How come this post made FP? Anyways, for the women who think they can punish their husband by starving them of s3x--------I say sorry. For the husband who sees the wife as a s3x object that can be used anytime without considering her willingness or not-------Your satisfaction is a dream. |
glossy6:I am not but I relate very closely with them. Are you? |
XaviDayo:I just had to respond to you because you are apparently expressing genuine concerns as a patriotic Nigerian. Education is very important because it gives you a broader perspective to challenges and solution. However, I find it extremely rude to suggest that Buhari is an "illiterate" because he is not. Aside the resolve by Buhari's political opponents to ridicule him, there is nothing in his conduct that suggests that he is an illiterate. Although his regrettable inability to present his WAEC certificate makes the situation even worst as it also bothers on his much celebrated "integrity". More so, the level of education needed to run a government is the ability to read and write in a generally accepted language. The most important is innate leadership qualities and natural INTELLIGENCE which isn't cheap at all. This explained why you can have a professor failing as a leader. I don't think Nigeria has had a president more academically decorated than GEJ, but you will agree with me that he wasn't Nigeria's best president. What we need to succeed, and which we aren't getting yet, is getting very sound expert technocrats in different ministries so as to formulate good policies and advice the president appropriately. An example is the current challenges in our banks occassioned by the wrongly adviced hasty implementation of the TSA that resulted to job loses lately. Both GEJ and PMB are novice in national finance management, but the difference was the quality of both finance ministers of the past and present administration. While Okonjo-Iweala was a consummate banker and financial expert, Kemi Adeosun is very intelligent but a misfit in that ministry. Oftentimes the president is just a figurehead who rely mostly on professional advice from the different organs. |

Dudeweedlmao:If this is what happened, then it is unfortunate. |
MosakuAW:Let me give you a possible error that could make him beg this much. A banker is not mandated to restrict anybody's account on the orders of EFCC or any other commission. A banker can only entertain such request if it was accompanied with a verified "Court Order". Now this is the nag, and like you rightly said-----let's wait for the outcome, it is possible that EFCC didn't get a court order because no judge would have entertained such request to freeze the account of a sitting Governor going by section 308. My suspicion is that EFCC wrote to the bank accusing them of complicity and perhaps asked them to explain their role, then out of fear, they froze the account. |
MosakuAW:You will do more than that to save your job, especially if you are the one that caused the whole trouble. Just imagine if the much publicized freezing of Fayose's account was done in error by that banker? He will not only lose his job but also go to jail. I have handled a case where a junior banker posted a customer's cash deposit to a wrong account. As a result, the customer's cheque bounced and it became a subject of litigation. The newly married banker was willing to do anything possible (and actually did) to save his job and avoid being asked to pay damages. |
Happiness in marriage is both a choice and the result of hard work. More so, you need to be deliberately blind and deaf to some things. |
The economy is hitting harder. |
It is difficult to even understand your English. Maybe you should consider another language. |
This lady needs a psychological help. |
BMedia:The same 3 regions (NC, NW & NE) that make up the north is the same number that make up the south (SS, SW & SE) and that is not even my concern. As painful as it is for me to admit, we in the south can't be trusted to deliver. It is either we are very intelligent but mischievous or competent but dishonest even in dealing with our fellow southerner. Just run a check, when was the last time you saw a northerner fighting a fellow northerner in government or in business? Now come down to the south, it is either the SW is fighting the SE or they are even kicking against themselves, which is why the North can remain in power for as long because, the United north can always penetrate the disunited South and pick a region to defeat the rest and dump them thereafter. |
Buhari should be encouraged and supported to work with whoever he feels comfortable with, provided the person is competent. I have given up this idea of wanting my person to be there because it's not working. My person was president and my region is worst off. My people are lawmakers and ministers yet they don't care about our people. It is better for Nigeria if we appreciate competence rather than promote ethnic bigotry. If I become the president of this country, I will prefer to work with only the northerners if possible because they have proven to be more honest and committed. The major troublemakers and incompetent people we have in government today are largely southerners. From the lying Lai Mohammed, Femi Adesina, Amechi to the incompetent Chris Ngige, Kemi Adeosun etc. Today, banks are suffering, our banker-brothers/sisters are losing jobs and we are shouting Buhari, but it was the advise of an incompetent minister of finance who hastily implemented the TSA. Anything that goes bad, (dollar increase, fuel scarcity, poor electricity, bad roads etc) we will blame the president forgetting that he can't be an expert in every field and as such, needed sound people to help him deliver results. Check yourself very well, most of the troubles Buhari is facing today, or rather the reasons you dislike him were caused by these people. Tell yourself the truth, which Southerner in government today are you proud of, with the exception of Osinbajo? Ask yourself, will you rather have your person appointed and continue suffering or have a competent "foreigner" who will make your life better? |

lordizak:I support you that there is no answer because NOTHING which is widely speculated as the answer, doesn't truly cover all. Take a look below. Nothing is greater than God. ✔ Nothing is more evil than the devil.✔ The poor have nothing.❌ The rich need nothing.❌ If you eat nothing you will die.✔ While Nothing as an answer is correct to some, it is not true that a poor person has "nothing" at all------there is no poor person that doesn't have something. There is no rich person that has everything and doesn't need anything at all. Sometimes the rich need what money can't buy. |
This is the hard truth. |
lachenzy1:No university will admit you for M Sc program if you don't have FSLC, O'level and your Degree results. If it's a Nigerian university, NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is compulsory. |
I just like this guy to win with his anti-foreign mindset, perhaps African countries will be forced to sit up and develop our continent. |
And why did they leave important football questions and started asking him about his lifestyle? |
ALAYORMII:Beating them up was quite barbaric I must admit, although I don't know why it got to that point (perhaps they resisted arrest) because I was told the dissidents were arrested and taken to the police station even after the beating. This means the police officers witnessed and apparently sanctioned the manhandling. Sincerely, I think they should have respected the court ruling or appeal the judgement. |
SillyeRabbit:Everybody cheat bro! Except your definition of cheating is "only" when there is s3x. For me, you have cheated when; You divide attention between your partner and another person. You confide in someone else aside your partner on things she/he alone should know. You flirt with someone else (including hanging out) without her approval. In my definition of real cheating, sex is the last and perhaps the least offense. Nothing is more frustrating than the emotional torture on realising that your partner is more attracted to and more comfortable with someone else. |
The two people attacked have been causing problems within the IYC. Some politicians were using them to disorganise the IYC. I contacted relevant authorities in the state and I was shocked to know that the two people attacked, were acting in disobedience to a high court ruling restraining them from conducting themselves as IYC executives. According to the court ruling, (copies of which has been sent to me) Eradiri Udengs and Barr. Eric Omare remain the bonafide president and spokesman respectively. |
excellencyabia1:Please be reminded that there are over 200 religions in the world and Christianity is just one of them. So there is no globally accepted book that is a guide to all. The bible is the standard for Christians. The Qur'an is the standard for the Muslim. The pronouncements from the Oracle is the standard for the pagans. etc. |
Buhari need to look beyond his party and get scholars and expert technocrats irrespective of party or religious affiliation, because he needs a good team to succeed. It was the Finance ministry's wrongly advised implementation of the TSA that created this problems. Now, another ignorant minister of Labour is threatening the banks of sanctions. Where else in the world does the government order private companies not to sack or restructure if not from Ngige's mouth? What happens is the unjustly sacked employee seeks redress in the court of law according to the existing Labour laws. |
make sure you doñt play the record unless u are asked for evidence. add yours ........[/quote]This is the most intelligent part. You will make an intelligent detective. |
Alezy:You are right to have noticed that I didn't talk about the Buhari administration and it was deliberately so, because I never wanted to digress from correcting your impression of me about Jonathan. But now that you have asked, Anybody who has followed me, should know that I was never a fan of Buhari's style of governance. This was also why I never voted for him. But then, let us not forget than an average military mind is a trained TYRANT, and it takes a lot to de-radicalize a militant mind---let alone transformed to relate with civilians. One thing I will never like about Buhari is his military approach wherein he flagrantly violates the constitutional provisions. Just imagine freezing the account of a sitting Governor, thereby violating section 308 of our constitution. Anyways, we are still expecting to see the court order. Because it will be shocking if a court entertained such request. Although I have consistently asked Nigerians to support Buhari and encourage him to do better, the only remarkable difference between PMB and GEJ is the former's intrepidity and flippancy------two very important qualities needed to whip Nigeria's impunity-drunk public office holders into line, and Buhari is doing that. What else do we need to understand that a president who needed over 6 months to appointment ministers who eventually, were his allies that he could have named upon swearing-in, is unprepared? Infact, some people argued that Buhari never expected to win and that explained why he had no blueprint. Till today, this Government is still working with the roadmap as was created by the last administration. Unfortunately, because of the incompetence of the square pegs in round holes (some ministers) they are hastily implementing them at wrong times because the lacked the knowledge of its workings. A good example is the hasty implementation of the TSA that was designed by the previous administration but left it because it wasn't ripe yet. But what better advice could you have expected from a Kemi Adeosun? Okonjo-Iweala or any other consummate banker can never advise such implementation that will subject banks to stress, and it eventually did. What I would have loved to see, is PMB bringing in the known technocrats like Utomi, Okonjo-Iweala & co despite party or religious affiliation, to drive the process. To justify this directionless, over 80% of our ministers have been annoyingly silent------and this is understandable because, aside party reward, they were not appointed based on competence. We all saw the preposterous absurdity Dr. Ngige, in a desperate bid to become visible, regurgitated recently to banks (a private sector player) and it was the height of executive ignorance. Where else in the world does the government order private companies not to sack or restructure? It is not only in Nigeria but only from Ngige's mouth. What usually happens is, an unjustly sacked employee seeks redress in court---and perhaps claims damges according to existing labour laws. I will continue to canvass support for Buhari rather than encourage the unnecessary distractions because, while he is slow in tackling pressing needs, he has not deviated from one of our priorities-----fighting corruption. I am sure you must read where I condemned his lopsided corruption fight, where membership of APC makes a devil, a saint. While still commending his corruption fight, I must say that Nigerians, including his loyalists, are disappointed and our hopes dashed. Not only because the APC mischievously made promises we knew were impossible, just to get power through deceit----thanks to APC efficient media group. Nigeria's problems are so much and it is laughable to expect Buhari to fix all. But he can create a base by tackling these most important problems: The need to diversify and reduce dependency on oil. The need to create employment. The need to reduce systemic corruption to the bearest minimum. Once all these areas are tackled, the resilient Nigerians I know can ignore stable electricity, good access roads etc for awhile, provided the commitment to improve is seen. |
But we can't see his face. |
excellencyabia1:Let me also remind you that there is no generally accepted compass in measuring what is wrong or right----it is governed by series of teachings and an established belief-system. For example, in my culture, sleeping with another man's wife is considered a taboo, but somewhere else in the same country, a man uses his wife to entertain his friend according to their culture. Still in my country, killing a fellow human being is wrong but there is a religion in my country that justifies and celebrates the killing of a fellow human being under certain premise. Then in my religion, marrying more than a wife is wrong but somewhere in the same country, their religion sees marrying several wives as a true believer. Today we condemn nudity but somewhere else, brides are married after appearing stark naked in the public. So, the concept of what is right or wrong is largely relative and I am sure, you will agree with me. |
Alezy:I have no reasons to HATE Jonathan as you insinuated. From all I know, having personally related with him, he is a refined gentlemen, humble, resilient and peace-loving. The only acceptable denotation from my earlier submission would be that "I never liked him as our president" please take note----And yes, I regretted having him as such. Infact I am ashamed to say it in public that a brother from my region was once the president of this country and nothing was done in my region. Till today, there is no single federal gvernment presence in the whole of Ijaw land. Jonathan approved 12 federal universities, the only one in the Delta State part of Ijaw is the only one that has problems. Again, let me inform you that, the fact that things were not this hard during his time, doesn't mean that all was well and I will explain that to you. Jonathan's administration was akin to Charles Soludo's tenure as Governor of CBN. Charles is a first-class economic guru but knew nothing about the operations of the banks. Consequently, he relied on what they told him, that the banks were SOLID. Oceanic bank, just like Nigeria under GEJ, became the biggest paying bank, building branches anywhere and everywhere to show that the bank is loaded. Eventually, Sanusi, a seasoned banker came and discovered the dangers and window-dressing prevalent therein. The eventual result was eye-opening as Oceanic bank was a time bomb waiting to explode. Relate it to the Nigeria situation, Jonathan himself meant well for Nigeria I must confess, but permit me to resonate those who implied that he lacked ideas and had to rely on what "experts" around him suggested. That is why most of his ministers and aides were milking our economy dry yet Jonathan is a very clean man. If you still doubt wether Jonathan made the statement "stealing is not Corruption" then I am shocked because I listened to him say it, and I asked him to explain further in another presidential chat. Nevertheless, let me say that Jonathan was not wrong but his lack of coordination, which is a slap on his P.hD misrepresented his intentions. What he meant, and I support him, was that stealing is not the only kind of corruption. Infact, stealing in one of the lowest form of corruption in Nigeria. If the major forms of corruption in Nigeria which are Nepotism, Selective tribal favouritism, Impunity, Bribery etc, there will be hardly any opportunity for a thief to steal. Stealing only happens because of a weak and compromised system that permits it. |

What error are you talking about? The example you stated above is very different from this. EFCC traced money to Fayose acct and request the bank to freeze the account pending full investigations. This is no error and has nothing to do with begging Fayose while EFCC is yet to make a formal statement if it was an error or not.
