a bit and then go do something with your lives rather than this unfounded hope.
THE PROBLEM WITH NIGERIA IS NIGERIANS SO NO SOLUTION, KAPISH?  huh huh huh

None of that rubbish will ever happen at Nnamdi azikiwe int'l  airport  in Abuja or any of the surrounding hotels;never!!
You can change £10b there in the airport and nothing will disappear to anywhere.

You can literally leave your luggage in the middle of the lounge overnight and it will still be there next morning.
Unfortunately where u land depends on where ur going i know but if you are going east, better land in ABJ.

It wont affect his citizenship quest; Dont mind the british govt as what they look for here is mostly tax returns and footballers are top 5%ile.
If you have a lot of money and live here for a while, the moment you ask for citizenship its usually easy as long you do not commit any major crime or bug the royal family like the harrods man. cool cool cool

Some people are imagining someone arresting IBB, cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
About the EFCC, they have to start somewhere and tread carefully because someone put them there (naija way).
That is actually why they rush to arrest non-power brokers like Dangote.
Lets give them a bit of credit since its better than nothing and they are not riddled with corruption like every other facet in Nigeria. undecided undecided undecided

Politics › Re: Pipeline Explosion In Lagos: 40 Feared Killed (pic) by hackney(m): 1:43pm On Apr 22, 2009
Unfortunately, these incidents will continue to occur because of the level of hardship in Nigeria.
A very sad situation where there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel as people are completely wretched and destitute.

What is a man to do if he has no single kobo in his pocket and the cost of living is rising every day?
(especially when you live side by side with untold and limitless opulence)
That situation can drive a man barking mad (never mind desperate).

Sadly people will continue to rush towards a leaking gas pipeline and inevitably it will ignite at some point (an exact science).

Nigeria has no solution but as with all things, time will heal the gaping wound called nigeria.
(As in when generations pass away with their corruption and lack of vision and is gradually replaced with generations with more educated people who can hopefully fight corruption boldly;people will officially ask questions when things are not working and protest )

Eg in my home town a major road was documented to have been 'tarred' by Govt after govt till we organised a well versed body and started asking the LG chairman questions;he was bugged till the road got tarred and properly.

If all those 'phantom' Govt contracts are actually carried out, more people will be gainfully employed and will not have to go digging for a gas pipeline
I think a peaceful revolt for all failing infrastructure is the solution and if it snow-balls  into a full-blown revolution then so be it.

I Thnk that is the only way this poverty-driven risk-taking can be eradicated for good sad sad sad sad sad
