@HNIC Where have u been for so long? Welcome brof!
Thanks bro. I haven't been around. Our Jekyll and Hyde performances contnue. From the low point of losing to Villa and the blue mancs, we beat the Chavs at the bridge ![]() and then our youngsters lost to Burnley a few days ago(Heard it was the first time ever that AW would lose to a lower division team). How do you rate our chances against Wigan tomorrow |
Nice to be back. It will be Kolo vs Zaki again!!! as Gallas is injured yet again!!! Hopefully, we should come out blazing tomorrow and pick the three points. The happiest news all week is that Dudu is back in training. It won't belong before we see im back in action! |
Hi nateevs my friend, how are u doing today ![]() |
Didn't watch the match but followed it all the way through. Another of the big 4 bites the dust ![]() |
Cesc04:@ Cesc, Typical of the British Press. Writing drivel at will. One of these footballers should try and sue them for all they are worth! |
Hasselbaink wants a job?? I don't think so. Those kind of comments are not really tolerated by SKY. . . . . When it comes to English clubs SKY have a way of overrating their abilities.
nateevs:I was also surprised at Hasselbaink's tonguelashing considering the fact that he was an ex player, but then I remembered him saying stuff about some shady underhand dealings that took place at Chelsea that caused some wahala a few years ago. He's probably still bitter at Chelsea. ![]() |
We welcome Ivan Gazidis to the Gunners fold. Hope he will breathe new life to this great club. |
Nice goal from Pink Panther in the dying minutes, though he's been my least favourite gunner in the past couple of weeks. Not the very best of performances, but everyone will be delighted with a win, no matter how it comes. My greatest problem at times with this team is that we still always wanna ' pass the ball out of defence'. For God sake, drop the fluffy stuff and whack the darn thing out of defence the old fashioned way ![]() Nice to see that the Emirates faithfuls didn't boo our former captain,'Billy the kid' ![]() Done and dusted, we have qualified for the group stages of the CL. The chavs welcome us at the bridge on sunday. Ade, Sagna and Nasri should be back(Anyone knows what's happening to Eboue )The Cashley Cole pound notes should be out again by the weekend, and the famous song 'Cashley cole is a fu"&ing ars&hole song' will rent the air once again. Come to think of it. That Mofo could have been appointed captain of our club after TH14 left. Damn!!! |
Just to think that Bendtner once threatened to leave, if he wasn't playing for the 1st team, the season he returned from his loan spell @ Birmingham ![]() |
So much has happenned in the last couple of days to make a gooner be dazed!!! Let's see what Cesc Fabregas' captaincy period brings. I can't wait for January to come and we'll see who and who, AW would snap up. It's really reminding me of the last season at HIghbury where we had to battle for 4th position. Not good enough IMO. |
Really, Gallas is starting to annoy me ![]() I wonder how long AW can put up with this his constant outbursts. Imagine him talking about what went on in the dressing room. It's disgraceful!!!! |
Gunnerz para siempre! Regardless of what happens man and whatever shape things take in weeks and months to come, will still be a gooner
Yep, 08/09 season may come and go but the predilection for anything ARSENAL will never cease!!!!!A Gunner I will 4ever remain!!! |
All the scums and chavs and all what not calling my name. Guess you can't read I gave a prognosis of what happenned and y'all are still calling my name. Sack Wenger,Arsenal will go on relegation,Arsenal will lose 13 matches, bla, bla, bla, One chap even suggested that Had Spurs started well, they will be above Arsenal now? ![]() Obviously right now, we don't have the level of consistency required to win the league. This season reminds me of the 05/06 season when we literally struggled to finish 4th. Hopefully, that won't happen again. I still insist that the 4-5-1 formation killed us yesterday. Someone was saying, if it worked against manure, it should work against AV. I thought that was dumb.Manure and Aston Villa are not the same. They don't play the same way. Someone also said, Villa didn't play men behind the ball. They did(Not begrudging them for that, you have to play to your strength) We couldn't deal with Agbonlahor and Young's pace upfront. A 4-4-2 from the blast of the whistle could have changed things. All hope isn't lost yet, we need to go all out in the cup competitions and we need to concentrate 100%. And to the haters. If Clichy cries, he's a wimp If he claps and appreciates the spectators, rubbish is written about him. Lay off Clichy abeg. I trust that a scummie would come in here to come and analyse this post. Anyways, am still forever a Gunner |
The Inconsistency is glaring again today. I think it was a mistake to have started with a 4-5-1. Why not a 4-4-2,since we know that Villa will play plenty of men behind the ball and look for the quick breaks thru young and Gabby ?Why bench Ade and start with Bendtner who offered nothing. We just threw away this match for nothing!!! |
nateevs:You guys might want him |
Let's be frank, i think we need to sell Bendtner |
nateevs:That's what I have heard from the Chav all week. Well, Arsenal is in red and white. and May I remind you that the beautiful game of football consists of two halves!!!! |
nateevs:Dude, is the Burnley defeat still affecting you ? ![]() Anyone reading what you've just written would think we are losing by 0-4!!!! Duh!!! |
If Villa was playing like this week in week out they would have been 5-6 points clear on the table. They've taken Arsenal to the cleaners in the first half. AW must bring out his magic hat for the 2nd half and well done to Almunia for saving the penalty |
Arsenal should cool down. Villa beginning to boss the game Well done Almunia and Gallas on the rebound, fantastic |
Good to hear Ade is back. Quick goals usually unsettle teams at the Emirates. We should go for them early Go gunners!!!! |
Akolawole:@ Akola, I can remind you of the last time Chelsea played that kinda rubbish and it wasn't 10 years ago. It was in early 2006 at the Riverside when Boro pounded Chelsea 3-0 ![]() |
tkb417:@tkb417, Stoke will Stroke you also, amen ![]() VDS says he isn't worried about Delap's throw in. By the time two of those throws cause katakata in the box and one goes in off Ferdinand he will roll on the ground and feign one of those his knee injuries again and ask to be substituted. ![]() Akolawole:@ Akola Instead of advising Essien to consult Kolo Toure to find out how he(Kolo) got a miracle cure for malaria in record time, so that, that his knee injury would not take longer than necessary to heal, youare encouraging him to be a social football commentator ![]() Essien ko, Okon ni, ![]() |
AJITERU:Its necessary to respond to these clowns at times. We should say NO to falsehood, fiction, mischief and outright lies on this thread. |
Akolawole:Not surprised Essien has joined the bandwagon. All chavs share the same long term vision about the 'beautiful game'. Turn it ugly like rugby ![]() |
Sometimes, I guess what hurts the mancs, chavs etc most is that despite all the taunts that are beginning to sound like broken records ,'You've been trophyless for 3,4,5 seasons(there seems to be so much confusion about the number of years),Aw is rubbish,Arsenal is a kindergaten academy,The Press writes only about us,Your captain smokes and cries,Vela will never be successful in his life,Hull,Stoke and Fulham dismembered us reh, reh, reh,, The Arsenal remains with its teeming supporters. ![]() I make bold to say, there are more fans of other clubs on this thread than Gooners. The Red and White army will continue to march on!!! |
Cristalz:@ Cris It's a serious offence. He's looking at a minimum of 3 match ban. He's even lucky that no supporter has come out to say he was hit by the coin! Would have been another case entirely |
edoyad:@ edoyad You didn't have to reply nya. Every footie lover here knows that he posts drivel. Even his manure friends here know. I guess he's still so stunned about his darling manure losing to Arsenal .Has anyone noticed how bitter the mancs have become on this thread ?Boy! losing can bring out the beast in one. It's only 1 game and only three points was lost. I kep remembering one of them who said there was no single player in Arsenal capable of striking any fear in the opposition. Ha ha ha Prince Nas answered the question |
@ Sauron How can you say that I thought Harry coached Campbell to score ![]() I insist, most of your manure friends on NL didn't know he was bred in manchester, else they would have been gloating ![]() Twisting things as usual. He's playing with the same 11 that has been grafting out victories, while Arsenal's young guns as a unit are being celebrated. @ Debosky I think I must conclude that these guys are not obsessed with Arsenal, there might be a tinge of jealousy in all of this. Else why are they damn worried that the PRESS from London to Luxembourg,LOs Angeles to Lisbon,Lagos to Luanda all are celebrating us. Dayo and Sauron To stop all these noise being made about Arsenal starlets. Why not. 1.) Start a thread about your own starlets on NL.Nani and Anderson,Paloschi and Bigalke ![]() 2.) Better still, start a footie website dedicated to your starlets and their out of the world performances!!!! |
Fraizer Campbell provided an assist and banged 2 goals to knock out Liverpool last night. I am yet to see any United fan gloat about it on NL.
Because most of them don't know that Spurs loaned him from Manure ![]() No basis for comparison also. He played with the entire Spurs 11, that have been grafting victories upon victories in the last three weeks or so. 11 players with an average age of 19 lined up for the Arsenal and beat Wigan's first 11(bar Heskey) 3-0 and dominated the game. Come on, neutral football followers in Nepal and Thailand are celeberating this. ![]() Nothing has been won yet, but it was a delightful victory. |
nyabinghi:I really don't know why you don't get tired of this your phony prophercies whenever the weekend is around the corner. You should still be recovering from the bashing your team received last week and be thinking of how your team will recover!!! ![]() but of course, you and your remaining mancs are obsessed with the team called ARSENAL If we win games, u come on this thread and talk about how pathetic the opposition was(except your own team )If we lose, u still come and talk about how AW has lost it, Arsenal is this, Arsenal is that. One day, I will understand this fascination with this team!!! ![]() |
Another one that's got me laughing, culleed from bbc.co.uk "Free-kick to Arsenal, Anderson's protecting most of his private parts." ![]() Heard on 5 Live During Manchester United v Arsenal. "Oooh Nani, oooh Nani, you couldn't beat my granny, oooh Nani." ![]() Celtic fans against Man Utd in the Champions League. |
