I saw a random tweet on Twitter, I commented and because it didn't buy the bimbo's idea, she blocked me

This is someone I don't even know from anywhere. It was just a random tweet I saw on a thread so why you block someone who doesn't even know you from anywhere or gives a Bleep about your existence dead or alive.
Not just Twitter, you'll find her type on WhatsApp too. 9ja girls, blocking someone on social media doesn't add or removes anything, it's worse when the said person doesn't even know you. It's worst when there's nothing meaningful or gainful in your tweets or Whatsapp status.

My paddy uses this same Fiberone in Surulere and it is really dope. They're three that use it, and anytime I come I also use it.

Personally, it has never failed me or them. And I'm sure if it disappoints as this post says, he'd have changed it because they really need Internet like mad there. He uses it for work, as well as zoom meetings, church meetings via zoom, church service, football watching, Netflix, etc.
Whenever I come around, I use it to update my apps, watch football (if any), download movies and series, update my PC, etc.

Actually, I didn't opt for BaxiBox. My colleague doing the pos business had some issues and needed a quick bail out. He was going to give the machine to someone in Gombe when I weighed in and offered to give him 50k in a form of lease - for 5 months. He'd give me back the money after 5 months.

Because it's a school environment and we see each other everyday, I've given out 27k with the hope that once reversal is made to them, I'll get my money back. They haven't been reversed by their banks even after 24 hours and it's frustrating.

I'm now asking customers to do transfers only because I really cannot tell when the machine is going to fail me. This doesn't seem right given I encouraged the customers to come to me instead of going outside to stress themselves.
It's getting me frustrated.
The guy claims it's normal. But I very well know it isn't.

Please guys I need help.

When I use my machine to withdraw money for customers, it shows this error, debits the customers, and then don't reflect on my Pos reader.
This has happened 5 times to 5 different people in the space of four days. Is there a chance my machine is defective?
I paid 50k to a colleague who leased it to me for five months. This is really frustrating me and I'm thinking he must've known about it before leasing it to me.

Is there anything I can do to avert this, please?

Different types

I have a problem with my Pos. It debits people without reflecting on my machine. It doesn't make sense.
It's making me unreliable because my customers who need money are becoming wary.
The worse is that their banks doesn't even debit them after 24 hours. That's my anger.

What can I do?

I currently leased the BaxiBox Credit card reader from a colleague for five months and I'm getting frustrated here.
5 people have withdrawn in the space of 5 days and while they got debited, the money never reflected on my card reader.

This is getting me frustrated as no normal machine is supposed to do this every now and then.

Good morning Sir, when do you start POS business? You are told never to give any customer a Kobo in as much the transaction was not successful. The customer you gave money to will be so relax and comfortable to go to bank and complain and the pressure will shift back on you since your money is outside. When there's a decline transaction, always give your customer the declined receipt and advise them to visit there Bank, if you want to go far in this your POS business never give anyone a Kobo for a decilne/unsuccessful transaction even if such person is your blood. When it comes to money issues, 99.9% Nigerians are not trustworthy. Back to your request, I only told the OP that I have GTB customer service WhatsApp number and not other Banks own. TIPs to avoid future occurrence, Stop using POS in form of Calculator. Its debited customer often without crediting the Agent, and you are using it simply because they charge little compare to normal POS machine and at the end,all your customer will walkaway once they notice your POS do debits without them receiving their money.

I don't use the calculator kind of pos. I use the android one. It's called Baxibox.

I thought maybe you knew of an indication/notification I was going to see to be sure than money was going to withdraw or not withdraw successfully.

If the POS terminal does not obtain certain information then how do you trace and resolve disputes when customers are debited during failed or declined transactions?

The bank are in a better position to help you out as there's a law governing banks in Nigeria to always refund any transaction complain by Bank customer via POS machine. Moreso this not the first time UBA are acting in such a manner as they will end up been the one to gain such missing money, therefore I will suggest you request for your bank statement and walk to the chemist,then present it to the owner of the store, which will make them give you a decilne receipt to get your money back from UBA. Of course GTB will refund your money back once you complain not necessarily you going to bank I can give you their WhatsApp number if you don't mind.

I'm in a quandary myself.
Two people from Firstbank and one from Stanbic made a withdrawal. They got debited and my pos or credit card reader did not acknowledge that it was successful. It showed an error instead. I had to give them the money based on trust.
They're yet to get a reversal from their bank.

Is there any tip on how to avoid this with my POS machine?

That thing can be so annoying ehn.. Being debited after a failed transaction. And the most annoying thing is having to wait for weeks to get your money back.

I used zenith ATM card on a POS since July 15 2020, I was debited, yet POS prompt transaction error.

I am yet to be refunded

I went to bank to fill form, have visited different zenith bank to complain(more than 6 times).

The only word the customer care told me was "its from the headquarter, we can only notify them again"

Am tired, I even went to CBN branch here, they said they don't attend to complains
