The North is the bedrock of Nigeria's underdevelopment.

The North have the highest illiteracy head count,the highest poverty head count,the highest birth rate,highest polio and other communicable diseases that can be prevented via vaccinations, proper education and enlightenment which they vehemently refused.
The North is why we are still where we are today as a country. The Northern Muslim is so backward that sometimes i wonder if Muslim as practiced in other parts of the world have versions,of which that of Northern Nigeria has refused to adapt with modern civilization.

Some times we need to tell ourselves the bitter truth. We all know that the Judiciary is highly and fantastically corrupt yet we cry dictatorship because the government wants to weed out these bad eggs in the system.
Take a look at the case between EFCC and James(Oyeoshi)Ibori, the perpetual injunction granted a known looter,Peter Odili, and so many other high profile cases pending in various courts across the country without conclusion.

Do you think these Judges sit on these cases for nothing? it is very obvious that money exchange hands when it comes to obtaining justice in our country.
Just imagine, a hungry fellow who stole goat and few tubers of yam will be sentenced within days of weeks but the reverse is the case for those who stole our generation and even the one to come dried yet no justice.

If this is what this government is set to achieve, then let be it. I don't regret the vote i casted to bring them to power because we can't be doing the same thing all the time while other Nations are moving forward, we lag behind,.. say wetin. happen.

Rotimi Amaechi came and fought back with all available resources at his disposal then and these criminals were either decimated or put to prison and things became normal for the city once again.Today,the story is different as robbery,kidnapping for ransom,political killings and inter ethnic strife is the oder of the day in Rivers State.Our once peaceful state has degenerated back to the abyss because of those who want power at all cost.The Rivers of water,Rivers of possibility as it was termed in the last administration is now known as Rivers of blood.What a shame!
