The people of Nigeria demand audience with the ailing president, as well as proof of life or existence. It is not a privilege but a constitutional responsibility to answer that demand. He was the president of Nigeria and not just the "clergy men and imams" So why is it that he feels it necessary to meet with so called false spiritual leaders but not as much as a video of him apologizing or explaining for his extended leave of absence to Saudi Arabia. This is deception of the highest order and Turais in a co conspirator, if not part of the master minds. Treason and treachery! Ohh the humiliation they bring to our country, imagine how the rest of the world is viewing us. Burn down Aso rock, and all the criminals in it! We need to start from scratch, with a new constitution that works for us Nigerians, and not a post colonial Xeroxed copy of the American constitution. They all must go! Goodluck included, what do you think he is innocent? Let’s hope Ribadu bring up the charges against first lady for the untold millions she embezzled. We need true change, and not a semblance of it. The question is what price are we willing to pay for it? Money can buy many things, but freedom is paid for in only one tender, Blood! |
The question should be "Your thoughts on divorce witout prenups" If we sign prenuptuals, then we can divorce no problem. "But if the chika wan carry my money waka, Na there tori don end" "I know baba alawo and me I be in number one customer" I fit take vex turn the chika to he-goat at discount price. |
It is only difficult if you are ugly and have absolutely no personality, and maybe poor. If you meet this crieteria, then if ugly men will run away from you talkless handsome, gorgeous, beautifull men like myself. My face even turns to diamond when i bask in the sunlight. hence the sunglasses |
I love Nigeria, she is my home and she has taught me most of my survival skills that have made me a sucess abroad. But thats about all Nigeria can teach any body how to survive. Skills to survive political instability (when I see republicans and democrats cutting corners to get a bill passed, I just laugh) Skills to survive military or despotic rule (when obama starts to lay down the law, and american scream socialism, I just laugh and think to my self "If you all knew a certain General Abacha then youll appreciate your president" Skills to survive failing infastructure e.g no light bad roads, my house is in a poor neighbourhood but I pay $925 for rent so it is huge like a palace with a pool in the back. if I was to live in the city, such a house will run me $8000 per month. Skills to survive ethnic violence, when I hear a white man call a black man Nigger, and the black man start to fret like it is the end of the world, I just laugh, it just a name, in my coutry nigerian they will cut of your balls and feed it you, while burning down your entire market and village. Skill to survive high crime and armed robbery, like i said i live in the hood there is always gang shooting actually last year some 18year old kid got shot in front of my house I had to call 911 for him. But nigeria has taught me not to flash your possesions, so I DONT. I dont walk with a cell phone, I dont drive arand areas im not familiar with, and im alway packing my desert eagle. Which I randomly fire into the air as a deterent to would be criminals. Skill to survive with the bearest minimum, the other month i was down and couldnt afford to pay my energy bill, the company came and shut of my gas and electricity hoping to force me to pay. I just went out and bought some cheap solar panels for my radio, and stopped buying food that needed refridged. After two months the company came and offered me a deal to settle. I told them know i actually enjoyed it without electricity it reminded me of back home. mysteriously after a week later my power and gas was restored. I can take bus to any location while my friends worry about fixing car or buying car. All the money I save i send it back to my family and freinds in Naija. I love my county no doubt but in order to survive in Nigeria you need to keep developing your survival skills, One minute is was fraud the next minute it be came kidnapping and now Piracy in our river. My guy! I to old to keep staying in survival school. Id rather take the skills thay Nija has taught me and put it to use somewere else. I want to start living life and not keep being in survival school. |
Amaka, I have now promoted you to "aunty Amaka". From now on every body who has a question must adress you as "Aunty Amaka" (As per Nigerian tradition) So let me go first. Ehem (I must clear my throat) Dear Aunty Amaka, Yesterday I tried to cook "Ewa agoyin" and failed miserably. My previous successes using your recipes had caused quite a stir amongst my friends and family, so when I invited them over for dinner yesterday, they all showed up even bringing friends with them. But to their disappointment, the beans turned out to be a total disaster, I had to end up ordering Chinese for every body. However I vowed for a re-match and swore to conquer this illusive "Ewa agoyin" in front of a packed audience this weekend. Secretly I knew, i would have to consult the great "Aunty Amaka" because with your blessings and wisdom, all dishes are possible, with you on my side even and average man like my self can make miracle's occur in the kitchen. So once again how can I make "Ewa Agoyin"? I remember eating it a lot in Lagos. Please Aunty Amaka I wait for you reply. |
Who ever this Amaka woman is, all I can say is thank you. You have been helping me cook great dishes for my friends and family for years, and I dont even know who you are. It is weird how help come from the most unlikely of places or people. Once again THANK YOU!! |

They will come home and bribe their way out of prison, then find a way back to the UK and hammer even worst than before to make up for the cost of bribing the police in the first place. You never know these yahoo boys yets? |
Start a rumor that some group of person have desecrated a holy item in a specific location. Get soldiers to dress up like civilians and reside in wait at that location. When the mob shows up to instill havoc, order the soldiers to open fire. Do this a couple of times, at different locations and see what happens. Let see who will quickly rush to go machete Innocent women and children. Finito |
Please help us evolve from the stone age that we are living in. And save us from these Neanderthal's that we live amongst. AMEN! |

You know how I know that violence in this world can and will never end? Because immediately after I saw this picture I was thrown into an untameable rage. Swearing that the perpetrators of such and act should be killed instantaneously. I would even do the deed myself had I the opportunity. Then it dawned on me, it is that same thought process that has propagated hate and violence globally. "Violence begets Violence!" I guess I'm a hypocrite. The sad part is that those people are not related to me, now imagine if one of them was, what will I have done then? May the Lord help us all. AMEN!! |
tpiah:Sometimes in our quest for logic and comprehension, we display a certain apathy for human suffering and tragedy that is inhumane in itself. Does it really matter where this tragic incident occured? Or why a license plate number is obscured? Before you lays the mangled and dismembered remains of 13men and 7 women, whose demise came violently and unexpectedly. Now imagine you brother, or sister, your daughter or father laying there in a pool of blood and tell me if the bleeping car registration or geographic location of this sad incident has a dam thing to do with anything? |

This story summarizes why nothing work well in Nigeria. We cant even get a simple story right, and obey the rules of the story. Then we expect our government to function. |
I have both UK and US kpali. dual citizenship. So maybe you can include your sister as well, and may some of your friends. The terms of the deal are non negotiable. I want one to be the chef and the other one to handle domestic affairs and the finest one to handle personal affairs, I mean realy personal affairs. ![]() |

They are all thieves. Let the cleansing begin, one by one they will all be brought to justice. Using Gods name to attain personal wealth. Where in the the bible did it say Jesus bought a masion? or wore fancy garments or even had a canoe talk let private jet. Even the donkey he rode on was donated. And This was the son of God. How come these pastors today, who are not even part of Gods extended family are now driving Maybach Benz with Jay-z. |
I, in all honesty admire the work fashola is doing for the state of Lagos and all its denizens. But Imagine for a second, how much more he could have accomplished with all these extra funds he allegedly usurped. Corruption is corruption, and to truly move towards real development especially the type we are all desirous for, then we should cease this behavior of tolerating corrupt leaders just because they carried out part of their paid civic obligations. WE ARE PAYING GOVERNOR FASHOLA, HE WORKS FOR US, HE IS A STATE EMPLOYEE WITH A JOB TO DO. WE ARE PROVIDING HIM THE FUNDS TO DO HIS JOB THROUGH TAXES. |
Nigeria is a failed state, under the guise of a country. We should default back to our ancestral form of government, mornarchy. Back to the days of empires. Like the yourba kindom, calabar or efik kingdom, the benin empire, the kanem bornu empire. Now we are talking, at least then we knew who we were we had identities. Now we are the lauging stalk of the entire globe. |
Yes I cried bitterly when she left me for another guy. I felt like there was somthing wrong with me, I was so mad and wanted to go and fight the other guy, I found out his address and went there to confront him only to find out that he was bigger and stronger than me and would have whopped my ass terribly, so i did the next best thing I offered to have a conversation. We ended up becoming good friends and still are till this day. He dumped the stupid girl afterwards. You know how they say every disapointment is a blessing in disguise, well its true. if not for my stupid ex, I would not have met my good friend who was exceedingly wealthy and thru his contacts that he introduced me to I have also started small business that are all doing well in the US and the US. |
amigoes:Sad isn't it? What a waste. |
Well, how do I put this? It is not realy a democracy, but a slight variation. It is more like an autocracy at the core, with a smidging of despotism mixed in equal parts with one cup dictatoship, let to marinade in in military rule, then gently glazed over with democracy. Please serve this dish cold. |
Fa, Fa, Fa, fowl or foul, wich eva one. (One na bird the other one na referee talk am) |
Microsoft should first review their history, before trying to preach ethics to desprate and impecunious Nigerians. If you see opportunity and refuse to take it because Banky and Microsoft said so well "Na ya own fault b dat" Na u come b d maga" |
Poor women and children! They were probably being smuggled out of the country to be sold in to the sex trade, which is a booming billion dollar business and Nigerian seems to be becoming one of the major donors of women and young children. I hope they are returned safely and unharmed back to their families. |
hauler:Again another grand display of illiteracy. If you cant understand the words, which I chose deliberately to express my sentiments on this issue, then how can you understand the language with which politicians use to deceive you? And if you cant comprehend that simple fact, then you are definitely in no position to comment on the subject at hand. This conversation is for mature, and educated people who have the earned ability to, offer a thoughtfull and unbiased analysis of the escalating situation, and not for common fish mongers like you, who lack education and the skill of thought, but also loath in an abundance of unnecessary self patriotic passion (but only when convenient). If you claim or to be educated, then all I can say is you need to ask you school for a complete refund. |
