I bought the property with ten million naira net. It is an old structure built in the 90s. The building plan was a four flat but funny enough it has no columns despite the fact that they have placed two couch on d lintel awaiting decking. I must confess the blocks were so strong and i learnt that in the 80's, once they use strong blocks they wont put columns and still deck. The lintels are so weak and trees were growing from the german floor causing a weakening of part of the walls

I bought this uncompleted 2 three bedroom on a full plot of land. I am an amateur in building but ive learnt a lot from spyder, brabus and co. I want to do it myself with an experienced bricklayer. I will be bringing engineers at critical stages. I want to restructure it to a hospital with a two bed duplex in situ as the doctors residence. D purpose of this thread is to put what i learnt so far on this thread to practise and to update professionals in the house so that they can checkmate us when we make mistakes. It is also meant to teach other amateurs like myself how to do it yourself

This is happening because they have power and nobody can question them. Even if they lose 2015 election, they would never accept d outcome which might lead to political unrest and hence, civil war if the opposition is so strong by that time. why are u people crying more than d bereaved. there was an election and majority of the people that voted queue up b4 somebody after d election dat this was d person they voted. if amaechi is now made d chairman will it not appear as if they are forcing him on d majority that came out openly to stand behind jang. in democracy, it is not enough to do justice, u must make sure people see that justice is done. assuming no 18 gov openly stand behind jang after election, of course d secret ballot will be our only means of judging but now...

But how could Amechi rig an election that involved only 35governors! Think twice dear.

the point is this: some govenors supposedly voted for amaechi but they are not man enough to defend their vote but rather chose to queue up behind jang. What does that tell u? The election is not free and fair. Any vote that cant be defended is not worth casting in the first place so we can say that the govermors didnt vote freely cos amaechi decided to intimidate them by presiding ova his own election

unlike you, i dont allow my hatred for somebody to becloud my sense of judgement. let us assume amaechi won, why would those 18 quickly queue up behind jang and declared him the chairman assuming they voted secretly for amaechi. When the house of rep voted for tambuwal against d wish of the presidency, why did they not queue behind akande d following just because they are scared of d presidency. the greatest flaw in this election is that amaechi presided over his own election so even if it is free and fair, it is not seeing to be free and fair

something must be wrong with d election somwhere. amaechi is too desperate to win NGF in order to keep the flame of his 2015:ambition burning and the election was conducted under his nose. Who says amaechi cant rig the election? with d torrent of opposition against his claim to his winning d election even from his primary constituency, the guy might have learnt something from tinubu on how to outrig the federal power in a local election

In what may be termed as the deepest cut of all, the Rivers State chapter of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) has congratulated Plateau State Governor, Jonah Jang, in his victory as the Nigerian Governors Forum (NGF) Chairman. The state chapter declared that they recognize Jang and not Rotimi Amaechi, the Rivers State Governor, as the authentic NGF Chairman.

In a statement by the state PDP's Publicty Secretary, Mr. Nwanosike Samuel, the PDP said “Amaechi did not win, Amaechi is an Agent of destruction working against the agenda of President Goodluck Jonathan’s Transformation Agenda and beside election was not concluded he went outside to address Press, that is a criminal act, Amaechi cannot come out and say he is the Chairman, the right Chairman is Jonah Jang, the authentic Chairman is Jonah Jang”.

Speaking further Mr. Nwanosike said “I don’t understand where Amaechi and his cohorts got the result they announced from, infact when I listened to 9oclock NTA news yesterday I saw it play out clearly, the position of NGF led by Jonah Jang, it is obvious that the 19 Governors signed declaring Jonah Jang as their leader so I don’t understand where that. Result came from, that goes to show what we have been suffering Rivers State and also goes to show the impunity ”.

I just read the advert and to be honest, i cant find anything deceitful in it. They said excision and c of o awaiting. At a time people considered redemption camp to be so far but people are buying in2 the area today. Every land deal awaiting excision cant be fraudulent. @lawyerr if people are following ur advice then even if they are in the carribeans they will get somebody to do physical inspection b4 Parting with anything so the issue if five minutes or 5hrs to lekki can be resolved individually. He must have died for himself cos u frosbel were not born a sinner. u asked that should a new born baby die, where will it go to? heaven of course ! if using a lawyer,s template under the permission of the lawyer is considered forgery then i wonder which of d law school u graduated from.
