The only issue you have is not being informed rightly. Getting rightly informed opens doors to self discovery, a key way to self development.

Have you not seen an extrovert which seems not to be insecure about his own qualities? They exist.

This should tell you that no one can make you secure whether being introverted or extroverted. It all lies on you.

Make deep research on the benefits of being an introvert and how to make the best use of it, then start experiencing the wonder of self discovery.

Everything you need is inside a book. Read the right books.

I used to believe this way of thinking that people don't really care how u look, so I "used" to dress haggard and unkempt bt the truth is that looks is important, ur appearance matters, u need to dress like someone that has a proud home, someone that's alive, u need to appear that u have a family and u represent the image of how ur family is, u re a special ambassador and envoy of Nigeria to the French High commission that's how u dress! Remember, that phrase " U are addressed the way u dress" rings true to me! Looks matter than u think, even looking good makes u feel confident, important and welcoming! I discarded that old way of thinking, besides life is short y dress like a dead man while u re alive! Even if u re poor and wretched, nobody needs to know that!

No matter the situation or conditions, appearance is key o. Don't be deceived.

It's so glaring that the main coconut head in the family is the eldest man you perceive to be irresponsible. Find a way to be blunt with him without acting rude.

As responsibilities no dey finish, create your own family budget... get some personal project mainly for ur family where reasonable investment goes it. This will restructure ur response to them when any other baseless need arises.

Another thing is, find a good problem in their family, mostly what connects the father and that first born....then solve it, as a long term project.

Nothing dey there to dey hide. In case of any other demand, give it willingly.... don't allow anyone force you into doing what will wreck you.

my boss have said some unprintable words to me, he even once said I am the dumbest person on earth even though I handle million naira transactions on his behalf.. Those words use to get to me, affect and hurt me but it got to a time, I got used to it.

I later used those words to shape my life... It really shaped me..

How you choose to use those bad words depends on you
