I had a friend that just got employed in a big organization but he is placed on contract and 50k salary. Should he go ahead to take the Job or look elsewhere considering the deteriorating economy of Nigeria.

If a company can start a 50k as casual staff salary for you that means if you eventually become a permanent staff your salary can be around 150k upward.... I start with 25k around 2010 but now we thank GOD for everything

depend on company some company will increase your basic salary by cancelling some of the allowance you are entitle to and add it up to your basic salary so that at the end of the when the tax is been deducted it may not notice much
