I use connection comot myself go Govt Day Sec. School, Kware, Moreh... which was closer to the town.
While there, I could ride my bicycle (which I had brought from Lagos) easily to town and withdraw or eat good food.
Not a bad experience. After service, stayed an extra year till I ported out.

I ordered for an item about 3 weeks ago and someone called me today that he is to deliver an item of mine from AliExpress, I was shocked at first because the normal thing was for me to get notified from the PO that I have packages to be picked up. I eventually met the man and I got my package, so I asked him why he had to deliver it himself and not me going to pick up at the PO, he said AliExpress doesn't use the PO anymore but they use agents. I was wowed.
Now the question is, are packages safe with so called agents? Is PO not better because they can be held responsible, what if the agent decides not to deliver and claimed it has been delivered....? I mean this is Nigeria, it will be difficult to lay claims that item hasn't been delivered by the agent in case of dispute.
Just airing my take on the new development I just discovered, opinions are welcome...

This happened to me in Lagos, Feb. 2020.
Before then I was in Sokoto, where I bought things and had to come to the PO to get it.
The only people that brought stuff to my doorstep in Sokoto was DHL.

I was surprised in Lagos, I decided to see how delivery goes and decided to get a small charger, and then when it arrived the guy called to say he was close to my location.

I was astonished.
Who knows, maybe it was Speedaf.

Psychology is a blessing. If its a small amount, let it go. Never mention it again. Don't try to seek closure. You'll know a good friend whose hands are truly tied in such a situation. Discomfort around you is sure for a while or a long time. But if the person stays comfortable, eats, drinks, buy new stuff around you without any inhibition, just know that is not a good friend. Honour and trust are necessary in friendship. If it is not present in little issues, such a person will be useless in a trying issue. Moreover, returning borrowed money is a true test of character. If a person cannot do what is just and right without being forced, his or her integrity is questionable.

If it is a huge sum, Just go gangsta. Only inconsiderate people borrow money they cannot repay and feel comfy. IF you do not do something drastic, you will never get the money. Such friends are not worth keeping. I had one friend who bought goods worth 40k from me when my business capital was still 70k. She refused to pay and was even rude to me one time. I fought real hard to collect my money (I had to resort to telling her hubby). She didn't mind seeing my business ruined so I did what I had to do. Till tomorrow, do I regret it? Hell no.

I never go easy on friends who owe, because most of my (female) friends are still being fed by their parents or are married. I stopped taking money from my parents ages back, so I never go easy on them when they owe me. it's not just money. It is money I have worked for. If you are going to hold on to it, then it means you don't mind seeing me suffer. Such people are dangerous.
