EasternActivist:
Anambra host oil and gas companies like orient...

Mr hater. Anambra remains an oil producing state wether you like it or not...

There are many gas plant in Anambra state...

Like the Chicason gas plant that was reported about an explosion scene in December last year in Nnewi Anambra state.
Oga, stop saying what you don't know. I am more Anambra than you----for your information. That is if you are even an Anambrarian. Because no properly trained Anambrarian will dish out insult spontaneously as you just did by calling me "Mr hater"

So, many barrels of crude oil does Anambra produce a day?

Orient and the Chicason you quoted are private retailers and not exploration has plants. The fire incident you referred to was even a COOKING GAS station and I was in Nnewi when it happened.
Nnewi is not even among the locations where oil was discovered in Anambra state.

You can even help yourself with Google to find out oil producing states and States where oil has been discovered but not producing yet.

Anambra is an oil and gas producing state.

I fully understand Bruce stand, as Anambra is not yet fully regarded as on oil producing state.

Anyways true federalism is the best option.
Where is the gas plant in Anambra state? That oil was discovered in Anambra doesn't make it an oil "producing" state yet.

Bro a few of these things listed are not true it's been online for a while now and lots of Libyans have come out to rebuff these claims. Ur points noted
I am happy you said "a few things" and I won't contest that for personal reasons.

I have never been to Lybia But my brother lived in Lybia and he confirmed these things.

But it is worthy of note that no other leader in Africa has given his/ her people ANY of the things listed above.

Just imagine that Buhari is giving entrepreneurs interest-free loans.
Just imagine that Buhari giving us free electricity.
Foreign Affairs › Why We Killed Gaddafi...a Lesson For Africa. by histemple(op): 12:54pm On Jun 17, 2016
After reading a copy of the petition forwarded to the House of Representatives by the US about the alleged immoral conduct of three honourable members, I was shocked at the kind of negative reactions and outright condemnation by Nigerians----even when it hasn't been proven by the petitioner or the hotel management after a month.

Aside, my suspicion that the immoral and self-acclaimed saints (US) have problems with Nigeria from the day PMB reiterated GEJ's stand on the gay rights, this recent suspected blackmail (atleast until proven otherwise) only reminds me of how we were cajoled by the same WEST into believing that GADDAFI is not just a devilish dictator but one that must be killed.

I must say that no other African leader has served his/her people like our GADDAFI and that, I suspect, was why they deceived us into killing him. They are always swift in condemning anything about Africa and desperate in ensuring that nothing good is allowed to stand in Africa.

Believe me, if the recent Orlando shooting in US wherein over 50 persons were gunned down happened in Africa, you could have heard their president come out to regurgitate absurdities.

Just read through Gaddafi's policies and achievements.

1. There is no electricity bill in Libya, electricity is free for all its citizens.

2. There is no interest on loans, banks in Libya are state-owned and loans given to all its citizens at 0% interest by law.

3. Home considered a human right in Libya – Gaddafi vowed that his parents would not get a house until everyone in Libya had a
home. Gaddafi’s father has died while him, his wife and his mother are still living in a tent.

4. All newlyweds in Libya receive $60,000 Dinar (US$ 50,000 ) by the government to buy their first apartment so to help start up
the family.

5. Education and medical treatments are free in Libya. Before Gaddafi only 25% of Libyans are literate. Today the figure is 83%.

6. If Libyans want to take up farming career, they would receive farm land, a farming house, equipment, seeds and livestock to kick- start their farms – all for free.

7. If Libyans cannot find the education or medical facilities they need in Libya, the government funds them to go abroad for it – not only free but they get US $2, 300/mth accommodation and car allowance.

8. In Libyan, if a Libyan buys a car, the government subsidized 50% of the price.

9. The price of petrol in Libya is $0. 14 per liter.

10. Libya has no external debt and its reserves amount to $150 billion – now frozen globally.

11. If a Libyan is unable to get employment after graduation the state would pay the average salary of the profession as if he or she is employed until
employment is found.

12. A portion of Libyan oil sale is, credited directly to the bank accounts of all Libyan citizens.

13. A mother who gave birth to a child receive US $5 ,000

14. 40 loaves of bread in Libya costs $ 0.15

15. 25% of Libyans have a university degree

16. Gaddafi carried out the world’s largest irrigation project, known as the Great Man- Made River project, to make water readily available throughout the desert country.

If this is called "Dictatorship" I wonder what type of Leadership Democrats have

Blueray:
If I read the reasons the US Ambassador gave for the visa denial correctly, it is still in the realm of allegation. No matter how they live their personal lives, these honourable gentlemen are our leaders, duly elected. That they are accused of a crime does not make them immediately guilty because they are Nigerians. Non of us will join the whole villagers to belittle our parent(s) if they are 'accused' of witchcraft without proof. Considering where the accusations are coming from, the US against soliciting for sex while operating gay clubs. I will suggest we allow the investigation proposed by the Speaker to be completed before we show how righteous we are. I am a proud Nigerian and no clown will accuse my leaders this cheap and get away with it. These are very weighty allegations that the Ambassador must be made to substantiate.
You just spoke my mind. I hate this stupid US people because they are quick to label others black and claim to be the saints we know they are not.
Since Buhari reiterated GEJ's stand on the gay rights, the US never liked us and are always eager to blackmail us.

In this particular unproven allegations, I have so many questions begging for answers.

Why didn't the lady in question about it report the incident immediately?
Why has the hotel management been unable to provide the video footage?
Why did it take the US over a month to write to us?
Why didn't they forward the petition together with the video evidence or do they want to say there is no CCTV facility in the hotel?

As far as I can't feign ignorance of some of the dishonourable acts by our supposedly honourable leaders, it is wrong for the immoral and corrupt US to paint them black just because we refused to support their gay rights.

If Orlando shooting was in Africa, you could have seen their evil president come out to regurgitate absurdities about us.

Apart from stupid taste and class, I don't see why a foreign shoe that can be made in Aba is so desired.

For God's sake, we have nice fabrics and excellent tailors, yet we prefer foreign suit.......sometimes you can't tell the difference by merely looking at it.

Lol. I know guys will enjoy this story. Buh I think the guy in this story is quite a jerk!! For heaven's sake she mentioned that she'll be coming with her 2 friends, and the pomo gut Said YES! Since you know you weren't financially buoyant to cater for all of them, why agree to let her come with her friends? I'm sure she'd have still come if you told her not to come with her friends. Let's be unsentimental and say the truth biko. The level of immaturity in some guys in quite annoying

(Oya Bashirus!!! Ngwanu, coman bash me!! I dey wait!! I know Y'all! So I won't be surprised tongue)
Obviously you are a lady.
Were you expecting the guy to tell her not to come with her friends?
Why will the guy stop people that want to go and see a movie?

Remember that she didn't tell the guy that her friends will depend on him to pay for their tickets and all.

Then why can't she even buy tickets for everybody including the boy? Is it a taboo to do so?

Well Perjury is criminal but it is not the same thing as giving false declaration.

Perjury is when you intentionally lie under oat. However, if you can proof that at the time, you believe same to be true, even if it is later proofed to be false, you will not be liable for perjury.!
How exactly can you prove that you never knew that you submitted a forged certificate BELONGING TO YOU, if eventually it is proven to be fake?

Can you imagine the hypocrisy!! You would rather suggest we rest the certificate issue because your master is involved!! Both looting and forgery are all coruption. This was exactly what GEJ meant by stealing is not corruption!! Jonathan actually was saying that stealing is not the only kind of corruption we have.

Is the present case for perjury and forgery? I am aware is for declaration. Well, prove me wrong
I am still trying to figure out the basis of your argument. Even if you want to argue that the present case is for declaration ONLY, will declaring him unqualified to contest for the presidency on the ground of perjury and forgery not make him a criminal?

I agree that this present case is civil but you need to understand the technicalities in most civil proceedings.

Remember that Buhari can't be declared unqualified if he didn't lie on oath or forged certificate.

He could still be angry, so fall back & give him a bit of space. The ball is now on his court. You sound like the impulsive type that reacts based on feelings rather than facts. Always remember that feelings (your suspicions) aren't facts. So don't be surprised when people take offence at being accused of things that you've made up in your mind & decided they were true, when in fact they're a figment of your tortured mind. You're in the wrong here, so take a nibble at humble pie & wait it out.

Been there. Done that. Got the t-shirt as proof.
You just nailed it. It is even possible that the guy was very shocked and disappointed at her. Sometimes early signs of rascality and nagging could end a promising relationship because it is a red flag.

If a lady/guy can begin to call you names based on mere instinct and unproven suspicion, then, there is every possibility of even destroying your life based on propaganda or gossip. No man/woman wants that.

That is why i want to know my legal stand so that when time comes,i wont hear the African story of child must meet father.
Were you expecting your mum to tell you that the child is yours alone?
For God's sake, you ran away with that child from the guy's parents.
The only legal resort you have now is to sue him for desertion, but can you prove that he actually deserted you and the child?------that is, did he run away from his known address?
I hope you will tell the child that you refused to stay with your in-laws and absconded to your preferred destination only to claim that he is irresponsible?
