This is what you should do, call him and record your conversation, with him, make him understand that what he intends to do is called blackmail and its a crime in Nigeria which carries jail term. He should be made to understand that he stands to lose a lot if he tries to blackmail you. If he insist, then take your recorded conversation to the station and get him arrested.
